Minist\u0159i by o bal\u00ed\u010dku m\u011bli jednat na n\u011bkter\u00e9 z n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch sch\u016fz\u00edch vl\u00e1dy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b Asociace zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch Vilmy Jurenka Baudi\u0161ov\u00e9 by nejv\u00edc pomohlo pravideln\u00e9 zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch p\u0159i \u00faprav\u00e1ch minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed by zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch osob podpo\u0159ilo nejl\u00e9pe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zejm\u00e9na pravideln\u00e9 navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch. Naposledy se navy\u0161oval v roce 2020. Mezit\u00edm se u\u017e dvakr\u00e1t nav\u00fd\u0161ila minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda, ale n\u00e1m nekompenzuj\u00ed nic. Sice n\u00e1m p\u0159isl\u00edbili zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed o tis\u00edc korun, ale u\u017e te\u010f se mluv\u00ed o dal\u0161\u00edm zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy, tak\u017ee v\u016fbec nev\u00edme, co bude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kolik pen\u011bz by v ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u011bli zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 dost\u00e1vat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navrhli jsme automatickou valorizaci podle minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy, kdy by p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek \u010dinil jej\u00edch 90 procent nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch o tis\u00edc korun. Zat\u00edm se n\u00e1m to ale nepoda\u0159ilo prosadit ani v pracovn\u00ed skupin\u011b na ministerstvu pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e1 se o\u010dek\u00e1vat alespo\u0148 n\u011bjak\u00e9 d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed podm\u00ednek?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat\u00edm to vypad\u00e1, \u017ee by se p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek mohl od t\u0159et\u00edho \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed nav\u00fd\u0161it o tis\u00edc korun. Kdyby se ale mezit\u00edm rozhodlo o zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy, tak je do budoucna pot\u0159eba, aby r\u016fst p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku byl na takov\u00e9 zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed automaticky nav\u00e1z\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V jak\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i se p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek aktu\u00e1ln\u011b vypl\u00e1c\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed limit, kter\u00fd je mo\u017en\u00e9 \u010derpat, \u010din\u00ed 13 600 korun nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b o pau\u0161\u00e1l tis\u00edc korun. Uplatnit ale lze jen 75 procent osobn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f, tak\u017ee pokud na zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek \u010din\u00ed t\u0159eba jen 10 tis\u00edc korun, tak dostanete 7,5 tis\u00edce korun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O co je slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a n\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1vat posti\u017een\u00e9 lidi oproti zdrav\u00fdm?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jsou v tom velk\u00e9 rozd\u00edly. Kv\u016fli n\u011bkter\u00fdm z nich mus\u00edte p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat pracovi\u0161t\u011b, aby se na n\u011b v\u016fbec dostali, a tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba zlep\u0161it sv\u011bteln\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. Hlavn\u011b ale invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed lid\u00e9 s poklesem produktivity nejm\u00e9n\u011b o 35 procent, ale t\u0159eba tak\u00e9 o 70 procent. My jim p\u0159itom mus\u00edme vypl\u00e1cet minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdu stejn\u011b jako zdrav\u00fdm. Mus\u00edme tedy sehnat pen\u00edze na p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed jejich pracovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed i na udr\u017een\u00ed pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst. Sehnat pro n\u011b zak\u00e1zky nen\u00ed snadn\u00e9, ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f nejsou schopni d\u011blat na stroj\u00edch kvalifikovan\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. Zak\u00e1zky proto mus\u00ed b\u00fdt jednoduch\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed posti\u017een\u00fdch lid\u00ed ale nejde jen o jejich v\u00fdd\u011blek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 jim nejen sh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed pr\u00e1ci, ale tak\u00e9 s nimi \u0159e\u0161\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a rodinn\u00e9 aspekty. Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed jim s financemi, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b i s exekucemi.
