Nejde ovl\u00e1dat. Ano, mluv\u00edme o\nmigr\u00e9n\u011b, kterou trp\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd des\u00e1t\u00fd \u010cech a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u00fd po\u010det lid\u00ed mysl\u00ed, \u017ee\nbolest hlavy a migr\u00e9na jsou jedno a to sam\u00e9. Jen\u017ee nejsou. Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f jsou\nlid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed trp\u00ed na migr\u00e9ny a p\u0159itom zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00fd \u017eivot se v\u0161emi ka\u017edodenn\u00edmi\npovinnostmi superhrdinov\u00e9. Pro\u010d si z\u00e1ke\u0159n\u00e1 choroba vyb\u00edr\u00e1 t\u0159ikr\u00e1t \u010dast\u011bji \u017eeny\nne\u017e mu\u017ee? Co je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou t\u011bchto pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed a jak\u00e1 prevence m\u016f\u017ee tuto bolest\nzm\u00edrnit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Migr\u00e9na s sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed opakovan\u00e9 bolesti hlavy a\u017e velmi\nsiln\u00e9 intenzity, \u010dasto je doprov\u00e1zen\u00e1 zvracen\u00edm, nevolnost\u00ed, citlivost\u00ed na\nzvuky, pachy, sv\u011btlo a extr\u00e9mn\u00ed \u00fanavou. Vyvolat jej\u00ed z\u00e1chvat m\u016f\u017ee cel\u00e1 \u0159ada\nspou\u0161t\u011b\u010d\u016f \u2013 od stresu a zm\u011bny po\u010das\u00ed po n\u011bkter\u00e9 potraviny, jako je alkohol,\nglutam\u00e1t nebo taven\u00e9 s\u00fdry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eVyvarov\u00e1n\u00ed se spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d\u016f je u lid\u00ed trp\u00edc\u00edch migr\u00e9nou velmi\nd\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a \u0159ada pacient\u016f se o to intenzivn\u011b sna\u017e\u00ed. Pravda je ale takov\u00e1, \u017ee\nn\u011bkter\u00fdm z nich se bohu\u017eel nelze v\u017edy vyhnout, a i kdy\u017e se to povede, nemus\u00ed se\nn\u00e1m t\u00edm v\u017edy poda\u0159it migr\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159edej\u00edt. Ur\u010dit\u011b tedy nelze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee by si lid\u00e9 za\nmigr\u00e9nu mohli sami. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch pacient\u016f dokonce nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de\nz\u00e1chvatu vysledovat v\u016fbec,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Tom\u00e1\u0161 Ne\u017e\u00e1dal, neurolog, p\u0159edseda Czech\nHeadache Society a vedouc\u00ed specializovan\u00e9ho centra pro diagnostiku a l\u00e9\u010dbu\nbolest\u00ed hlavy v Praze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdo ji nikdy nem\u011bl, nepochop\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u0159ejm\u011b ka\u017ed\u00e9 chronick\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje \u017eivot.\nU migr\u00e9ny to plat\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u011b, mimo jin\u00e9 proto, \u017ee mnoz\u00ed nezasv\u011bcen\u00ed maj\u00ed\ntendenci nemoc zleh\u010dovat. Choroba, vyb\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed si t\u0159ikr\u00e1t \u010dast\u011bji \u017eeny ne\u017e mu\u017ee,\njim p\u0159itom krade cel\u00e9 dny: ti, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed t\u0159i z\u00e1chvaty m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b, ztr\u00e1c\u00ed b\u011bhem\ndeseti let t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 rok \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle pr\u016fzkum\u016f nav\u00edc 60 procent pacient\u016f taj\u00ed nemoc p\u0159ed\nsv\u00fdm okol\u00edm. \u201eMigr\u00e9na nen\u00ed