M\u00edstn\u00ed vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 k\u0159i\u017eovatka je toti\u017e probl\u00e9m i pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed vid\u00ed, nato\u017e pro n\u011bj, kdy\u017e je prakticky slep\u00fd. Jakmile vystoup\u00ed z tramvaje sm\u011brem z centra do \u0158e\u010dkovic, vrh\u00e1 se mezi auta a douf\u00e1, \u017ee \u0159idi\u010di maj\u00ed zrovna \u010dervenou nebo shov\u00edvav\u011b p\u0159ibrzd\u00ed, proto\u017ee na p\u0159echod se nedostane. Je toti\u017e vyzna\u010den\u00fd a\u017e o kus d\u00e1l po sm\u011bru j\u00edzdy a doj\u00edt na n\u011bj znamen\u00e1 kli\u010dkovat po vozovce p\u0159ed tramvaj\u00ed a auty.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch m\u00edst jsou v Brn\u011b des\u00edtky, ale tohle je nejhor\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee se ned\u00e1 nijak obej\u00edt,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Kone\u010dn\u00fd, kter\u00fd se v brn\u011bnsk\u00e9m Tyfloservisu specializuje na slu\u017eby pro nevidom\u00e9, nav\u00edc je \u010dlenem Poradn\u00edho v\u00fdboru m\u011bsta pro bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 Brno.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed pravidlo, \u017ee my s b\u00edl\u00fdmi holemi vystupujme v\u017edy prvn\u00edmi dve\u0159mi, aby o n\u00e1s \u0159idi\u010d v\u011bd\u011bl, a sna\u017e\u00edme se nejkrat\u0161\u00ed cestou dostat na druhou stranu. Ale u Semilassa to prost\u011b nejde. Naproti prvn\u00edm dve\u0159\u00edm je z\u00e1bradl\u00ed a chyb\u00ed p\u0159echod, tak\u017ee mus\u00edme mezi auta a douf\u00e1me, \u017ee je hol\u00ed n\u011bkomu neobouch\u00e1me.<\/p>\n<p>A tak\u00e9 \u017ee tam zrovna nestoj\u00ed dlouh\u00fd autobus, abychom jej nemuseli obch\u00e1zet,&#8220; popisuje Kone\u010dn\u00fd.<br \/>\nJen\u017ee vyhr\u00e1no nem\u00e1 ani tehdy, kdy\u017e se dostane na chodn\u00edk. K nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edmu p\u0159echodu nevedou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 dla\u017eebn\u00ed p\u00e1sy, tak\u017ee sm\u011br jen odhaduje. A kdy\u017e u\u017e se dostane k semaforu, \u010dek\u00e1 ho 15 metr\u016f dlouh\u00e1 zebra op\u011bt bez vodic\u00edch p\u00e1s\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u00e1 situace je jen kousek od Semilassa na termin\u00e1lu MHD u n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Kr\u00e1lovo Pole. Dostat se tady z tramvaje na n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed nebo k jednotliv\u00fdm autobus\u016fm je pro zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9ho z\u00e1sadn\u00ed probl\u00e9m. &#8222;Kdysi tu p\u00e1sy byly, ale u\u017e zmizely. Zkus\u00edm jejich obnovu prosadit p\u0159es participativn\u00ed rozpo\u010det,&#8220; poznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 Kone\u010dn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed k\u0159i\u017eovatka, je\u017e nevidom\u00fdm hodn\u011b zrychl\u00ed tep, le\u017e\u00ed op\u011bt v Kr\u00e1lov\u011b Poli \u2013 u zast\u00e1vky Kartouzsk\u00e1 pod\u00e9l \u0160tef\u00e1nikovy ulice. Zdej\u0161\u00ed p\u0159echod m\u011b\u0159\u00ed dokonce 34 metr\u016f a ostr\u016fvek tu nen\u00ed ani jeden. &#8222;Sta\u010d\u00ed se jinak pooto\u010dit a jste v silnici. Jsou tu sice nalepen\u00e9 vodic\u00ed p\u00e1sy, ale ty funguj\u00ed jen na rovn\u00e9m povrchu, tady jsou boule,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Kone\u010dn\u00fd. Nav\u00edc \u010d\u00edsla jsou v rozporu s normou. Ta na\u0159izuje, aby se ostr\u016fvek objevil ka\u017ed\u00e9ho 6,5 metru. Situace je o to nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee nedaleko p\u0159echodu le\u017e\u00ed haptick\u00e1 d\u00edlna spole\u010dnosti TyfloCentrum, kam m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed des\u00edtky nevidom\u00fdch na nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed akce.