U \u0159ady d\u011bt\u00ed \u201ed\u011bdictv\u00ed\u201c pandemie nav\u00edc st\u00e1le p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1. <em>\u201eD\u011bti z\u00edskaly kila nav\u00edc i kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee m\u011bly doma neust\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0j\u00eddlu, a ztratily tak jak\u00fdkoliv re\u017eim. Mnoh\u00e9 se tak\u00e9 nau\u010dily takzvan\u011b zaj\u00eddat nudu a podle slov rodi\u010d\u016f se \u0159ad\u011b z\u00a0nich bohu\u017eel neda\u0159\u00ed tyto zvyky odstranit a znovu n\u011bjak\u00fd re\u017eim nastavit,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 PhDr. Veronika Koch Ondrov\u00e1, psycholo\u017eka v\u00a0D\u011btsk\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010debn\u011b K\u0159et\u00edn, kter\u00e1 bude na konferenci p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161et. Nebylo tak podle n\u00ed v\u00fdjimkou, \u017ee d\u011bti b\u011bhem pandemick\u00fdch rok\u016f p\u0159ibraly i 15\u201320 kilogram\u016f. P\u0159esto\u017ee v\u00a0tomto obdob\u00ed ob\u00e9zn\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159ib\u00fdvalo v\u00edce, je to podle l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f sp\u00ed\u0161e vyvrcholen\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9ho trendu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <em>\u201eD\u011bti maj\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem kalori\u00ed ne\u017e jejich v\u00fddej.