oby\u010dejn\u00e1 bolest hlavy, ale chronick\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed,\nkter\u00e9 pacienty v\u00fdrazn\u011b omezuje v jejich \u017eivotech. Spole\u010dnost to tak bohu\u017eel\nmnohdy nech\u00e1pe, a proto se \u0159ada lid\u00ed s migr\u00e9nou c\u00edt\u00ed stigmatizovan\u00e1 a ve sv\u00e9\nnemoci osam\u011bl\u00e1,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 R\u00fdza Bla\u017eejovsk\u00e1, p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b pacientsk\u00e9 organizace\nMigr\u00e9na-help a organiz\u00e1torka prvn\u00ed konference pro takto nemocn\u00e9 pacienty, kter\u00e1\nprob\u011bhla v listopadu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158editelka Evropsk\u00e9 aliance pro migr\u00e9nu a bolesti hlavy, na\nkonferenci prohl\u00e1sila: \u201eV mnoha zem\u00edch se migr\u00e9na pova\u017euje jenom za v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed\nbolest hlavy a toto vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed je t\u0159eba zm\u011bnit. Okol\u00ed migr\u00e9n\u011b nerozum\u00ed \u2013 vid\u00ed jen\nto, \u017ee ob\u010das chyb\u00edme v pr\u00e1ci nebo se nem\u016f\u017eeme z\u00fa\u010dastnit n\u011bjak\u00e9 aktivity,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1\nElena Ruiz de la Torre, kter\u00e1 trp\u00ed migr\u00e9nou od dvan\u00e1cti let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pracovn\u00ed v\u00fdtka kv\u016fli migr\u00e9n\u011b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z pr\u016fzkumu organizace Evropsk\u00e9 aliance pro migr\u00e9nu a bolesti\nhlavy (EMHA) proveden\u00e9ho mezi lidmi s migr\u00e9nou p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ze sedmi evropsk\u00fdch\nzem\u00ed (\u0160pan\u011blsko, It\u00e1lie, Velk\u00e1 Brit\u00e1nie, Francie, Irsko, N\u011bmecko a Portugalsko)\nvyplynulo, \u017ee 45 procent respondent\u016f m\u011blo kv\u016fli n\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee s prodlou\u017een\u00edm\npracovn\u00ed smlouvy, 43 procent uvedlo probl\u00e9m pr\u00e1ci v\u016fbec z\u00edskat a 33 procent\ndostalo od sv\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnavatele v\u00fdtku, nap\u0159\u00edklad pr\u00e1v\u011b kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee jim\nz\u00e1chvat migr\u00e9ny znemo\u017enil do pr\u00e1ce n\u011bkter\u00fd den p\u0159ij\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S migr\u00e9nou \u010ce\u0161i bojuj\u00ed ve t\u0159iceti centrech<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u010cesku a\u017e 40 procent pacient\u016f o sv\u00e9 diagn\u00f3ze ani nev\u00ed,\np\u0159itom \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 pomoc je dob\u0159e dostupn\u00e1. Jak na konferenci prozradila neurolo\u017eka\nEva Medov\u00e1, u men\u0161\u00edch po\u010dt\u016f z\u00e1chvat\u016f sta\u010d\u00ed akutn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dba \u2013 b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 analgetika nebo\ntakzvan\u00e9 triptany. P\u0159i \u010dty\u0159ech a v\u00edce z\u00e1chvatech m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b je ji\u017e podle l\u00e9ka\u0159ky\nvhodn\u00e9 nasadit preventivn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbu, kterou pacientovi p\u0159edpisuje neurolog. Ten\njej m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 odeslat do specializovan\u00e9ho centra pro terapii bolesti hlavy,\nkter\u00fdch je v \u010cesku ji\u017e p\u0159es t\u0159icet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePreventivn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbou dnes dok\u00e1\u017eeme sn\u00ed\u017eit po\u010dty z\u00e1chvat\u016f