To v\u0161e d\u00e1v\u00e1 zabrat i zdrav\u00fdm lidem, t\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161e t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed nemocn\u00e9 srdce. I proto jim kardiologov\u00e9 doporu\u010duj\u00ed nep\u0159ece\u0148ovat s\u00edly a db\u00e1t opatrnosti, aby se m\u00edsto&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b str\u00e1ven\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 nedo\u010dkali sp\u00ed\u0161e nepl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho pobytu v&nbsp;nemocnici. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pravidla shrnuj\u00ed odborn\u00edci z&nbsp;\u010cesk\u00e9 kardiologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Vyvarujte se teplotn\u00edch extr\u00e9m\u016f<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Vysok\u00e9 teploty, t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd vzduch a ostr\u00e9 slune\u010dn\u00ed paprsky mohou pro kardiaky p\u0159edstavovat \u201ev\u00fdbu\u0161nou sm\u011bs\u201c, a\u0165 u\u017e v&nbsp;\u010cesku, nebo v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 s nemocn\u00fdm srdcem by m\u011bli vyhled\u00e1vat stinn\u00e1 nebo polostinn\u00e1 m\u00edsta, dostate\u010dn\u011b p\u00edt a konzumovat sp\u00ed\u0161e lehk\u00e1 j\u00eddla. \u201e<em>Lid\u00e9 s&nbsp;onemocn\u011bn\u00edm srdce by m\u011bli omezit pobyt v&nbsp;prost\u0159ed\u00ed s&nbsp;teplotn\u00edmi extr\u00e9my, a to plat\u00ed i&nbsp;pro hork\u00e9 letn\u00ed dny, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b na p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m slunci. Vysok\u00e9 letn\u00ed teploty mohou tak\u00e9 v\u00e9st ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm ztr\u00e1t\u00e1m tekutin pocen\u00edm, a je proto t\u0159eba db\u00e1t na dostate\u010dnou hydrataci,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje prof. Alkohol je podle expert\u016f pro srdce \u0161kodliv\u00fd s\u00e1m o sob\u011b a n\u00e1poje, kter\u00e9 jej obsahuj\u00ed, nav\u00edc nejsou schopny organismu chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed tekutiny dodat tak efektivn\u011b, jako n\u00e1poje bez alkoholu. Do parn\u00e9ho po\u010das\u00ed je tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 lehce a vzdu\u0161n\u011b se obl\u00e9kat, aby se lid\u00e9 zbyte\u010dn\u011b nep\u0159eh\u0159\u00edvali a nezat\u011b\u017eovali organismus. MUDr. Ale\u0161 Linhart, DrSc., FESC, FCMA, m\u00edstop\u0159edseda \u010cKS.
