Pro svou nen\u00e1ro\u010dnost jsou online lekce vhodn\u00e9 pro\nlidi, kte\u0159\u00ed nemaj\u00ed p\u0159edchoz\u00ed zku\u0161enost s tancem, pro lidi s fyzick\u00fdm\nhandicapem, pohybov\u00fdm omezen\u00edm v d\u016fsledku \u00farazu nebo bolesti. Nedok\u00e1\u017eou sice nahradit v\u0161echno to, co se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159i\ninterakci v kurzu na\u017eivo, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed ale nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. Nap\u0159\u00edklad na\u0161e tane\u010dnice\nM\u00ed\u0161a si na nich cenila jemnosti, zdrav\u00e9ho pohybu pod odborn\u00fdm veden\u00edm a\npsychohygieny, \u201c vysv\u011btluje Kate\u0159ina Hanzl\u00edkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od v\u011bdom\u00e9ho pohybu k tane\u010dn\u00ed improvizaci<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lekce V t\u011ble doma pro lidi s handicapem i bez vytvo\u0159ily a\nlektoruj\u00ed Jitka Mozorov\u00e1 a Kate\u0159ina Hanzl\u00edkov\u00e1, vedouc\u00ed spolku Proty boty.\n\u010cerpaj\u00ed ze sv\u00e9 10 let\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s tane\u010dn\u011b-pedagogickou a choreografickou\nprax\u00ed s lidmi s handicapem a bez. Ve sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci uplat\u0148uj\u00ed metody tane\u010dn\u00ed a\npohybov\u00e9 terapie, Labanovu anal\u00fdzu pohybu, Franklinovu metodu u\u010den\u00ed pohybu,\nkoncept spir\u00e1ln\u00ed dynamiky a techniky sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho tance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak si tane\u010dn\u011b-pohybov\u00e9 lekce vhodn\u00e9 i pro netane\u010dn\u00edky\np\u0159edstavit? P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost sebevyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed, kontaktu s\u00e1m se sebou a sv\u00fdmi vnit\u0159n\u00edmi\npro\u017eitky, rozvoj kreativity a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm radost z pohybu. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b znalost\u00ed\nanatomie t\u011bla postupn\u011b doc\u00edl\u00edme v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed lehkosti p\u0159i prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed pohybu. \u201eJe to o\nradosti h\u00fdbat se! Tomuto unik\u00e1tn\u00edmu zp\u016fsobu pr\u00e1ce, pro\nkter\u00fd je charakteristick\u00e9 propojov\u00e1n\u00edm lid\u00ed s handicapem i bez na jednom\njevi\u0161ti s ohledem na fyzickou pr\u016fpravu, tane\u010dn\u00ed pro\u017eitek i terapeutick\u00e9 efekty,\nse lektorky spolku Proty boty v\u011bnuj\u00ed u\u017e 10 let. \u201eP\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1me, \u017ee uzav\u0159en\u00ed\ndivadel a kontaktn\u00ed v\u00fduky pro n\u00e1s byla velk\u00e1 r\u00e1na.