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dapravy a\u017e s rekonstrukcemi ulic<\/p>\n<p>M\u011bsto sice pl\u00e1nuje opravy troj\u00faheln\u00edku u Semilassa i prostoru u Kartouzsk\u00e9, ale n\u011bjakou dobu to je\u0161t\u011b potrv\u00e1. &#8222;O situaci v\u00edme, ale nyn\u00ed nem\u00e1 smysl d\u011blat n\u011bjak\u00e9 d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed \u00fapravy. Kompletn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159ijde s rekonstrukcemi. Semilasso p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed Brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 komunikace a p\u0159echod na Kartouzsk\u00e9 p\u0159ijde na \u0159adu s opravou \u0160tef\u00e1nikovy ulice. Term\u00edn v\u0161ak nezn\u00e1me,&#8220; podot\u00fdk\u00e1 starostka Kr\u00e1lova Pole Karin Karasov\u00e1 (ANO). Podle n\u00ed se u\u017e chyst\u00e1 i studie na \u00fapravu p\u0159edn\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v Kr\u00e1lov\u011b Poli v souvislosti s modernizac\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovy. &#8222;Tu pl\u00e1nuje Spr\u00e1va \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty n\u011bkdy po roce 2020 nebo 2021,&#8220; dopl\u0148uje.<\/p>\n<p>Nejrychej\u0161\u00ed nad\u011bji tak m\u00e1 Semilasso. Hororov\u00fd ostr\u016fvek se p\u0159esune a\u017e za k\u0159i\u017eovatku a p\u0159echod pro chodce v Kosmov\u011b ulici nov\u011b povede p\u0159es ostr\u016fvky. Stavbu za zhruba 75 milion\u016f korun ale radn\u00ed odlo\u017eili, nov\u00fd p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00fd term\u00edn po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s l\u00e9tem p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho roku.<\/p>\n<p>Nevidom\u00ed a slabozrac\u00ed maj\u00ed sv\u00e9ho koordin\u00e1tora \u2013 Radima Paseku \u2013 p\u0159\u00edmo na magistr\u00e1tn\u00edm odboru zdrav\u00ed. &#8222;Probl\u00e9m\u016f je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada a my se sna\u017e\u00edme na n\u011b upozor\u0148ovat pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b. Obecn\u011b velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdstupy z MHD p\u0159\u00edmo do silnice. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b takov\u00fd probl\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161\u00edme nap\u0159\u00edklad u husovick\u00e9 vozovny, kde nen\u00ed p\u0159echod a ve \u0161pi\u010dce se tam prakticky ned\u00e1 p\u0159ej\u00edt,&#8220; upozor\u0148uje Paseka. Podle webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky bariery.centrumpronevidome.cz je takov\u00fdch zast\u00e1vek po Brn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011bt des\u00edtek.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159itom jsou m\u011bsta, kde se nevidom\u00e9 sna\u017e\u00ed na takov\u00e1 m\u00edsta upozornit alespo\u0148 hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm v tramvaji \u010di autobuse, t\u0159eba v Olomouci. Nic takov\u00e9ho v Brn\u011b zat\u00edm neexistuje. &#8222;Je to ale n\u00e1m\u011bt, kter\u00fdm se budeme zab\u00fdvat,&#8220; slibuje Hana Toma\u0161t\u00edkov\u00e1 z brn\u011bnsk\u00e9ho dopravn\u00edho podniku.<\/p>\n<p>Podle n\u00ed se situace v Brn\u011b zlep\u0161uje. D\u016fkazem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i nyn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed modernizace autobusov\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed u Grandu, kter\u00e1 skon\u010d\u00ed na podzim. &#8222;P\u0159\u00edchod k n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u00edm bude bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fd, vzniknou p\u0159echody pro chodce a vodic\u00ed linie.
