Pomoci tomu m\u00e1 N\u00e1rodn\u00ed program sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmu soli, kter\u00fd l\u00e9ka\u0159i p\u0159edstav\u00ed na XXX. kongresu \u010cesk\u00e9 internistick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti \u010cLS JEP. Akce, na kterou m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed stovky odborn\u00edk\u016f, startuje 8. listopadu v\u00a0Brn\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, k&nbsp;nim\u017e vede i nadm\u011brn\u00e1 konzumace soli, jsou v&nbsp;\u010cesk\u00e9 republice nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou smrti.<em> \u201eKa\u017ed\u00fd rok tady um\u00edr\u00e1 na onemocn\u011bn\u00ed srdce, mozku \u010di c\u00e9v t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 50 000 lid\u00ed \u2013 \u010dasto bohu\u017eel \u00fapln\u011b zbyte\u010dn\u011b. A\u017e 80 % kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edhod se toti\u017e d\u00e1 p\u0159edem zabr\u00e1nit. I z toho d\u016fvodu vznikl N\u00e1rodn\u00ed program sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmu soli. Pr\u00e1v\u011b s\u016fl m\u00e1 toti\u017e na org\u00e1ny \u0159adu ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch dopad\u016f,\u201c <\/em>vysv\u011btluje prof. MUDr. Jan V\u00e1clav\u00edk, Ph.D., FESC, FEFIM, p\u0159ednosta Intern\u00ed a kardiologick\u00e9 kliniky Fakultn\u00ed nemocnice Ostrava a L\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 fakulty Ostravsk\u00e9 univerzity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce\u0161i pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b spot\u0159ebuj\u00ed 13,4 g soli denn\u011b, co\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159evy\u0161uje jej\u00ed konzumaci v ostatn\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch, kde se jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem pohybuje kolem 10 g na osobu a den. Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace doporu\u010duje denn\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edmat m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 5 g soli. <em>\u201eNadm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun soli zvy\u0161uje krevn\u00ed tlak, kter\u00fd zp\u016fsobuje mozkov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edhody, srde\u010dn\u00ed infarkty nebo po\u0161kozen\u00ed ledvin. Pomoc\u00ed N\u00e1rodn\u00edho programu bychom cht\u011bli v\u00a0\u010cesku do roku 2030 sn\u00ed\u017eit p\u0159\u00edjem soli pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b o 4 g na den. D\u00edky tomu by mohl po\u010det kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edhod klesnout a\u017e o 30 %,\u201c<\/em> dopl\u0148uje prof. V\u00e1clav\u00edk.V\u011bt\u0161inu soli, kterou \u010ce\u0161i p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed, obsahuj\u00ed nakupovan\u00e9 potraviny. S\u016fl p\u0159id\u00e1van\u00e1 do j\u00eddla b\u011bhem va\u0159en\u00ed nebo p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159i j\u00eddle se na celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eb\u011b pod\u00edl\u00ed jen z 15\u201320 %. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eI kdy\u017e u n\u00e1s j\u00eddlo pom\u011brn\u011b hodn\u011b sol\u00edme, t\u0159i \u010dtvrtiny soli p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me z potravin, kter\u00e9 si kupujeme v\u00a0obchodech. V\u00fdsledky z&nbsp;t\u011bchto zem\u00ed potvrzuj\u00ed, jak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je preventivn\u00ed medic\u00edna,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje prof. Jan V\u00e1clav\u00edk, kter\u00fd se sv\u00fdmi kolegy p\u0159edstav\u00ed N\u00e1rodn\u00ed program sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmu soli na internistick\u00e9m kongresu v&nbsp;Brn\u011b. <em>\u201eP\u0159isp\u011bt by m\u011bl ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed zdrav\u00ed cel\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 populace.
