Upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na to v\u011bdeck\u00e9 studie z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny, It\u00e1lie nebo Polska. Z\u00a0v\u00fdzkum\u016f d\u00e1le vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee pacienti s\u00a0deficitem vitaminu D nemoci h\u016f\u0159e pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed. Vitamin chyb\u00ed odhadem ka\u017ed\u00e9mu sedm\u00e9mu \u010cechovi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eJe dok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee nedostatek vitaminu D p\u0159\u00edmo ovliv\u0148uje n\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a d\u011bl\u00e1 jej zraniteln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm v\u016f\u010di okoln\u00edm vliv\u016fm. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nedoporu\u010duji, aby lid\u00e9 chodili bez ochrany za prav\u00e9ho poledne na slunce, ale zcela se mu vyh\u00fdbat tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 prof. Sovov\u00e1. Pokud ale tyto zdroje nem\u00e1me, lze \u201ad\u00e9\u010dko\u2018 do t\u011bla dodat ve form\u011b tablet. Vzhledem k&nbsp;po\u010dtu lid\u00ed s&nbsp;deficitem vitaminu D byl m\u011bly dorovn\u00e1n\u00ed hladiny zv\u00e1\u017eit zejm\u00e9na rizikov\u00e9 osoby, tedy lid\u00e9 star\u0161\u00ed 65 let, ob\u00e9zn\u00ed, diabetici, t\u011bhotn\u00e9 \u017eeny a lid\u00e9 s&nbsp;nemocn\u00fdmi j\u00e1try nebo ledvinami, a to hlavn\u011b v&nbsp;zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> upozor\u0148uje prof. Sovov\u00e1.
