Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto by se diskuse t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se digit\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed &#8211; zejm\u00e9na pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edch obrazovek a to hlavn\u011b u na\u0161ich d\u011bt\u00ed, m\u011bla zam\u011b\u0159it na v\u011bdecky potvrzen\u00e9 hrozby, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed, a ne na domn\u011bl\u00e9 v\u00fdhody, kter\u00e9 jsou dvouse\u010dnou zbran\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FENOM\u00c9N DIGITALIZACE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed p\u0159ipojena k digit\u00e1ln\u00ed obrazovce a internetu. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd \u010cesk\u00fd u\u017eivatel str\u00e1v\u00ed p\u0159ed obrazovkou v\u00edce ne\u017e 6 hodin denn\u011b (1). Rychl\u00e1 a povrchn\u00ed povaha internetu podporuje povrchn\u00ed my\u0161lenkov\u00e9 surfov\u00e1n\u00ed, nikoliv komunikaci tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v tv\u00e1\u0159 a hlub\u0161\u00ed p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed \u010di diskusi, kter\u00e1 by vedla k&nbsp;tvorb\u011b pevn\u00fdch neurologick\u00fdch spoj\u016f a konstrukc\u00ed (engram\u016f), je\u017e jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro hlub\u0161\u00ed my\u0161lenkov\u00e9 procesy, \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f i z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed pohody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V d\u016fsledku toho jsme v&nbsp;souvislosti s&nbsp;n\u00e1stupem t\u00e9to technologie p\u0159estali b\u00fdt chyt\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed. Nejen\u017ee se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 IQ p\u0159estalo zvy\u0161ovat (2), ale ji\u017e n\u011bkolik desetilet\u00ed kles\u00e1. Mezit\u00edm v\u00fdsledky standardizovan\u00e9ho testov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, v\u010d. i v&nbsp;\u010cR, neust\u00e1le klesaj\u00ed (3), a to i p\u0159ed COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cetn\u00e9 studie z\u00e1rove\u0148 ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee na\u0161e du\u0161evn\u00ed pohoda st\u00e1le kles\u00e1, a to natolik, \u017ee dnes deprese a dal\u0161\u00ed poruchy n\u00e1lady postihuj\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b jednoho ze t\u0159\u00ed lid\u00ed (4). Poprv\u00e9 v historii se ve sv\u011bt\u011b ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b zabije v\u00edce lid\u00ed, ne\u017e kolik jich zem\u0159e ve v\u00e1lk\u00e1ch, p\u0159i vra\u017ed\u00e1ch a teroristick\u00fdch \u010dinech dohromady (5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u010cesku je podle odhad\u016f 380&nbsp;a\u017e 445&nbsp;tis\u00edc osob star\u0161\u00edch 15&nbsp;let, kter\u00e9 nadm\u011brn\u011b u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed internet, vysok\u00e9 riziko z\u00e1vislosti je a\u017e u&nbsp;160&nbsp;tis\u00edc z&nbsp;nich. Obecn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed k&nbsp;nejv\u00edce ohro\u017een\u00fdm osoby ve v\u011bku 15&nbsp;a\u017e 24&nbsp;let. P\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 tak\u00e9 probl\u00e9m\u016f u&nbsp;d\u00edvek ve v\u011bku 11-15&nbsp;let. V\u016f\u010di saturaci pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ni internetu u mlad\u00fdch a\u017e \u010dtvrtina z&nbsp;nich se setk\u00e1 s&nbsp;pornografi\u00ed u\u017e v&nbsp;8 letech (6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na \u010desk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch bylo ve \u0161koln\u00edm roce 2021\/2022 \u0159e\u0161eno v\u00edce ne\u017e 2,7 tis. p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f v souvislosti s digit\u00e1ln\u00edmi z\u00e1vislostmi. D\u011bti a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed v riziku digit\u00e1ln\u00edch z\u00e1vislost\u00ed a\u017e 6kr\u00e1t \u010dast\u011bji ne\u017e jejich vrstevn\u00edci uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed volno\u010dasov\u00fdch aktivit, probl\u00e9my se sp\u00e1nkem, stravov\u00e1n\u00edm, s \u010dasem str\u00e1ven\u00fdm s&nbsp;rodinou a kamar\u00e1dy a s probl\u00e9my s&nbsp;v\u00fdukou, v\u0161e ve spojitosti s&nbsp;n\u00e1r\u016fstem \u00fazkosti, ADHD, deprese, sebevra\u017eedn\u00fdch my\u0161lenek, agresivitou a konzumac\u00ed n\u00e1vykov\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (6). Dle <em>S\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed adiktologick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb 2020 <\/em>bylo v \u010cR celkem 109 program\u016f, kter\u00e9 poskytovali slu\u017eby osob\u00e1m nadu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm digit\u00e1ln\u00ed technologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JAK JSME SE SEM DOSTALI?