N\u011bkdo v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed svoji konzumaci jogurt\u016f, zat\u00edmco dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011b\u0159\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161 probiotick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016fm v tablet\u00e1ch, kapsl\u00edch \u010di kapk\u00e1ch. Co je lep\u0161\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9ka\u0159i se jednozna\u010dn\u011b klon\u00ed k pilulk\u00e1m. &#8222;Jako prevence kvalitn\u00ed jogurt, jako l\u00e9\u010dba sp\u00ed\u0161e tabletka,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad d\u011btsk\u00e1 l\u00e9ka\u0159ka Dagmar Ko\u0159istkov\u00e1 z Bor\u0161ic u Uhersk\u00e9ho Hradi\u0161t\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed obranyschopnosti organismu, vyjdou \u00fa\u010dinky kvalitn\u00edho jogurtu, tedy toho, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed laktobacil\u016f a bakteri\u00ed, zhruba nastejno s tabletami probiotika. Ale t\u0159eba na l\u00e9\u010dbu pr\u016fjmu jsou nutn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 v jogurtu nejsou, nap\u0159\u00edklad Lactobacillus GG nebo rhamnosus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zvy\u0161uj\u00ed imunitu <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mno\u017estv\u00ed probiotick\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed je toti\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpravc\u00edch podle l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u kysan\u00fdch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, a pokud jsou tablety vyroben\u00e9 s odolnost\u00ed proti \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed kyselin\u011b, jsou i efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;\u0160irokospektr\u00e1 antibiotika toti\u017e nelikviduj\u00ed ve st\u0159ev\u011b pouze \u0161kodliv\u00e9 bakterie, ale i ty, kter\u00e9 jsou t\u011blu prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9. Pozitivn\u011b tam p\u016fsob\u00ed na zdrav\u00ed konzument\u016f. N\u011bkter\u00e1 z nich maj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky prok\u00e1zan\u00e9 klinickou prax\u00ed i studiemi.