a\u017e o\npolovinu, a to pomoc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f, je\u017e byly p\u016fvodn\u011b vyvinuty pro jin\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed,\nale uk\u00e1zal se u nich pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek na migr\u00e9nu. Od roku 2020 poji\u0161\u0165ovny\npropl\u00e1c\u00ed i takzvanou biologickou l\u00e9\u010dbu, specificky vyvinutou pro profylaxi\nmigr\u00e9ny. Ta um\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit po\u010det z\u00e1chvat\u016f a\u017e o polovinu a v\u00edce, zkracuje trv\u00e1n\u00ed\natak a zm\u00edr\u0148uje jejich intenzitu. Krom\u011b toho u biologick\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f pozorujeme\nminimum ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 l\u00e9ka\u0159ka. V centrech pro l\u00e9\u010dbu bolesti podle\nn\u00ed pacient\u016fm s migr\u00e9nou krom\u011b l\u00e9k\u016f nab\u00edzej\u00ed i psychoterapii a fyzioterapii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ed bolest\u00ed hlavy nelze ut\u00e9ct<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolest hlavy popisuj\u00ed lid\u00e9 jako jednu z nejnep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch\nv\u016fbec. Ned\u00e1 se nijak obej\u00edt, zapudit, ob\u010das ji nep\u0159elst\u00ed ani ta nejlep\u0161\u00ed\nanalgetika. Podle Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace p\u0159itom ka\u017edodenn\u00ed bolest\u00ed\nhlavy trp\u00ed jeden z dvaceti lid\u00ed z rozvinut\u00fdch zem\u00ed. Jedna z nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch\nzdravotn\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed v\u0161ak v\u011bdce cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta st\u00e1le nech\u00e1v\u00e1 na velk\u00fdch pochyb\u00e1ch.\n\u201eV\u00edme sice mnohem v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u0159ed 20 lety o tom, co bolesti hlavy zp\u016fsobuje, ale\nje\u0161t\u011b st\u00e1le nem\u00e1me ucelen\u00fd obraz,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Charles Flippen, docent neurologie na\nDavid Geffen School of Medicine v Los Angeles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eMozkov\u00e1 tk\u00e1\u0148 a lebka za bolesti ze sv\u00e9 podstaty zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9\nb\u00fdt nemohou, jde tedy zejm\u00e9na o z\u00e1le\u017eitost krevn\u00edch c\u00e9v v hlav\u011b a krku, tk\u00e1n\u00ed\nobklopuj\u00edc\u00edch mozek a n\u011bkter\u00fdch jeho hlavn\u00edch nerv\u016f. P\u0159\u00ed\u010dina bolesti hlavy v\u0161ak\nm\u016f\u017ee tkv\u00edt tak\u00e9 v poko\u017ece, dutin\u00e1ch, zubech, kr\u010dn\u00edch svalech a kloubech,\u201c\nvysv\u011btluje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00fdm typem bolesti trp\u00edme?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f je tak nejlep\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed, jak se bolesti\nzbavit, rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed, s jak\u00fdm typem bolesti hlavy se pot\u00fdk\u00e1me. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je\ntenzn\u00ed bolest, vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00edce u \u017een. Je tup\u00e1, sv\u00edrav\u00e1 a nez\u0159\u00eddka za ni\nmohou svaly v okol\u00ed \u0161\u00edje. