Spojila s\u00edly s Tichou linkou"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Od poloviny leto\u0161n\u00edho \u00fanora umo\u017e\u0148uje \u010cesk\u00e1 spr\u00e1va soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed (\u010cSSZ) na v\u0161ech sv\u00fdch pracovi\u0161t\u00edch online tlumo\u010den\u00ed sluchov\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdm klient\u016fm. Bude ho bezplatn\u011b zaji\u0161\u0165ovat prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kvalifikovan\u00fdch tlumo\u010dn\u00edk\u016f Tich\u00e9 linky, kter\u00e1 je slu\u017ebou Tich\u00e9ho sv\u011bta, o. p. s.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nAsistence tlumo\u010dn\u00edka \u010di p\u0159episovatele na m\u00edst\u011b nebude pot\u0159eba a nebude nutn\u00e9 si ji p\u0159edem objedn\u00e1vat. \u010cSSZ vybavila v\u0161echna sv\u00e1 klientsk\u00e1 pracovi\u0161t\u011b a okresn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed tablety, aby v z\u00e1jmu zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bn\u00ed poradenstv\u00ed z oblasti d\u016fchodov\u00e9ho a nemocensk\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed umo\u017enila sluchov\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdm klient\u016fm online spojen\u00ed s tlumo\u010dn\u00edkem Tich\u00e9 linky. <\/p>\n<p>\u010cSSZ si dala za c\u00edl zlep\u0161it a zefektivnit p\u0159\u00edmou komunikaci se zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdmi klienty, a to zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f, prost\u0159edk\u016f a slu\u017eeb, aby zjednodu\u0161ila a usnadnila kontakt s \u00fa\u0159adem pro v\u0161echny skupiny zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch. V dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1zi se \u010cSSZ zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed na identifikaci pot\u0159eb t\u011blesn\u011b a zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch spoluob\u010dan\u016f. <\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b postupn\u00e9ho roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed slu\u017eeb pro v\u0161echny skupiny osob zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch je trval\u00fdm c\u00edlem \u010cSSZ b\u00fdt klientsky orientovanou instituc\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy. Od srpna lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku zajistila bezplatn\u00e9 vol\u00e1n\u00ed na svou informa\u010dn\u00ed telefonn\u00ed linku, na kter\u00e9 odborn\u00edci odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed na dotazy t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se d\u016fchod\u016f, nemocensk\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a elektronick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb \u010cSSZ. <\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u0159edn\u00ed dny call centra jsou ka\u017ed\u00fd pracovn\u00ed den<br \/>\nCall centrum \u010cSSZje ob\u010dan\u016fm k dispozici ka\u017ed\u00fd pracovn\u00ed den od 8 hodin. Nejvyt\u00ed\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byla v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce linka d\u016fchodov\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 odborn\u00edci odpov\u011bd\u011bli na dotazy v\u00edce ne\u017e 212 tis\u00edc\u016f lid\u00ed. Linka nemocensk\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vy\u0159\u00eddila t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 73 tis\u00edc hovor\u016f a linka technick\u00e9 podpory eSlu\u017eeb \u010cSSZ p\u0159es 20 tis\u00edc hovor\u016f. P\u0159esto\u017ee mohou lid\u00e9 volat ka\u017ed\u00fd pracovn\u00ed den, nejv\u00edce hovor\u016f bylo v pond\u011bl\u00ed a ve st\u0159edu. Lid\u00e9 si chv\u00e1lili vst\u0159\u00edcn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup, odbornost a srozumitelnost informac\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Na co se klienti nej\u010dast\u011bji ptali<br \/>\nLid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed kontaktovali call centrum pro d\u016fchodov\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, se zaj\u00edmali nejv\u00edce o informace souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s n\u00e1rokem na d\u016fchod \u2013 datum d\u016fchodov\u00e9ho v\u011bku, podm\u00ednky pro odchod do starobn\u00edho \u010di p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho starobn\u00edho d\u016fchodu, evidovanou dobu poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Dotazovali se na pr\u016fb\u011bh vy\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o d\u016fchod \u010di na jeho v\u00fdplatu. Na call centrum nemocensk\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed se klienti nej\u010dast\u011bji obraceli s dotazem na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u00fdplatu sv\u00fdch nemocensk\u00fdch d\u00e1vek. Dal\u0161\u00ed dotazy se t\u00fdkaly n\u00e1rok\u016f na nemocensk\u00e9, pen\u011b\u017eitou pomoc v mate\u0159stv\u00ed nebo o\u0161et\u0159ovn\u00e9, v z\u00e1v\u011bru roku se lid\u00e9 zaj\u00edmali o zm\u011bny v nemocensk\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed sazeb nemocensk\u00e9ho a nov\u00e9 d\u00e1vky \u2013 otcovskou a dlouhodob\u00e9 o\u0161et\u0159ovn\u00e9. Odborn\u00edci call centra technick\u00e9 podpory eSlu\u017eeb nej\u010dast\u011bji radili, jak spr\u00e1vn\u011b elektronicky podat tiskopisy \u010di jak funguj\u00ed slu\u017eby ePort\u00e1lu \u010cSSZ, odpov\u00eddali tak\u00e9 na dotazy t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se elektronick\u00fdch podpis\u016f. <\/p>\n<p>Sv\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti mohou lid\u00e9 projednat i osobn\u011b<br \/>\nCht\u011bj\u00ed-li se lid\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edt poradit v z\u00e1le\u017eitostech souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s d\u016fchodov\u00fdm a nemocensk\u00fdm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm osobn\u011b, mohou se obr\u00e1tit na odborn\u00edky na okresn\u00ed (v Praze Pra\u017esk\u00e9, v Brn\u011b M\u011bstsk\u00e9) spr\u00e1v\u011b soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed (OSSZ) podle m\u00edsta bydli\u0161t\u011b. P\u0159i pra\u017esk\u00e9m \u00fast\u0159ed\u00ed \u010cSSZ funguje ka\u017ed\u00fd pracovn\u00ed den modern\u00ed klientsk\u00e9 centrum pro d\u016fchodov\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, jeho\u017e slu\u017eeb vloni vyu\u017eilo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 39 tis\u00edc klient\u016f, i zahrani\u010dn\u00edch. Nej\u010dast\u011bji je zaj\u00edmal jejich budouc\u00ed d\u016fchod, podm\u00ednky, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba splnit, ov\u011b\u0159ovali si a dokl\u00e1dali doby d\u016fchodov\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, informovali se o pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o d\u016fchod.
