Pro\nsnadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed orientaci lid\u00ed s b\u00edlou hol\u00ed jsou ve m\u011bst\u011b na frekventovan\u00fdch m\u00edstech\nrozm\u00edst\u011bny ozvu\u010den\u00e9 maj\u00e1ky, nebo vyfr\u00e9zovan\u00e9 vod\u00edc\u00ed linie. Probl\u00e9m jsou v\u0161ak\nkolob\u011b\u017eky zaparkovan\u00e9 ve vod\u00edc\u00edch lini\u00edch, p\u0159erostl\u00e9 v\u011btve a lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed &#8211; by\u0165\nv\u011bt\u0161inou s dobr\u00fdm \u00famyslem &#8211; nevidom\u00fdm pom\u00e1haj\u00ed, ani\u017e by se zeptali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V jedn\u00e9 z m\u00edstnost\u00ed fakulty jadern\u00e9 a fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9\n\u010cVUT sed\u00ed u stolu Radek Seifert. Kolem n\u011bj jsou po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, tisk\u00e1rna Braillova\np\u00edsma a vitr\u00edna s miniaturami pam\u00e1tek s popisky v Braillov\u011b p\u00edsm\u011b. Seifert\np\u016fsob\u00ed ve st\u0159edisku ELSA, kter\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159uje na podporu student\u016f se specifick\u00fdmi\npot\u0159ebami. Spolupracuje tak\u00e9 s neziskovou organizac\u00ed Okam\u017eik, kter\u00e1 pom\u00e1h\u00e1\nlidem se zrakov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u011btadvaceti p\u0159i\u0161el o zrak. \u201ePrvn\u00ed, co se \u010dlov\u011bk po\noslepnut\u00ed mus\u00ed nau\u010dit, je chodit s hol\u00ed. Trvalo mi rok, ne\u017e jsem s n\u00ed z\u00edskal\njistotu a za\u010dal se c\u00edtit bezpe\u010dn\u011b,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Seifert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevidom\u00ed se zprvu u\u010d\u00ed chodit po r\u016fzn\u00fdch tras\u00e1ch. S t\u00edm\npom\u00e1haj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 organizace, jednou z nich je Tyfloservis. \u201eTa trasa ale poka\u017ed\u00e9\nvypad\u00e1 jinak, proto\u017ee se m\u016f\u017eou objevit ne\u010dekan\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b to\njsou hlavn\u011b elektrick\u00e9 kolob\u011b\u017eky,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Tereza Havl\u00edkov\u00e1, instruktorka z\norganizace Tyfloservis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na tras\u00e1ch nevidom\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vod\u00edc\u00ed linie. Ty jsou bu\u010f\np\u0159irozen\u00e9 \u2013 budovy, zdi, \u010di p\u0159echod mezi chodn\u00edkem a tr\u00e1vn\u00edkem, nebo um\u011bl\u00e9,\nkter\u00fdmi jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad na zemi vyfr\u00e9zovan\u00e9 linky v metru a ozvu\u010den\u00e9 p\u0159echody.\n\u201ePraha je z hlediska pohybu po m\u011bst\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e dobr\u00e1,\u201c podot\u00fdk\u00e1 Seifert. V\u00fdhodou\nmetropole je tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee m\u00e1 definovan\u00e9 chodn\u00edky, co\u017e v jin\u00fdch hlavn\u00edch m\u011bstech\nEvropy, zejm\u00e9na na z\u00e1pad\u011b, nen\u00ed samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seifert se do budovy \u010cVUT dopravuje metrem. V okol\u00ed je hned\nn\u011bkolik p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek. Hned vedle vchodu zavad\u00ed jeho b\u00edl\u00e1 h\u016fl o zaparkovan\u00e9\nelektrick\u00e9 kolob\u011b\u017eky. Ty p\u0159eru\u0161uj\u00ed jeho p\u0159irozenou vod\u00edc\u00ed linii mezi chodn\u00edkem\na budovou. \u201eKolob\u011b\u017eky jsou te\u010f asi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1. Kv\u016fli jejich tvaru\nse nevidom\u00ed m\u016f\u017eou dostat do nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 situace. Nav\u00edc nikdy nev\u00ed, kdy se p\u0159ed\nnimi ne\u010dekan\u011b