Jin\u00ed voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159i upozor\u0148uj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e na to, jak magistr\u00e1t hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta (ne)sm\u011b\u0159uje k c\u00edli z roku 2013. Do p\u011bti let by toti\u017e m\u011bla b\u00fdt m\u011bstsk\u00e1 hromadn\u00e1 doprava v metropoli bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e1. Jedn\u00edm z d\u00edl\u010d\u00edch krok\u016f jsou nov\u00e9 n\u00e1jezdov\u00e9 rampy v \u0161esti stanic\u00edch metra B. <br><br>&#8222;R\u016fzn\u00ed p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 Prahy se sna\u017e\u00ed (alespo\u0148 na pap\u00ed\u0159e) v r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9ho mand\u00e1tu a gesce n\u011bco d\u011blat pro osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm a jinak znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e9. U\u017e v roce 2011 dopravn\u00ed podnik sliboval, \u017ee hendikepovan\u00ed budou m\u00edt snaz\u0161\u00ed cestov\u00e1n\u00ed metrem. Na magistr\u00e1tu tehdy pracovala skupina Pro Prahu bezbari\u00e9rovou a otev\u0159enou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O dva roky pozd\u011bji, kdy\u017e vyst\u0159\u00eddal Tom\u00e1\u0161 Hude\u010dek (tehdy TOP 09) ve funkci prim\u00e1tora Bohuslava Svobodu z ODS, p\u0159ijala rada hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta dokument s n\u00e1zvem &#8222;Koncepce odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed bari\u00e9r ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 doprav\u011b v hlavn\u00edm m\u011bst\u011b Praze&#8220;. Pracovn\u00ed skupinu dokonce nahradila magistr\u00e1tn\u00ed komise se stejn\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem. <br><br>&#8222;Hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto Praha p\u0159es dvacet let vyv\u00edj\u00ed aktivity pro odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed bari\u00e9r v doprav\u011b, d\u00edky nim\u017e se nesrovnateln\u011b zlep\u0161ila mo\u017enost vyu\u017eit\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dopravy jako ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 slu\u017eby i osobami se specifick\u00fdmi pot\u0159ebami (handicapovan\u00ed, cestuj\u00edc\u00ed s ko\u010d\u00e1rky, senio\u0159i apod.). Dosud neexistoval ucelen\u00fd koncep\u010dn\u00ed materi\u00e1l k t\u00e9to problematice,&#8220; od\u016fvodnili tehdej\u0161\u00ed radn\u00ed tento dokument, kter\u00fd m\u011bl zhodnotit, co u\u017e se v tomto sm\u011bru ud\u011blalo a co se chyst\u00e1. C\u00edlem bylo vytvo\u0159it do roku 2025 bezbari\u00e9rovou dopravu tak, aby byla p\u0159\u00edstupnou ve\u0159ejnou slu\u017ebou pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koalice pokra\u010duje ve zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed bezbari\u00e9rovosti<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koalice Pir\u00e1t\u016f, Prahy sob\u011b a Spojen\u00fdch sil pro Prahu (TOP 09, STAN, KDU-\u010cSL) si do programov\u00e9ho prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed dala v\u011btu: &#8222;Budeme pokra\u010dovat v programu zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed bezbari\u00e9rovosti MHD.&#8220; Prim\u00e1tor\u016fv n\u00e1m\u011bstek pro dopravu Adam Scheinherr (Praha sob\u011b) pomohl k tomu, aby v\u00edce ne\u017e rok po komun\u00e1ln\u00edch volb\u00e1ch byly vid\u011bt konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky. <br><br>&#8222;V\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s si toho rozd\u00edlu asi nikdy nev\u0161imla, ale pra\u017e\u0161t\u00ed voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159i o n\u011bm v\u011bd\u00ed a\u017e moc dob\u0159e. Mezery mezi n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011bm a vagonem metra toti\u017e na stanic\u00edch ka\u017edodenn\u011b znesnad\u0148uj\u00ed \u017eivot hendikepovan\u00fdm,&#8220; napsal u\u017e p\u0159ed \u010dty\u0159mi m\u011bs\u00edci na sv\u016fj facebookov\u00fd profil. Loni v \u0159\u00edjnu si tak\u00e9 prim\u00e1tor Zden\u011bk H\u0159ib (Pir\u00e1ti) s radn\u00ed pro soci\u00e1ln\u00ed oblast Milenou Johnovou (Praha sob\u011b) vyzkou\u0161eli p\u0159i asistenci voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159\u016fm, jak\u00e9 vlastn\u011b bari\u00e9ry p\u0159i cestov\u00e1n\u00ed Prahou na zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 \u010d\u00edhaj\u00ed. <br><br>H\u0159ib sl\u00edbil, \u017ee Scheinherr ve spolupr\u00e1ci s dopravn\u00edm podnikem za\u0159\u00edd\u00ed vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1jezdov\u00fdch ramp tak\u00e9 ve stanic\u00edch Vyso\u010dansk\u00e1, Palmovka, H\u016frka a M\u016fstek. Na \u010cern\u00e9m Most\u011b a Florenci byly tehdy nainstalov\u00e1ny \u010derstv\u011b. And\u011bl m\u00e1 od roku 2016 hranu n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b upravenou speci\u00e1ln\u00edm pry\u017eov\u00fdm h\u0159ebenov\u00fdm profilem. Takzvan\u00e9 gap fillery jsou i na link\u00e1ch A a C, kde nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m tak velk\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspirace v Barcelon\u011b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed pak mohli i d\u00edky radn\u00edmu Scheinherrovi \u010dlenov\u00e9 kapely student\u016f a absolvent\u016f \u0161kol Jedli\u010dkova \u00fastavu a stejnojmenn\u00e9ho spolku The Tap Tap spolu s dal\u0161\u00edmi hendikepovan\u00fdmi radostn\u011b zvolat: &#8222;Heur\u00e9ka!