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt r\u016fzn\u00e9 intenzity a \u010detnosti. Dobrou zpr\u00e1vou\nje, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161inou si s n\u00ed porad\u00ed analgetika. Druh\u00fd nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed typ p\u0159edstavuje\npr\u00e1v\u011b zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 migr\u00e9na, zasahuj\u00edc\u00ed jak d\u011bti, tak dosp\u011bl\u00e9. P\u0159ed pubertou b\u00fdvaj\u00ed\nchlapci i d\u00edvky posti\u017een\u00ed stejn\u011b, v dosp\u011blosti op\u011bt dominuj\u00ed \u017eeny. Ti, jich\u017e se\nt\u00fdk\u00e1, hovo\u0159\u00ed o prudk\u00e9, pulzuj\u00edc\u00ed bolesti, v t\u011bch nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech ji\np\u0159irovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed k siln\u00fdm \u00fader\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O n\u011bco vz\u00e1cn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi jsou clusterov\u00e9 (klastrov\u00e9) bolesti\nhlavy, kter\u00fdm se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 i nakupen\u00e9, co\u017e samo o sob\u011b vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159edstavu zna\u010dn\u00e9\nintenzity. Tento typ je pro zm\u011bnu \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed u mu\u017e\u016f. Soust\u0159ed\u00ed se mnohdy do\noblasti kolem o\u010d\u00ed, prov\u00e1z\u00ed ji zna\u010dn\u00fd neklid, doty\u010dn\u00ed nez\u0159\u00eddka mluv\u00ed o tendenci\ntlouci hlavou do zdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako lev v kleci<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e1ter Ji\u0159\u00ed z kongregace kapuc\u00edn\u016f na Hrad\u010danech popisuje, \u017ee\nn\u011bkdy chod\u00edv\u00e1 po kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e jako lev v kleci. O migr\u00e9n\u011b, kter\u00e1 ho su\u017euje dlouh\u00e1\nl\u00e9ta, hovo\u0159\u00ed duchovn\u00ed jako o sv\u00e9 sest\u0159e. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku ho jen tak \u0161k\u00e1dlila \u2013 ob\u010dasn\u00e9\npobol\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed hlavy v ml\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159isuzoval probl\u00e9m\u016fm s dutinami. \u201eS pomoc\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f jsem\nproz\u0159el a\u017e v dob\u011b, kdy se moje z\u00e1chvaty bolesti za\u010daly stup\u0148ovat. Byly \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l\nsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, a\u017e vy\u00fastily v malou mozkovou p\u0159\u00edhodu. Bylo mi 41 let a\nkv\u016fli parci\u00e1ln\u00ed ucp\u00e1vce c\u00e9vn\u00edho splavu jsem se dostal do rukou neurolog\u016f. Ti za\nmo\u017enou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu mozkov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edhody ozna\u010dili p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 hustou krev v kombinaci s prvn\u00ed f\u00e1z\u00ed\nmigr\u00e9ny,\u201c vzpom\u00edn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes je mu 57 let a m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee jeho z\u00e1chvaty migr\u00e9ny st\u00e1le\npomalu s\u00edl\u00ed. \u201eSkute\u010dn\u011b velk\u00fd z\u00e1chvat m\u00edv\u00e1m minim\u00e1ln\u011b jednou za 14 dn\u00ed a trv\u00e1\nna\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b jen 10 hodin. Nejhor\u0161\u00ed jsou pro m\u011b ty, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed v\nnoci nebo k r\u00e1nu. Kdy\u017e je bolest tak siln\u00e1, \u017ee bych lezl po zdi, nem\u016f\u017eu j\u00edt ani\nsp\u00e1t, proto\u017ee pak se z\u00e1chvat je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161\u00ed. To potom chod\u00edm po kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e jako lev\nv kleci.