objev\u00ed na nau\u010den\u00e9 trase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po vod\u00edc\u00ed linii mezi budovou a chodn\u00edkem se Seifert dost\u00e1v\u00e1\nk p\u0159echodu. D\u00e1 znamen\u00ed autu, kter\u00e9 by mohlo projet, a p\u0159ejde. \u201eKlienti si tak\u00e9\n\u010dasto st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed na to, \u017ee se n\u011bkdy ned\u00e1 poznat, kde je p\u0159echod. Ne v\u017edy je b\u00edlou\nhol\u00ed \u010diteln\u00fd, na podzim jsou t\u0159eba zav\u00e1t\u00e9 list\u00edm,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Havl\u00edkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed vod\u00edc\u00ed linii za p\u0159echodem nach\u00e1z\u00ed Seifert d\u00edky\necholokaci. \u201eSly\u0161\u00edm, \u017ee vedle m\u011b je budova, d\u00edky tomu si najdu linii,\u201c\nvysv\u011btluje. Po n\u011bkolika metrech v\u0161ak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eka, a to zahr\u00e1dka\nrestaurace. \u201eTohle nejsou probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 by se nedaly p\u0159ekonat. Ale pohyb to\nkomplikuje,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 a na ovlada\u010di stiskne tla\u010d\u00edtko. Pak hlas z ozvu\u010den\u00e9ho\nmaj\u00e1ku ohl\u00e1s\u00ed, u kter\u00e9 stanice metra pr\u00e1v\u011b stoj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komplikace zp\u016fsobuje nap\u0159\u00edklad i zele\u0148 p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed do\npochoz\u00edch ploch, zejm\u00e9na na \u00farovni obli\u010deje. \u201eZele\u0148 upravujeme n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t do\nroka tak, aby pro chodce nebyla nijak omezuj\u00edc\u00ed. Pokud se nicm\u00e9n\u011b najde m\u00edsto,\nkde strom nen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b upraven, obratem zajist\u00edme n\u00e1pravu, v tomto ohledu\nn\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad aplikace zmente.to, kam lid\u00e9 mohou zaslat sv\u00e9 podn\u011bty,\u201c\n\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Tade\u00e1\u0161 Provazn\u00edk, medi\u00e1ln\u00ed asistent Magistr\u00e1tu hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je se zeptat, zda chce nevidom\u00fd pomoct<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V metru se nevidom\u00ed orientuj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou bez probl\u00e9mu. Nos\u00ed u\nsebe d\u00e1lkov\u00fd ovlada\u010d, kter\u00fd po stisknut\u00ed tla\u010d\u00edtka aktivuje ozvu\u010den\u00e9 maj\u00e1ky.\nSeifert se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed k eskal\u00e1toru. Z reproduktoru nad n\u00edm se ozve, kde se pr\u00e1v\u011b\nnach\u00e1z\u00ed a k jak\u00e9mu eskal\u00e1toru j\u00edt, kdy\u017e chce jet sm\u011brem dol\u016f. Mnohdy v\u0161ak\novlada\u010d ani pou\u017e\u00edvat nemus\u00ed, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 trasu nau\u010denou. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad tak\u00e9\nto, kdy\u017e p\u0159ed n\u00edm jde n\u011bkdo v podpatk\u00e1ch \u2013 \u0159\u00edd\u00ed se pak podle zvuku klap\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1v\u00e1, kdy\u017e se n\u011bkdo sna\u017e\u00ed pomoct bez ohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed,\nco\u017e se pr\u00fd st\u00e1v\u00e1 celkem \u010dasto. \u201eStalo se mi, \u017ee m\u011b n\u011bkdo bez upozorn\u011bn\u00ed odt\u00e1hl\na \u0159ekl, a\u0165 jdu rovn\u011b. Pohyb rovn\u011b je ale d\u00e1n vizu\u00e1ln\u011b, ne kineticky. Nevidom\u00fd\nse pot\u0159ebuje dostat do kontaktu s p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou, ta mu pom\u016f\u017ee se zorientovat,\u201c\nvysv\u011btluje Seifert. Pomoc ale nikdy neodm\u00edtne. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u0161ak je, aby se \u010dlov\u011bk\nnab\u00edzej\u00edc\u00ed pomoc nejprve zeptal. Sta\u010d\u00ed pozdravit a zeptat se, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b se lehce\ndotknout ramena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eJe nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, kdy\u017e v\u00e1s za\u010dne anonymn\u00ed ruka n\u011bkam tahat.\nJednou se mi stalo, \u017ee m\u011b na schodech bez upozorn\u011bn\u00ed chytli dva lid\u00e9. Jeden m\u011b\nnadzved\u00e1val, druh\u00fd t\u00e1hl dol\u016f,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1. Vysv\u011btluje, \u017ee se lid\u00e9 nab\u00edzej\u00edc\u00ed pomoc\nm\u016f\u017eou setkat i s nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fdmi reakcemi, kter\u00e9 jsou mnohdy zp\u016fsobeny p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00fdmi\n\u0161patn\u00fdmi zku\u0161enostmi, nebo t\u00edm, \u017ee se nevidom\u00fd teprve srovn\u00e1v\u00e1 s obt\u00ed\u017enou\n\u017eivotn\u00ed situac\u00ed. \u201eKdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159ijde o zrak, nast\u00e1v\u00e1 velmi k\u0159ehk\u00e9 obdob\u00ed. J\u00e1\ns\u00e1m se za svou b\u00edlou h\u016fl p\u0159estal styd\u011bt a\u017e po p\u011bti letech,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Seifert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daniel L\u017ei\u010da\u0159, kter\u00fd je prakticky nevidom\u00fd u\u017e od mali\u010dka, se\nsetkal i s v\u00fdsm\u011bchem pot\u00e9, co jej vid\u00edc\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk \u0161patn\u011b navedl. \u201eN\u011bkdy m\u016f\u017ee\nnab\u00edzen\u00e1 pomoc i zkomplikovat \u017eivot,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 L\u017ei\u010da\u0159. V\u017edy v\u0161ak uv\u00edt\u00e1, kdy\u017e mu\nn\u011bkdo na tramvajov\u00e9 zast\u00e1vce \u0159ekne \u010d\u00edslo p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edho autobusu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na n\u00e1stupi\u0161ti v metru Seifert stiskne tla\u010d\u00edtko na ovlada\u010di.\nPot\u00e9 se na digit\u00e1ln\u00ed tabuli objev\u00ed p\u00edsmeno D, kter\u00e9 upozorn\u00ed strojvedouc\u00edho,\naby otev\u0159el v\u0161echny dve\u0159e. \u201ePro m\u011b je metro dlouh\u00e1 linie plechu, na kter\u00e9 se\nt\u011b\u017eko hled\u00e1 tla\u010d\u00edtko k otev\u0159en\u00ed dve\u0159\u00ed,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Seifert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomoc\u00ed d\u00e1lkov\u00e9ho ovlada\u010de aktivuje tak\u00e9 ozvu\u010den\u00ed tramvaj\u00ed.\nNevidom\u00fd se v\u0161ak mus\u00ed postavit k ozna\u010dn\u00edku zast\u00e1vky, aby jeho ovlada\u010d reagoval\nna zvukov\u00fd maj\u00e1k. Probl\u00e9m je, kdy\u017e zastav\u00ed dv\u011b za sebou a nevidom\u00fd chce\nnastoupit do druh\u00e9 v \u0159ad\u011b. To komplikuje p\u0159epravu i Danielu L\u017ei\u010da\u0159ovi. Ten by je\u0161t\u011b\nuv\u00edtal ozvu\u010den\u00e9 maj\u00e1ky s n\u00e1zvy ulic, co\u017e by mu usnadnilo p\u0159estupy na navazuj\u00edc\u00ed\nspoje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eKdy\u017e u ozna\u010dn\u00edku stoj\u00ed nevidom\u00fd, m\u011bl by \u0159idi\u010d t\u00e9 druh\u00e9 tramvaje zastavit je\u0161t\u011b jednou p\u0159\u00edmo u zast\u00e1vky. To se bohu\u017eel dost \u010dasto nest\u00e1v\u00e1, tak\u017ee tam \u010dlov\u011bk mus\u00ed \u010dekat je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkolik dal\u0161\u00edch minut,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 L\u017ei\u010da\u0159. Tyfloservis sv\u00e9 klienty nab\u00e1d\u00e1, aby u ozna\u010dn\u00edku dali svou h\u016fl p\u0159ed sebe tak, aby byla nep\u0159ehl\u00e9dnuteln\u00e1.
