Uk\u00e1zala to studie Exetersk\u00e9 univerzity v Brit\u00e1nii, v jej\u00edm\u017e r\u00e1mci se analyzovaly v\u00fdsledky 40 v\u00fdzkum\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se p\u016fsoben\u00ed dobrovolnictv\u00ed. Vyplynulo z n\u00ed, \u017ee pomoc druh\u00fdm zvy\u0161uje celkov\u00fd pocit pohody.<\/p>\n<p>Dobrovolnictv\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e pom\u00e1h\u00e1 proti \u00fazkostem a depres\u00edm. Tent\u00fd\u017e v\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee ten, kdo se v\u011bnuje dobrovolnictv\u00ed, t\u011b\u0161\u00ed lep\u0161\u00edmu du\u0161evn\u00edmu zdrav\u00ed a hroz\u00ed mu jen minim\u00e1ln\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee propadne \u00fazkostem a depresi. &#8222;P\u0159i dobrovolnick\u00e9 \u010dinnosti je t\u0159eba v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoci druh\u00fdm n\u00e1m cosi zase vrac\u00ed: jsme-li si v\u011bdomi toho, \u017ee n\u00e1m pomoc druh\u00fdm p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed duchovn\u00ed prosp\u011bch, je to pro n\u00e1s pozitivn\u00ed pohnutka,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje autorka britsk\u00e9 studie Suzanne Richardsov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Dobrovolnictv\u00ed m\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 nal\u00e9zt ur\u010dit\u00fd c\u00edl a nec\u00edtit se osam\u011bl\u00ed. Z toho d\u016fvodu se doporu\u010duje lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed odch\u00e1zej\u00ed do d\u016fchodu, proto\u017ee dobrovolnictv\u00ed p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k tomu, aby si zachovali pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vztah ke spole\u010dnosti, objevili nov\u00e9 z\u00e1jmy a m\u011bli pocit, \u017ee jsou je\u0161t\u011b u\u017eite\u010dn\u00ed. To zvy\u0161uje sebed\u016fv\u011bru v \u017eivotn\u00ed etap\u011b, kter\u00e1 pro n\u011bkoho m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00fadaje nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee dobrovolnictv\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee a\u017e o 20 procent sn\u00ed\u017eit \u00famrtnost. Podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch v\u00fdzkum\u016f m\u00e1 pomoc druh\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd dopad na du\u0161i a prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm neuroendokrinn\u00edho a imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu m\u00e1 z\u0159ejm\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek na cel\u00fd organismus a tedy i na d\u00e9lku \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>Studie lid\u00ed v penzi uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee dobrovolnick\u00e1 \u010dinnost vykon\u00e1van\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 hodin ro\u010dn\u011b sni\u017euje riziko vysok\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku. Dobrovoln\u00edci se pohybuj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed se druh\u00fdm nev\u011bnuj\u00ed. Tr\u00e1v\u00ed v\u00edce \u010dasu na \u010derstv\u00e9m vzduchu a to je podle expert\u016f jeden z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d m\u00e1 dobrovolnictv\u00ed tak p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd vliv na zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kles\u00e1 rovn\u011b\u017e hladina cholesterolu, a to nejen u d\u016fchodc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se v\u011bnuj\u00ed druh\u00fdm.