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kv\u016fli bolesti ani nev\u00edm, co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1chvaty \u00faporn\u00e9 bolesti hlavy si nevyb\u00edraj\u00ed \u2013 klidn\u011b ho\np\u0159epadnou, i kdy\u017e m\u00e1 slou\u017eit m\u0161i. Se v\u0161\u00ed pokorou \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: \u201eB\u016fh se zat\u00edm v\u017edy\npostaral o to, \u017ee jsem ji dokon\u010dil a k\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011blo pr\u00fd hlavu a patu. P\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1m\nale, \u017ee p\u0159es bolest ani nedok\u00e1\u017eu vn\u00edmat, co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de z\u00e1chvat\u016f si Ji\u0159\u00ed identifikoval dva \u2013 dlouhodob\u00e9 a\nokam\u017eit\u00e9. Mezi dlouhodob\u00e9 \u0159ad\u00ed cestov\u00e1n\u00ed, intenzivn\u00ed du\u0161evn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci trvaj\u00edc\u00ed\nd\u00e9le ne\u017e hodinu v kuse a prudk\u00e9 zm\u011bny po\u010das\u00ed. Okam\u017eit\u00fdch v\u0161ak jmenuje v\u00edce:\n\u201eSiln\u00e9 v\u016fn\u011b, kadidlo (co\u017e je u kn\u011bze trochu probl\u00e9m), sladk\u00e9 v\u00edno (t\u0159eba\nryb\u00edzov\u00e9), nosn\u00ed sprej s mo\u0159skou sol\u00ed, pr\u016fvan na hlavu a n\u011bkdy i b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00ed. U b\u011bhu\nse mi z\u00e1chvatu migr\u00e9ny da\u0159\u00ed vyhnout, pokud si po n\u00e1vratu d\u00e1m v\u010das kafe,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sv\u00e9 probl\u00e9my samoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u0159e\u0161il s l\u00e9ka\u0159i. Od neurolo\u017eky dostal\nl\u00e9ky na zklidn\u011bn\u00ed c\u00e9v, co\u017e m\u011blo za n\u00e1sledek, \u017ee migr\u00e9na sice nenast\u00e1vala tak\n\u010dasto, ale byla o to del\u0161\u00ed. \u017d\u00e1douc\u00ed efekt nep\u0159inesla ani dal\u0161\u00ed farmaka. \u201e\u010casem\nmi jeden zn\u00e1m\u00fd l\u00e9ka\u0159 doporu\u010dil, a\u0165 zkus\u00edm jednu speci\u00e1ln\u00ed infra\u010dervenou lampu s\ndiodami \u2013 a ta mi kupodivu pom\u00e1h\u00e1. Kdy\u017e u\u017e je bolest rozjet\u00e1, tak se mi s jej\u00ed\npomoc\u00ed poda\u0159\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit jej\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 tak, \u017ee si m\u016f\u017eu j\u00edt lehnout a sp\u00e1t. Ne v\u017edy to\nzabere, n\u011bkdy ani lampa nic nezm\u016f\u017ee. V\u00edm ale, \u017ee s moj\u00ed sestrou migr\u00e9nou budu\nasi \u017e\u00edt a\u017e do smrti sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla, a proto ji respektuji. Sna\u017e\u00edm se ji moc\nneprovokovat, ale jsem j\u00ed i vd\u011b\u010dn\u00fd za to, \u017ee m\u011b nau\u010dila sebek\u00e1zni a dala mi\nvelk\u00e9 pochopen\u00ed pro utrpen\u00ed druh\u00fdch,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poznala jsem jej\u00ed devastuj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00edlu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017divot s migr\u00e9nou zn\u00e1 velmi d\u016fv\u011brn\u011b i dvaapades\u00e1tilet\u00e1\nMark\u00e9ta z Prahy. \u201eKv\u016fli migr\u00e9n\u011b jsem \u017eila po\u0159\u00e1d ve strachu. B\u00e1la jsem se, \u017ee\ndal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1chvat p\u0159ijde, kdy\u017e budu m\u00edt n\u011bco d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9ho v pr\u00e1ci a nebudu moci \u00fakol\ndokon\u010dit. Necht\u011bla jsem p\u0159ed ostatn\u00edmi vypadat jako slaboch, kter\u00fd n\u011bco\nnezvl\u00e1d\u00e1. P\u0159esto m\u011b tak n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed vid\u011bli. A tak jsem po\u0159\u00e1d ,tla\u010dila\u2018, u\u017e\u00edvala\nv\u00edce l\u00e9k\u016f a sna\u017eila se n\u011bjak fungovat. Po ve\u010derech jsem pak pracovala je\u0161t\u011b\nv\u00edc, ne\u017e bych