Mrkev je sice pro zrak opravdu prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1, ne ale o moc v\u00edc ne\u017e \u0159ada jin\u00fdch potravin. Mrkev obsahuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed betakarotenu. Z n\u011bj v lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble vznik\u00e1 chemickou prom\u011bnou v\u00fdsledn\u00fd produkt vitam\u00edn A, kter\u00fd se spolu s dal\u0161\u00edmi l\u00e1tkami pod\u00edl\u00ed na v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b s\u00edtnice a ochran\u011b povrchu oka. T\u00edm p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed zrakov\u00fdch vjem\u016f, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e oko dok\u00e1\u017ee rozli\u0161ovat mezi sv\u011btlem a tmou. Vitam\u00edn A se v\u0161ak nach\u00e1z\u00ed i v mnoha jin\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch \u2013 jak rostlinn\u00fdch, tak \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch. Obsahuj\u00ed ho nap\u0159\u00edklad ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, vaje\u010dn\u00fd \u017eloutek, \u0161pen\u00e1t, zel\u00ed, ryb\u00ed tuk nebo j\u00e1tra,\u201c \u0159ekl Pavel Stod\u016flka, p\u0159ednosta s\u00edt\u011b o\u010dn\u00edch klinik Gemini.<\/p>\n<p>Zraku prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch potravin je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada.
