Jestli\u017ee se proch\u00e1zej\u00ed po frekventovan\u00fdch ulic\u00edch, maj\u00ed proch\u00e1zky negativn\u00ed vliv na pl\u00edce, srdce a koron\u00e1rn\u00ed tepny, a to hlavn\u011b v tom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee doty\u010dn\u00e1 osoba trp\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00edmi pot\u00ed\u017eemi nebo kardiocirkula\u010dn\u00edmi poruchami. Naopak ch\u016fze v parc\u00edch nebo v p\u011b\u0161\u00edch z\u00f3n\u00e1ch je prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 a p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd efekt trv\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e den. P\u00ed\u0161e to italsk\u00fd den\u00edk Corriere della Sera.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i v\u00fdzkumu zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9m na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch \u010dasopisu The Lancet brit\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci vybrali 119 osob star\u0161\u00edch \u0161edes\u00e1ti let, z nich\u017e 40 se t\u011b\u0161ilo dobr\u00e9mu zdrav\u00ed, 40 m\u011blo chronickou bronchitidu a 39 ischemickou chorobu. Polovina z nich se m\u011bla proch\u00e1zet dv\u011b hodiny po Oxford Street, hlavn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed tepn\u011b Lond\u00fdna, zat\u00edmco druh\u00e1 skupina chodila po Hyde Parku. N\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f pot\u00e9 se ob\u011b skupiny znovu vydaly na tut\u00e9\u017e proch\u00e1zku. V\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee zdrav\u00fdm osob\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 se proch\u00e1zely dv\u011b hodiny po Hyde Parku, se zv\u00fd\u0161ila kapacita plic o 7,5 procenta a o p\u011bt procent se zpomalil srde\u010dn\u00ed rytmus. Tento efekt p\u0159etrval a\u017e 26 hodin.<\/p>\n<p>Proch\u00e1zka po Oxford Street zv\u00fd\u0161ila u zdrav\u00fdch osob srde\u010dn\u00ed rytmus o sedm procent, ale na pl\u00edce nem\u011bla \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd trvalej\u0161\u00ed vliv. U nemocn\u00fdch osob to bylo hor\u0161\u00ed: po dvouhodinov\u00e9m chozen\u00ed po t\u00e9to ru\u0161n\u00e9 tepn\u011b dost\u00e1valy z\u00e1chvaty ka\u0161le, z\u00e1n\u011bt sliznice a obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b se jim d\u00fdchalo. &#8222;N\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdzkum potvrzuje negativn\u00ed vliv jemn\u00e9ho prachu a dal\u0161\u00edch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek na zdrav\u00ed. Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z n\u011bho, \u017ee je t\u0159eba b\u00fdt opatrn\u00fd i p\u0159i fyzick\u00fdch aktivit\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za zdrav\u00e9,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje autor studie Fan Chung z Institutu zdrav\u00ed srdce a plic p\u0159i Kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 univerzit\u011b v Lond\u00fdn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Dieselov\u00e9 motory a dal\u0161\u00ed zdroje jemn\u00fdch prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic a oxid\u016f dus\u00edku by m\u011bly b\u00fdt ve m\u011bstech zak\u00e1z\u00e1ny, jak to pr\u00e1v\u011b maj\u00ed v \u00famyslu v Lond\u00fdn\u011b a v Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017ei, kde st\u00e1le v\u00edce s\u00e1zej\u00ed na ve\u0159ejnou dopravu a elektromobily,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje epidemiolo\u017eka Carla Anconov\u00e1. Jej\u00ed ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 studie z \u0158\u00edma uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee tu loni z d\u016fvodu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zem\u0159elo p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b 1560 osob, dal\u0161\u00edch 960 zem\u0159elo na koron\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edhodu a 168 na rakovinu plic.<\/p>\n<p>V t\u00e9\u017ee studii klade Anconov\u00e1 \u00famrt\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 tis\u00edcovky osob za vinu nedostatku zelen\u011b. &#8222;Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace (WHO) doporu\u010duje, aby m\u011bl ka\u017ed\u00fd obyvatel m\u011bsta zelen\u00fd prostor do vzd\u00e1lenosti nanejv\u00fd\u0161e 300 metr\u016f od m\u00edsta bydli\u0161t\u011b. Zele\u0148 toti\u017e chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm a stimuluje fyzickou aktivitu. V na\u0161ich m\u011bstech tomu v\u0161ak tak nen\u00ed.