m\u011bla. Pro moje t\u011blo to byl zni\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed stres, kter\u00fd se pot\u00e9 projevil\ndal\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1chvatem. Zkr\u00e1tka za\u010darovan\u00fd kruh,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed z\u00e1chvat ji p\u0159epadl ve 13 letech. Maminka j\u00ed dala l\u00e9k\nna bolest, praktick\u00fd l\u00e9ka\u0159 pozd\u011bji nad probl\u00e9mem m\u00e1vl rukou s t\u00edm, \u017ee \u010dasem\nodezn\u00ed. Neodezn\u011bl. Naopak po prvn\u00edm porodu migr\u00e9na ude\u0159ila s je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed\nrazanc\u00ed. \u201eTo jsem ji za\u010dala m\u00edvat jednou za m\u011bs\u00edc. Poprv\u00e9 jsem poznala jej\u00ed\ndevastuj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00edlu a byla jsem prakticky i t\u0159i dny odrovnan\u00e1. Tehdy mi do\u0161lo, \u017ee\nse migr\u00e9na st\u00e1v\u00e1 sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed m\u00e9ho \u017eivota a s t\u00edm se objevil i strach, co v\u0161echno\ndok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159ekazit. Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku m\u00edv\u00e1m velkou \u017e\u00edze\u0148, jsem unaven\u00e1 a \u010dasto i \u0161patn\u011b\nmluv\u00edm. Jakmile z\u00e1chvat propukne naplno, m\u00e1m obrovsk\u00e9 bolesti a n\u011bkdy i\nzvrac\u00edm. Vad\u00ed mi zvuky, pachy, sv\u011btlo a nem\u016f\u017eu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ani pracovat na po\u010d\u00edta\u010di.\nTo m\u011b p\u0159ivedlo na neurologii, kde mi l\u00e9ka\u0159 p\u0159edepsal triptany, c\u00edlen\u00e9 l\u00e9ky pro\ntlumen\u00ed akutn\u00edch z\u00e1chvat\u016f migr\u00e9ny. Ty jsem kombinovala s dal\u0161\u00edmi b\u011b\u017en\u011b\ndostupn\u00fdmi l\u00e9ky na bolest. N\u011bkdy zabraly, jindy ne,\u201c popisuje pan\u00ed Mark\u00e9ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z pr\u00e1ce jsem musela dom\u016f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Migr\u00e9na jednou m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b byl ale jen za\u010d\u00e1tek. Po \u010dase se\nMark\u00e9tin stav v\u00fdrazn\u011b zhor\u0161il a z\u00e1chvaty p\u0159ich\u00e1zely ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fdden. Sv\u00e9 obt\u00ed\u017ee se\nsna\u017eila nejd\u0159\u00edve tajit, ale n\u011bkdy j\u00ed bylo tak zle, \u017ee z pr\u00e1ce prost\u011b odej\u00edt\nmusela. \u017dila v neust\u00e1l\u00e9m strachu, \u017ee ud\u011bl\u00e1 n\u011bco, co vyvol\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed ataku. Sta\u010dilo\nlehk\u00e9 p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, nevysp\u00e1n\u00ed a migr\u00e9na byla na cest\u011b. Dok\u00e1zala ji ale vyvolat i\nzm\u011bna po\u010das\u00ed a tlaku. \u201eNajednou jsem m\u011bla pocit, \u017ee jsem v za\u010darovan\u00e9m kruhu,\nze kter\u00e9ho nen\u00ed cesty ven. Zkusila jsem i alternativn\u00ed cestu bez l\u00e9k\u016f. \u010c\u00ednskou\nmedic\u00ednu, akupunkturu, r\u016fzn\u00e9 diety a chiropraxi. Tyto procedury m\u011bly jedno\nspole\u010dn\u00e9: ani jedna mi doopravdy nepomohla. A k tomu byly n\u011bkter\u00e9 velmi\nbolestiv\u00e9 a finan\u010dn\u011b n\u00e1kladn\u00e9,\u201c vzpom\u00edn\u00e1 \u017eena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u017e ani nev\u011b\u0159ila, \u017ee se n\u011bkdy vr\u00e1t\u00ed do norm\u00e1ln\u00edho \u017eivota.