Vincenz Priessnitz objevil z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky vody d\u00edky lesn\u00ed zv\u011b\u0159i. <br> <br>Vincenz Priessnitz schovan\u00fd za stromem pozoruje srnce, kter\u00fd si v lesn\u00ed stud\u00e1nce l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed poran\u011bnou nohu. To je za\u010d\u00e1tek jednoho velk\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu o chlapci z mal\u00e9 osady Gr\u00e4fenberg vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 dva kilometry od Fr\u00fdvaldova (dne\u0161n\u00ed Jesen\u00edk), kter\u00fd objevil z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky studen\u00e9 vody a pohybu na \u010derstv\u00e9m horsk\u00e9m vzduchu. A\u010dkoliv nem\u011bl \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u0161koly, stal se jedn\u00edm z nejvyhled\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00edch l\u00e9\u010ditel\u016f na \u00fazem\u00ed tehdej\u0161\u00edho Rakouska-Uherska. <br> <br>Tomu ale p\u0159edch\u00e1zela \u0159ada peripeti\u00ed. V \u0161estn\u00e1cti letech spadl pod pln\u011b nalo\u017een\u00fd ko\u0148sk\u00fd povoz a kola mu p\u0159ejela hrudn\u00edk. P\u0159ivolan\u00fd ranhoji\u010d prohl\u00e1sil zran\u011bn\u00ed za smrteln\u00e9, v lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pr\u00fd z mlad\u00edka z\u016fstane mrz\u00e1k. L\u00e9\u010den\u00ed studenou vodou sice Vincenzovi trvalo rok, ale na jeho konci byl zdr\u00e1v. Zpr\u00e1va o tomto z\u00e1zraku se rychle rozk\u0159ikla. Na Gr\u00e4fenberg za\u010dali p\u0159ich\u00e1zet lid\u00e9 z okol\u00ed a prosili o pomoc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vincenz Priessnitz za\u010dal l\u00e9\u010dit sv\u00e9 prvn\u00ed pacienty v roce 1819. Po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dba spo\u010d\u00edvala v p\u0159ikl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed studen\u00fdch obklad\u016f a z\u00e1bal\u016f nebo v pol\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed posti\u017een\u00fdch m\u00edst. L\u00e9\u010dil tak zhmo\u017ed\u011bniny, podvrtnut\u00ed a povrchov\u00e1 poran\u011bn\u00ed. Tyto metody byly zn\u00e1my u\u017e od prad\u00e1vna, ale Priessnitz k nim p\u0159ipojil sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed postupy. Jedn\u00edm z nich byla potn\u00e1 k\u00fara. Pou\u017e\u00edval ji zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed chronick\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed. Pacienta nechal nejprve v klidu v posteli zpotit a pot\u00e9 ho na kr\u00e1tkou dobu pono\u0159il do necek se studenou vodou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K brouzd\u00e1n\u00ed i pit\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozd\u011bji vedle jednoduch\u00fdch potn\u00edch k\u00far p\u0159id\u00e1val \u010dast\u011bji se opakuj\u00edc\u00ed aplikace studen\u00e9 vody. Jednalo se v\u011bt\u0161inou o celkov\u00e9 l\u00e1zn\u011b spojen\u00e9 s t\u0159en\u00edm poko\u017eky, ale tak\u00e9 o polol\u00e1zn\u011b, brouzd\u00e1n\u00ed ve vod\u011b, sedac\u00ed koupele, l\u00e1zn\u011b kon\u010detin, l\u00e1zn\u011b o\u010d\u00ed, celkov\u00e9 a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 studen\u00e9 sprchy, pit\u00ed studen\u00fdch vod z pramen\u016f, n\u011bkdy i st\u0159evn\u00ed n\u00e1levy studenou vodou. \u010cerstv\u00e1 pramenit\u00e1 voda byla toti\u017e p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 k\u00fa\u0159e v hojn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na i vnit\u0159n\u011b. K j\u00eddl\u016fm bylo denn\u011b vypito nejm\u00e9n\u011b 12 sklenic vody (asi 2,4  litru) a strava byla velmi prost\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vincenz Priessnitz zakazoval pacient\u016fm hovo\u0159it mezi sebou o nemocech, poskytoval individu\u00e1ln\u011b pohovory, kladl d\u016fraz na spole\u010densk\u00e1 setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a \u00fa\u010dast na hudebn\u00edch \u010di jin\u00fdch akc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159ily sou\u010d\u00e1st l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9ho pobytu. Byl prvn\u00ed, kdo sjednotil pohybovou l\u00e9\u010dbu s vodol\u00e9\u010dbou, dietou, prac\u00ed, muzikoterapi\u00ed a psychoterapi\u00ed. <br> <br>P\u00e1te\u0159\u00ed Priessnitzov\u00fdch l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fdch metod ale z\u016fstala voda. Zjistil, \u017ee chladn\u00e1 voda nebo st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed chladu a tepla ovliv\u0148uje autonomn\u00ed nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m. T\u00edm se stimuluj\u00ed samol\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 mechanismy lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla a v\u00fdrazn\u011b se zvy\u0161uje celkov\u00e1 odolnost organizmu proti infekc\u00edm a stresu. St\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed podn\u011bt\u016f povzbuzuje zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b krevn\u00ed ob\u011bh, d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed a funkce vnit\u0159n\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f.
