Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed slu\u017eby je informativn\u00ed odhad v\u00fd\u0161e starobn\u00edho d\u016fchodu podle zvolen\u00e9ho data pro odchod do d\u016fchodu a tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost dolo\u017eit chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed dokumenty. Po vypln\u011bn\u00ed a odesl\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti klienti obratem obdr\u017e\u00ed potvrzen\u00ed o p\u0159ijet\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti. Jedn\u00e1 se o dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fd krok v&nbsp;digitalizaci cel\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a> Slu\u017eba \u201e\u017d\u00e1dost o d\u016fchod online\u201c je sofistikovan\u00e1, velmi propracovan\u00e1, a p\u0159esto u\u017eivatelsky p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u00e1. Do slu\u017eby se klienti p\u0159ihl\u00e1s\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm identity ob\u010dana (tj. nap\u0159. eOb\u010danka, bankovn\u00ed identita, mobiln\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010d eGovernmentu) nebo p\u0159ihla\u0161ovac\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f k datov\u00e9 schr\u00e1nce, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b zahrani\u010dn\u00edm identifika\u010dn\u00edm prost\u0159edkem podle unijn\u00edho na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed eIDAS. Do \u017e\u00e1dosti o d\u016fchod se automaticky na\u010dtou v\u0161echny pojistn\u00e9 doby a informace, kter\u00e9 \u010cSSZ eviduje. Pot\u00e9 klient dopln\u00ed ostatn\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 \u00fadaje a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b vlo\u017e\u00ed elektronick\u00e9 origin\u00e1ly nebo skeny dokument\u016f nezbytn\u00fdch pro dolo\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1roku a v\u00fdpo\u010det v\u00fd\u0161e d\u016fchodu. Pokud jsou p\u0159ilo\u017een\u00e9 dokumenty pouze naskenovan\u00e9, m\u016f\u017ee okresn\u00ed spr\u00e1va v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pochybnosti o pravosti po\u017e\u00e1dat o jejich p\u0159eveden\u00ed autorizovanou konverz\u00ed, p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed origin\u00e1lu anebo o \u00fa\u0159edn\u011b ov\u011b\u0159enou kopii v&nbsp;listinn\u00e9 podob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rozpracovanou elektronickou \u017e\u00e1dost lze kdykoliv ulo\u017eit a dokon\u010dit pozd\u011bji<\/strong>, nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e si klient bude pot\u0159ebovat n\u011bco v&nbsp;klidu promyslet anebo kdy\u017e zjist\u00ed, \u017ee mu n\u011bkter\u00e9 dokumenty chyb\u00ed. V\u0161echny slu\u017eby ePort\u00e1lu \u010cSSZ jsou dostupn\u00e9 z&nbsp;po\u010d\u00edta\u010de i z mobiln\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010di tabletu <strong>24 hodin denn\u011b 7 dn\u00ed v&nbsp;t\u00fddnu<\/strong>. Po odesl\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti klient elektronicky obdr\u017e\u00ed potvrzen\u00ed o jej\u00edm p\u0159ijet\u00ed. N\u00e1sledn\u00e1 komunikace s&nbsp;klientem pak prob\u00edh\u00e1 podle jeho volby v&nbsp;listinn\u00e9 podob\u011b, e-mailem nebo prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm datov\u00e9 schr\u00e1nky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>\u017d\u00e1dost o d\u016fchod online je koncipov\u00e1na tak, aby klienta provedla i p\u0159edd\u016fchodov\u00fdm poradenstv\u00edm. Klient uvid\u00ed odhadovanou v\u00fd\u0161i starobn\u00edho d\u016fchodu podle data odchodu do d\u016fchodu, kter\u00e9 si zvol\u00ed. V\u00fdpo\u010det bude orienta\u010dn\u00ed, p\u0159esto klient uvid\u00ed, co m\u00e1 na v\u00fd\u0161i jeho d\u016fchodu vliv. Zjist\u00ed si tak, co je pro n\u011bj, nap\u0159\u00edklad s&nbsp;ohledem na datum p\u0159\u00edzn\u00e1n\u00ed starobn\u00edho d\u016fchodu, nejv\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u00fast\u0159edn\u00ed \u0159editel \u010cSSZ Franti\u0161ek Boh\u00e1\u010dek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Nov\u00e1 online \u017e\u00e1dost o d\u016fchod je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm miln\u00edkem v&nbsp;digitalizaci st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy. V&nbsp;r\u00e1mci MPSV nyn\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1me dal\u0161\u00ed velk\u00fd krok kup\u0159edu v&nbsp;oblasti zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed slu\u017eeb pro klienty. I tak pom\u011brn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00fd proces, jak\u00fdm \u017e\u00e1dost o d\u016fchod bezesporu je, se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo p\u0159ev\u00e9st do intuitivn\u00edho online prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 tak maj\u00ed mo\u017enost vy\u0159\u00eddit v\u0161e pot\u0159ebn\u00e9, ani\u017e by museli chodit na \u00fa\u0159ad. Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me i s&nbsp;odbornou asistenc\u00ed, pokud n\u011bkdo s&nbsp;vypln\u011bn\u00edm \u017e\u00e1dosti bude pot\u0159ebovat pomoci. MPSV je nyn\u00ed l\u00eddrem st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy v&nbsp;oblasti digitalizace a v&nbsp;tomto trendu m\u00e1me v&nbsp;pl\u00e1nu ur\u010dit\u011b pokra\u010dovat<\/em>,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed ministr pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed Marian Jure\u010dka (KDU-\u010cSL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento projekt je spolufinancov\u00e1n z n\u00e1stroje Evropsk\u00e9 unie NextGenerationEU prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm N\u00e1rodn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu obnovy. Online \u017e\u00e1dost o d\u016fchod je dosud nejkomplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejkomplikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed slu\u017ebou pro na\u0161e klienty. Jej\u00edmu spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159edch\u00e1zelo rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud by se p\u0159esto objevila jak\u00e1koliv nov\u00e1, nestandardn\u00ed situace, nebo\u0165 \u017eivotn\u00ed historie ka\u017ed\u00e9ho na\u0161eho klienta je jedine\u010dn\u00e1, jsme p\u0159ipraveni na tyto p\u0159\u00edpady obratem reagovat a slu\u017ebu pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b zdokonalovat. Proto bude sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed slu\u017eby tak\u00e9 \u201edotazn\u00edk spokojenosti\u201c, kter\u00fd bude automaticky po odesl\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti spu\u0161t\u011bn. V&nbsp;tomto dotazn\u00edku se klienti budou moci vyj\u00e1d\u0159it k&nbsp;jak\u00e9koliv funkci \u010di navrhnout p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed t\u00e9to slu\u017eby. Slu\u017eba bude v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu prosince dostupn\u00e1 tak\u00e9 v&nbsp;anglick\u00e9m jazyce na anglick\u00e9 verzi ePort\u00e1lu \u010cSSZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud bude klient pot\u0159ebovat p\u0159i vypl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti odbornou pomoc, sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o d\u016fchod online bude zcela nov\u00e1 slu\u017eba \u201eobjedn\u00e1n\u00ed sch\u016fzky s&nbsp;pracovn\u00edkem \u010cSSZ online\u201c, a to s&nbsp;datem a \u010dasem podle vlastn\u00edho v\u00fdb\u011bru. V&nbsp;tento rezervovan\u00fd \u010das se pak klient p\u0159ihl\u00e1s\u00ed do ePort\u00e1lu (p\u0159es svoje identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u00fadaje), kde mu bude poskytnuta online podpora pro dokon\u010den\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti. Nezbytn\u00fdmi prost\u0159edky k uskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00ed online hovoru budou na stran\u011b klienta pouze mikrofon a reproduktor\/sluch\u00e1tka. Tato nov\u00e1 slu\u017eba ePort\u00e1lu \u010cSSZ bude spu\u0161t\u011bna v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu prosince 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Mo\u017enost podat \u017e\u00e1dost o d\u016fchod online je dal\u0161\u00edm krokem k&nbsp;vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed efektivnosti a rychlej\u0161\u00edmu zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o d\u016fchod na\u0161ich klient\u016f. <\/em><em>Pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed preferuj\u00ed osobn\u00ed seps\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti, z\u016fstane samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tato mo\u017enost i nad\u00e1le zachov\u00e1na.