\nNakonec za\u010dala u neurologa zkou\u0161et preventivn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbu, takzvan\u00e1 profylaktika. Ta\nmaj\u00ed z\u00e1chvaty omezit co do frekvence a intenzity. Po \u010dase na\u0161li typ, kter\u00fd\nMark\u00e9t\u011b vyhovuje. A znovu se tak do\u010dkala doby, kdy m\u00e1 i n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f bez\nmigr\u00e9ny. \u201eChod\u00edm zase b\u011bhat a jsou dny, kdy se c\u00edt\u00edm \u00fapln\u011b norm\u00e1ln\u011b. V to jsem\nu\u017e nedoufala.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlava bol\u00ed kv\u016fli menstruaci, zmrzlin\u011b i od zub\u016f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako by nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed a k\u0159e\u010de nesta\u010dily, n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u017eeny za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed\npravideln\u011b i menstrua\u010dn\u00ed migr\u00e9nu. V\u011bt\u0161inou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pulzov\u00e1n\u00ed v hlav\u011b a\njednostrannou bolest, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt doprov\u00e1zena nevolnost\u00ed, zvracen\u00edm, citlivost\u00ed na\nsv\u011btlo \u010di zvuky. Intenzivn\u00ed bolest dok\u00e1\u017ee vyvolat tak\u00e9 zmrzlina. Zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i\nrychl\u00e9 konzumaci, kdy\u017e se dostane do kontaktu s c\u00e9vami patra. Ty se st\u00e1hnou a\npak zase roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed. Tato reakce se dotkne trojklann\u00e9ho nervu, kter\u00fd p\u0159ed\u00e1\ninformaci do mozku a vyvol\u00e1 n\u00e1hlou bolest obvykle v oblasti \u010dela \u010di za o\u010dima.\nJako prvn\u00ed pomoc b\u00fdv\u00e1 doporu\u010dov\u00e1no p\u0159ilepit jazyk na patro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedostate\u010dn\u00fd pitn\u00fd re\u017eim se o bolehlav dok\u00e1\u017ee postarat tak\u00e9.\nZhor\u0161uje se p\u0159i ch\u016fzi i pohybu hlavy. V\u00fdzkumy prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee p\u0159i dehydrataci se\nmohou z\u00fa\u017eit c\u00e9vy v hlav\u011b, co\u017e n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyvol\u00e1 bolest. Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 v horku je proto\nnutn\u00e9 pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b pop\u00edjet vodu, a kdy\u017e u\u017e hlava bol\u00ed, je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad voda\nkokosov\u00e1. Nejde o bolest ze stresu \u010di strachu z n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy zuba\u0159e, ale o\np\u0159et\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017ev\u00fdkac\u00edch sval\u016f \u2013 sk\u0159\u00edp\u00e1n\u00edm zuby, jejich p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00fdm sv\u00edr\u00e1n\u00edm, co\u017e\n\u010dasto souvis\u00ed i se zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdm stresem a \u00fazkost\u00ed. V t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech pom\u016f\u017ee\nstomatolog, dobr\u00e9 jsou r\u016fzn\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed relaxa\u010dn\u00ed techniky, kter\u00e9 udr\u017euj\u00ed\nobli\u010dejov\u00e9 a \u010delistn\u00ed svaly uvoln\u011bn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de bolesti hlavy jsou: m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se po\u010das\u00ed, rostouc\u00ed vlhko \u010di teploty, nedostatek nebo naopak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho sp\u00e1nku, emo\u010dn\u00ed stres, jasn\u00e1 \u010di blikaj\u00edc\u00ed sv\u011btla, hlasit\u00e9 zvuky, v\u00fdrazn\u00fd z\u00e1pach, alkohol, zejm\u00e9na \u010derven\u00e9 v\u00edno, \u010dokol\u00e1da, dusi\u010dnany v uzenin\u00e1ch a ryb\u00e1ch, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u010di sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmu kofeinu.
