Kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky obsa\u017een\u00e9 v t\u00e9to krvi maj\u00ed v\u00fdjime\u010dnou schopnost transformovat se nejen do krvetvorn\u00fdch kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk, ale i do r\u016fzn\u00fdch bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch typ\u016f, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje jejich vyu\u017eit\u00ed p\u0159i regeneraci po\u0161kozen\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed a org\u00e1n\u016f. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzkumy ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee tyto cenn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed nad\u011bji nejen pro d\u011bti, kter\u00fdm se p\u0159i narozen\u00ed pupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e1 krev odebrala, ale tak\u00e9 otev\u00edraj\u00ed novou kapitolu v l\u00e9\u010db\u011b sourozenc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s\u00a0genetick\u00fdmi a d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00fdmi nemocemi. Jedn\u00e1 se o d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd krok sm\u011brem k personalizovan\u00e9 a efektivn\u00ed medic\u00edn\u011b. C\u00edlem je nejen zdokonalit metodu allogenn\u00ed (p\u0159\u00edbuzensk\u00e9) transplantace, ale tak\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it spektrum onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by mohla b\u00fdt touto metodou l\u00e9\u010dena. Rozvoj t\u00e9to inovativn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 strategie m\u016f\u017ee otev\u0159\u00edt dve\u0159e k nov\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstup\u016fm a mo\u017enostem v oblasti medic\u00edny.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu\u0148ky pupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e9 krve maj\u00ed mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 vlastnosti, proto\u017ee jsou velmi mlad\u00e9, nezat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem nebo z\u00edskan\u00fdmi nemocemi b\u011bhem \u017eivota. Pupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e1 krev se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b onkologick\u00fdch a hematologick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako jsou leuk\u00e9mie, lymfomy, n\u00e1dorov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed org\u00e1n\u016f, z\u00edskan\u00e9 a d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e9 poruchy krvetvorby, imunity nebo metabolismu a dal\u0161\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V posledn\u00edch letech roste i jej\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed v regenerativn\u00ed medic\u00edn\u011b a prob\u00edh\u00e1 mnoho klinick\u00fdch studi\u00ed. V minulosti byly krvetvorn\u00e9 kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1ny pouze z kostn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b pacienta, a\u017e do posledn\u00edch t\u0159\u00ed desetilet\u00ed bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 sb\u00edrat a uchov\u00e1vat pro budouc\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed krvotvorn\u00e9 kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky z pupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e9 krve, co\u017e zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed \u0161ance pacienta na \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nou l\u00e9\u010dbu. Dosud byla pupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e1 krev pou\u017eita ve v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 000 r\u016fzn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201ePupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e1 krev a placenta se daj\u00ed skupinov\u011b pojmenovat jako perinat\u00e1ln\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b. Jejich v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee jsou nejmlad\u0161\u00edmi eticky dostupn\u00fdmi bu\u0148kami. Z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me je bezbolestn\u011b a neinvazivn\u011b p\u0159i porodu d\u00edt\u011bte. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee se vyv\u00edjeli pouze 9 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f v b\u0159\u00ed\u0161ku matky, teprve v t\u00e9to dob\u011b mohou b\u00fdt negativn\u011b ovlivn\u011bny. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi zdroji maj\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed potenci\u00e1l, proto\u017ee neprod\u011blaly tolik bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch d\u011blen\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> uvedla Dominika Valent Raffajov\u00e1, molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed geneti\u010dka a odborn\u00e1 konzultantka Cord Blood Center, kter\u00e1 se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 genetick\u00fdmi nemocemi a l\u00e9\u010dbou pomoc\u00ed pupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e9 krve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky mohou b\u00fdt z\u00edsk\u00e1ny z r\u016fzn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b embryon\u00e1ln\u00edch, dosp\u011bl\u00fdch a indukovan\u00fdch pluripotentn\u00edch (tj. um\u011ble p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch) kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b l\u00e9\u010dby sourozenc\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pou\u017eita metoda zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako p\u0159\u00edbuzensk\u00e1 allogenn\u00ed transplantace krvetvorn\u00fdch kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee bu\u0148ky jsou z\u00edsk\u00e1ny od jednoho sourozence a transplantov\u00e1ny do jin\u00e9ho, kter\u00fd trp\u00ed ur\u010ditou nemoc\u00ed nebo poruchou. Ulo\u017een\u00e1 pupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e1 krev v rodinn\u00e9 bance je 100 % identick\u00e1 s d\u00edt\u011btem, kter\u00e9mu byla odebr\u00e1na a je 25 % pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee bude zcela identick\u00e1 s vlastn\u00edm sourozencem a 50% pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee budou polovi\u010dn\u011b \u2013 haploidenticky \u2013 shodn\u00ed. Na druhou stranu je tu ov\u0161em i 25% pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee nebudou shodn\u00ed v\u016fbec. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vlastn\u00ed krvetvorn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky jsou vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny \u010dast\u011bji ne\u017e d\u00e1rcovsk\u00e9 bu\u0148ky a\u017e v 60 % v\u0161ech transplantac\u00ed. Mezi jin\u00fdm je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edt sourozeneckou pupe\u010dn\u00edkovou krev i p\u0159i imunomodula\u010dn\u00ed a regenerativn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010db\u011b. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b obvykle posta\u010duje pouze shoda v krevn\u00ed skupin\u011b mezi d\u00e1rcem a p\u0159\u00edjemcem.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eGenetick\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed se mohou objevit ji\u017e v pupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e9 krvi, nap\u0159\u00edklad pokud se leuk\u00e9mie rozvine v ran\u00e9m v\u011bku, lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee bu\u0148ky pupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e9 krve ji\u017e obsahuj\u00ed genetick\u00e9 zm\u011bny zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za rakovinu. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt vlastn\u00ed krvetvorn\u00ed bu\u0148ky, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad bu\u0148ky od sourozence. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto transplantace maj\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky jako transplantace od nep\u0159\u00edbuzensk\u00e9ho d\u00e1rce. Proto banka pupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e9 krve nab\u00edz\u00ed indikovan\u00e9 odb\u011bry v rodin\u00e1ch, kde star\u0161\u00ed sourozenec trp\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, kter\u00e9 je l\u00e9\u010diteln\u00e9 transplantac\u00ed krvetvorn\u00fdch bun\u011bk a matka je znovu t\u011bhotn\u00e1. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem bylo dosa\u017eeno \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f v l\u00e9\u010db\u011b nemoc\u00ed kostn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b a dal\u0161\u00edch des\u00edtk\u00e1ch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by jinak mohla m\u00edt i fat\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1sledky pro posti\u017een\u00e9 osoby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banka pupe\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e9 krve Cord Blood Center v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice je \u010dlenem skupiny Cord Blood Center Group. Spolupracuje s\u00a0des\u00edtkami porodnic po cel\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky. V\u00edce informac\u00ed na <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cordbloodcenter.cz\">www.cordbloodcenter.cz<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cord Blood Center Group<\/strong> byla zalo\u017eena v roce 2002 odborn\u00edky z oblasti hematologie, imunologie, transplantologie a virologie.
