Pokud\nup\u0159ednost\u0148uje psanou \u010de\u0161tinu, vyu\u017eije slu\u017eby p\u0159episu a spoj\u00ed se s\np\u0159episovatelem skrze textov\u00e9 okno,\u201c vysv\u011btluje vedouc\u00ed tlumo\u010dnick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb\nMichal Proch\u00e1zka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edb\u011bh klienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh se t\u00fdk\u00e1 klienta pana J., kter\u00e9mu jsme v r\u00e1mci\nsoci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eeb Tich\u00e9ho sv\u011bta poskytli asistenci a zprost\u0159edkovali komunikaci\nv zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Prakticky tak ukazuje, s \u010d\u00edm nap\u0159\u00edklad mohou konzultanti Tich\u00e9ho\nsv\u011bta pomoci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed pan J. \u017eije samot\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm \u017eivotem a nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9\np\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9. Do kancel\u00e1\u0159e Tich\u00e9ho sv\u011bta zavolal jeho\nzam\u011bstnavatel s t\u00edm, \u017ee pan J. hodn\u011b ka\u0161le, a jev\u00ed jasn\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky nemoci.\nNad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd tedy cht\u011bl, aby si do\u0161el k l\u00e9ka\u0159i. Konzultantka mu p\u0159es online\nkonzultaci v\u0161echno vysv\u011btlila a poradila mu, kam se obr\u00e1tit pro pomoc. Pan J.\nse vydal do bl\u00edzk\u00e9 nemocnice, kde byl ihned hospitalizov\u00e1n a po testu mu\nsd\u011blili, \u017ee je covid-19 pozitivn\u00ed. Kdy\u017e se pot\u00e9 ozval, sd\u011blil, \u017ee mu doch\u00e1z\u00ed baterie\nv mobilu a brzy nato u\u017e nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 se mu dovolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed den Tich\u00fd sv\u011bt znovu kontaktoval zam\u011bstnavatel pana\nJ., kter\u00fd cht\u011bl v\u011bd\u011bt, zda byl na testech na covid, a jak se mu da\u0159\u00ed.\nKonzultanti jsou povinni dodr\u017eovat ml\u010denlivost a bez souhlasu klienta tedy\nnemohou sd\u011blit informace o&nbsp;jeho zdravotn\u00edm stavu komukoliv dal\u0161\u00edmu.\nKonzultantka pana J. se tedy rozhodla zavolat do nemocnice, aby zjistila, na\nkter\u00e9m odd\u011blen\u00ed pan J. le\u017e\u00ed, a poprosila person\u00e1l, aby mu sehnali nab\u00edje\u010dku na\ntelefon. O&nbsp;den pozd\u011bji m\u011bl ale pan J. st\u00e1le nedostupn\u00fd telefon, tak\u017ee do\nnemocnice volala znovu, aby zkusila situaci vy\u0159e\u0161it. Sest\u0159i\u010dka j\u00ed sd\u011blila, \u017ee\nje s&nbsp;panem J. velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e1 komunikace, jeliko\u017e nerozum\u00ed psan\u00e9mu sd\u011blen\u00ed a\ns\u00e1m tento zp\u016fsob komunikace neovl\u00e1d\u00e1. Vzhledem k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee byl um\u00edst\u011bn na\ninfek\u010dn\u00edm odd\u011blen\u00ed, kde se pohybuje person\u00e1l v&nbsp;ochrann\u00fdch oblec\u00edch,\nv&nbsp;rou\u0161k\u00e1ch a se \u0161t\u00edty, nemohl pan J. odez\u00edrat, a komunikace pro n\u011bj tedy\nbyla v&nbsp;podstat\u011b nemo\u017en\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z mo\u017en\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bylo zap\u016fj\u010den\u00ed tabletu se SIM kartou\nz Tich\u00e9ho sv\u011bta. D\u00edky tabletu by se toti\u017e pan J. mohl spojit s konzultantkou,\ntedy prost\u0159edn\u00edkem v hovoru se zdravotn\u00edky, a v\u0161echno by si spole\u010dn\u011b vyjasnili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u017e ale sta\u010dil kdokoliv s tabletem vyrazit do nemocnice, volala sest\u0159i\u010dka z odd\u011blen\u00ed ze sv\u00e9ho soukrom\u00e9ho telefonu. D\u00edky jej\u00ed ochot\u011b a duchap\u0159\u00edtomnosti se mohl pan J. p\u0159es videohovor se svou konzultantkou spojit, a ta tak mohla celou situaci vysv\u011btlit a nab\u00eddnout mu tablet, kter\u00fd usnadn\u00ed ve\u0161kerou domluvu. Pan J. byl moc r\u00e1d a souhlasil tak\u00e9 s informov\u00e1n\u00edm zam\u011bstnavatele o sv\u00e9m zdravotn\u00edm stavu. D\u00edky vst\u0159\u00edcnosti nemocni\u010dn\u00edho person\u00e1lu a klienta nakonec v\u0161echno dob\u0159e dopadlo.
