Od l\u00e9ka\u0159e si tak brzy vyslechla diagn\u00f3zu diabetu 2. typu. S\u00a0pomoc\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f ale znovu na\u0161la v\u016fli k pravideln\u00e9mu\u00a0pohybu, zhubla a nyn\u00ed se c\u00edt\u00ed mnohem l\u00e9pe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poch\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0rodiny, kter\u00e1 si na zdrav\u00e9m \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu nijak nezakl\u00e1dala. <em>\u201eJ\u00e1 jsem byla vychovan\u00e1 na vep\u0159o knedlo zelo, na chlebu s\u00a0m\u00e1slem, va\u0159ilo se na s\u00e1dle. Nikdy jsem ale v\u00e1hu nemusela \u0159e\u0161it, proto\u017ee jsem dost sportovala. To se bohu\u017eel po d\u011btech zm\u011bnilo. S\u00a0nimi jsem p\u0159ibrala a u\u017e jsem to nikdy neshodila,\u201c <\/em>vypr\u00e1v\u00ed pan\u00ed Eva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poprv\u00e9 slovo cukrovka zm\u00ednila jej\u00ed obvodn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159ka asi v\u00a0roce 2002, kdy\u017e Ev\u011b na preventivn\u00ed prohl\u00eddce nam\u011b\u0159ila vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed cukr. <em>\u201e\u0158ekla mi, \u017ee m\u00e1m dr\u017eet dietu a po n\u011bjak\u00e9 dob\u011b se znovu dostavit, jestli se to zlep\u0161\u00ed. Bohu\u017eel diety nejsou nic pro m\u011b, vzhledem k\u00a0tomu, na jakou skladbu stravy jsem byla cel\u00fd \u017eivot zvykl\u00e1. Tak\u017ee to dopadlo podle o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, j\u00e1 za\u010dala chodit na diabetologii, kde mi p\u0159edepsali l\u00e9ky,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00a0p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm v\u011bkem a kily za\u010dala b\u00fdt pan\u00ed Eva \u010dasto unaven\u00e1, moc toho nenachodila a pohyb pro ni za\u010dal b\u00fdt n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. <em>\u201eJinak m\u011b ale cukrovka nijak zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 neomezovala, \u017ee bych m\u011bla n\u011bjak\u00e9 projevy jako probl\u00e9my se zrakem nebo ledvinami, to zat\u00edm na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed ne,\u201c <\/em>popisuje. Zlom p\u0159i\u0161el ve chv\u00edli, kdy se jej\u00ed nete\u0159 p\u0159ed 15 lety p\u0159ihl\u00e1sila do kurzu na v\u00fd\u017eivovou poradkyni v nemocnici\u00a0v Motole. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eNarazila tam na obezitologa doc. Martina Matoulka. Ten u\u017e v\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b po\u0159\u00e1dal hodiny cvi\u010den\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed zredukovat v\u00e1hu. Domluvila jsem si s\u00a0n\u00edm sch\u016fzku,\u201c<\/em> popisuje pan\u00ed Eva, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159ed d\u016fchodem \u017eivila jako \u00fa\u0159ednice v\u00a0bance. <em>\u201eV t\u00e9 dob\u011b u\u017e jsem se rad\u011bji ani nev\u00e1\u017eila, proto jsem byla dost nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b p\u0159ekvapen\u00e1, kdy\u017e m\u011b postavil na v\u00e1hu a sv\u00edtilo tam 99 kilo,\u201c <\/em>vzpom\u00edn\u00e1. Na doporu\u010den\u00ed doc.\u00a0Matoulka tak za\u010dala chodit cvi\u010dit do centra Vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 t\u011blov\u00fdchovn\u00e9 jednoty MEDICINA PRAHA na Salmovsk\u00e9 ulici. <em>\u201eTam jsem zase za\u010dala s\u00a0pohybem a b\u00e1je\u010dn\u011b se rozchodila. B\u011bhem p\u016fl roku jsem zhubla 13 kilo. Zase se mi mnohem l\u00e9pe chodilo, d\u00fdchalo, nebyla jsem tak \u010dasto unaven\u00e1. K\u00a0docentu Matoulkovi jsem za\u010dala chodit i na diabetologii a\u00a0v\u00e1hu si dr\u017e\u00edm kolem 80 kilo,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 pan\u00ed Eva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle jej\u00edch slov pro ni bylo velmi slo\u017eit\u00e9 <strong>obdob\u00ed pandemie<\/strong>, kdy bylo zav\u0159en\u00e9 centrum, kam chodila cvi\u010dit, a tak\u00e9 se b\u00e1la vych\u00e1zet ven. <em>\u201eTo se mi v\u00e1ha i cukrovka zase rozkol\u00edsaly. Sed\u011bla jsem zav\u0159en\u00e1 doma, abych nechytila covid, a zase jsem p\u0159estala chodit. Ch\u016fze je pro m\u011b p\u0159itom nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. U\u017e jsem se do toho ale zase dostala, m\u00e1m chytr\u00e9 hodinky, kter\u00e9 mi po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed kroky. Sna\u017e\u00edm se denn\u011b uj\u00edt 10 tis\u00edc krok\u016f a\u00a0cukrovku m\u00e1m srovnanou. Sice asi nikdy nebudu \u00fapln\u011b \u0161t\u00edhl\u00e1, ale aspo\u0148 mi bude dob\u0159e,\u201c <\/em>uzav\u00edr\u00e1 pan\u00ed Eva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K<strong>oment\u00e1\u0159 doc. MUDr. Martina Matoulka,:<\/strong> \u201e<em>Pan\u00ed Eva je typick\u00fd pacient s\u00a0cukrovkou 2.\u00a0typu. Drtiv\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina t\u011bchto pacient\u016f m\u00e1 nadv\u00e1hu, nebo dokonce obezitu.
