Uveden\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky mohou b\u00fdt toti\u017e vyvol\u00e1ny i jin\u00fdmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o v\u00fdh\u0159ez plot\u00e9nky, existuje cel\u00e1 \u0159ada l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fdch metod, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba uplatnit, ne\u017e se pacient rozhodne pro operaci,, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt v\u017edy a\u017e tou posledn\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b dlouhodob\u00e9ho nevhodn\u00e9ho zat\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e se na v\u00fdh\u0159ezu plot\u00e9nky v\u00fdznamn\u011b pod\u00edl\u00ed degenerativn\u00ed zm\u011bny plot\u00e9nek, kter\u00e9 jsou d\u00e1ny jednak geneticky, jednak chybami v \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu, kdy je nap\u0159\u00edklad nedostate\u010dn\u00fd pitn\u00fd re\u017eim, nevhodn\u00e1 skladba stravy, nedostatek pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch stopov\u00fdch prvk\u016f, p\u0159ekyselen\u00ed organismu, hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1ha nebo jsou probl\u00e9my s imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem. M\u00e1me-li fyzicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 povol\u00e1n\u00ed s nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fdm nevhodn\u00fdm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm p\u00e1te\u0159e, m\u011bli bychom uva\u017eovat o zm\u011bn\u011b profese. M\u011bli bychom tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eit t\u011blesnou v\u00e1hu, p\u0159estat kou\u0159it, v\u00edce se pohybovat.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u0161kozen\u00e1 plot\u00e9nka dr\u00e1\u017ed\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 nervy a bolest pak vyst\u0159eluje do kon\u010detin, ve kter\u00fdch m\u016f\u017eeme poci\u0165ovat i mraven\u010den\u00ed a brn\u011bn\u00ed, n\u011bkdy bez bolesti v z\u00e1dech.<\/p>\n<p>Je t\u0159eba zjistit, jak\u00e9 zat\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e vedlo k v\u00fdh\u0159ezu plot\u00e9nky a nad\u00e1le se vyvarovat \u010dinnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 tento stav zhor\u0161uj\u00ed. Je dobr\u00e9 si nechat vyhodnotit sv\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 zvyklosti, koordinaci pohyb\u016f, kde p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed k nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9mu zat\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed sval\u016f a kloub\u016f apod.\u00a0Vhodn\u011b zvolen\u00fdm rehabilita\u010dn\u00edm cvi\u010den\u00edm pak zm\u00edrn\u00edme svalov\u00e9 asymetrick\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b a\u017e k\u0159e\u010dovit\u00e9 sta\u017een\u00ed, a harmonizujeme svalov\u00fd tonus. Zdravotn\u00edk navrhne individu\u00e1ln\u00ed sestavu cvik\u016f pro obnoven\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho osov\u00e9ho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e, speci\u00e1ln\u00ed mas\u00e1\u017ee a doporu\u010d\u00ed \u00fapravy \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu tak, aby do\u0161lo ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality tk\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fd\u017eivy plot\u00e9nek.