&#8220; \u010cerno\u017elut\u00e9 rampy se v obou sm\u011brech povedlo naistalovat ve zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch \u0161esti stanic\u00edch \u017elut\u00e9ho &#8222;b\u00e9\u010dka&#8220;. Praha se v \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed inspirovala ve \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9 Barcelon\u011b, kde se pot\u00fdkali se stejn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem a vy\u0159e\u0161ili ho podobn\u00fdmi rampami. <br><br>&#8222;MHD m\u00e1 b\u00fdt pro v\u0161echny bez v\u00fdjimky,&#8220; okomentoval novinku Scheinherr, kter\u00fd v\u0161ak \u010del\u00ed tlaku voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159\u016f (hlavn\u011b t\u011bch z domu s pe\u010dovatelskou slu\u017ebou ve \u0160romov\u011b ulici). D\u016fvodem je zru\u0161en\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed autobusov\u00e9 linky H1 pro p\u0159epravu v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho po\u010dtu hendikepovan\u00fdch v \u00faseku \u010cern\u00fd Most \u2013 Florenc. Zapsan\u00fd spolek Neposed\u00edme incioval tak\u00e9 petici, kterou jeho z\u00e1stupci p\u0159edali prim\u00e1toru H\u0159ibovi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na lednov\u00e9m zased\u00e1n\u00ed zastupitelstva hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta vystoupil tak\u00e9 sen\u00e1tor a ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd prezidentsk\u00fd kandid\u00e1t Pavel Fischer (nez\u00e1visl\u00fd), kter\u00fd h\u00e1jil z\u00e1jmy zhruba stovky posti\u017een\u00edch lid\u00ed. Adam Scheinherr v odpov\u011bdi zopakoval argument magistr\u00e1tn\u00ed firmy Ropid organizuj\u00edc\u00ed MHD v Praze a okol\u00ed, \u017ee dvan\u00e1ctimetrov\u00fd autobus linky H1 jezdil v\u011bt\u0161inou pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd. <br><br>&#8222;Beru to jako p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9 situace, hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto nav\u00fd\u0161ilo investice do bezbari\u00e9rovosti. Na lince 224 jezd\u00ed denn\u011b 111 n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00edch spoj\u016f (dva vozy jsou nav\u00edc prodlou\u017eeny na 9,5 metru &#8211; pozn. red.). Nechceme hendikepovan\u00e9 segregovat linkou ur\u010denou pouze pro n\u011b, ale naopak jim p\u0159izp\u016fsobit dopravn\u00ed prost\u0159edky, aby je mohli bezpe\u010dn\u011b a pohodln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvat se v\u0161emi ostatn\u00edmi spoluob\u010dany,&#8220; uvedl pra\u017esk\u00fd radn\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee do\u0161lo i k \u00faprav\u00e1m autobusov\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky Bryksova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sen\u00e1tor vy\u010dinil radn\u00edmu: Nech\u00e1v\u00e1te je zav\u0159en\u00e9 doma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Mluv\u00edte o segregaci, ale nech\u00e1v\u00e1te je zav\u0159en\u00e9 doma. Ti lid\u00e9 opravdu spolu s v\u00e1mi pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it ten probl\u00e9m,&#8220; apeloval sen\u00e1tor Fischer znovu Scheinherra, kter\u00fd v\u0161ak odv\u011btil, \u017ee je z voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159i z \u010cern\u00e9ho Mostu v dennodenn\u00edm kontaktu. &#8222;Nebojte se vyu\u017e\u00edvat linku 224,&#8220; nab\u00e1daj\u00ed lid\u00e9 z Neposed\u00edme na webu ostatn\u00ed kolegy. <br><br>Neziskov\u00e1 organizace Asistence pom\u00e1haj\u00edc\u00ed posti\u017een\u00fdm a pot\u0159ebn\u00fdm nicm\u00e9n\u011b ned\u00e1vno na facebookov\u00e9 str\u00e1nce publikovala p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek, \u017ee zru\u0161en\u00ed bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 autobusov\u00e9 linky H1 je jen z\u00e1stupn\u00fd probl\u00e9m a odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed pozornosti od t\u00e9matu, jak\u00e9si &#8222;vrt\u011bti psem&#8220;. Celkov\u00e1 situace (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v metru) i p\u0159es zlep\u0161en\u00ed nen\u00ed dobr\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Kdo si pamatuje ve\u0159ejnou dopravu v Praze p\u0159ed deseti lety, mus\u00ed uznat, \u017ee za tu dobu v bezbari\u00e9rovosti u\u0161la velk\u00fd kus cesty. A to i d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee sv\u00fdm ob\u010dan\u016fm sl\u00edbila, \u017ee v roce 2025 bude ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 doprava kompletn\u011b bez bari\u00e9r. U bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bn\u00ed star\u0161\u00edch stanic metra je to ji\u017e prakticky neuskute\u010dniteln\u00e9. A k tomu ml\u010det nelze,&#8220; napsala Asistence.