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho stavu je spojen\u00ed dvou jedine\u010dn\u00fdch jev\u016f, kter\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed unik\u00e1tn\u00ed stav. N\u00e1\u0161 mozek se vyvinul se dv\u011bma hlavn\u00edmi prioritami pro p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed: prvn\u00ed je znalost pravidel p\u0159\u00edrody, zejm\u00e9na v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s mohou zranit nebo zab\u00edt. Druhou je up\u0159ednostn\u011bn\u00ed a pat\u0159en\u00ed do soci\u00e1ln\u00ed skupiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navzdory v\u0161em na\u0161im n\u00e1\u0159k\u016fm se dnes nach\u00e1z\u00edme v&nbsp;obdob\u00ed nev\u00eddan\u00e9ho r\u016fstu a stability. T\u00edm se pro v\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed stala prvn\u00ed priorita m\u00e9n\u011b relevantn\u00ed a\u017e irelevantn\u00ed; sou\u010dasn\u00e9 hrozby vn\u00edm\u00e1me jako opo\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9, vzd\u00e1len\u00e9, nepodstatn\u00e9. Pro v\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed je pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed dovolen\u00e9 mnohem d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e si sednout a p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o d\u016fsledc\u00edch klimatick\u00fdch zm\u011bn, energetick\u00e9 krize nebo rozb\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00edho se dareb\u00e1ck\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu, nehled\u011b na to, kam jako lid\u00e9 sm\u011b\u0159ujeme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b odpadnut\u00ed prvn\u00ed priority se stala na\u0161e evolu\u010dn\u00ed pot\u0159eba pat\u0159it do skupiny na\u0161\u00ed dominantn\u00ed prioritou a to p\u0159es n\u00e1stup globaliza\u010dn\u00ed technologie, kter\u00e1 jako sv\u016fj hlavn\u00ed efekt vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a podporuje n\u00e1vykovou z\u00e1vislost na pot\u0159eb\u011b n\u011bkam pat\u0159it. Tento efekt je nejpatrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v neurologick\u00fdch d\u016fsledc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 se projevuj\u00ed vzestupem a z\u00e1vislost\u00ed na internetu a jeho zhoubn\u00e9m sourozenci, soci\u00e1ln\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studie p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u011b prokazuj\u00ed, \u017ee internet, pokud je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n jako soci\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1stroj, oslabuje schopnost uva\u017eovat, podkop\u00e1v\u00e1 fyzick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a vykolejuje n\u00e1s z&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edch neurologicky odvozen\u00fdch evolu\u010dn\u00edch schopnost\u00ed. Na toto t\u00e9ma vych\u00e1z\u00ed \u0159ada bestseller\u016f i v laick\u00e9m tisku, od n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho neurov\u011bdce Manfreda Spitzera, kter\u00fd ve sv\u00e9 stejnojmenn\u00e9 knize vymyslel term\u00edn &#8222;digit\u00e1ln\u00ed demence&#8220;, a\u017e po knihu Nicholase Carra <em>The Shallows &#8211; What the Internet is Doing to our Brains<\/em> (M\u011bl\u010diny &#8211; Co internet d\u011bl\u00e1 s na\u0161imi mozky), kter\u00e1 se stala finalistou Pulitzerovy ceny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neurologick\u00fd mechanismus, kter\u00fd v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 vysv\u011btluje, je p\u0159\u00edmo\u010dar\u00fd. Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno, zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm mozek z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 informace je stejn\u011b tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, jako je informace samotn\u00e1. To d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl: komunikace a diskuse tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v tv\u00e1\u0159 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm vz\u00e1jemn\u011b propojen\u00fdch v\u011bt vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed robustn\u00ed slovn\u00ed a rozumov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b (engramy), zat\u00edmco surfov\u00e1n\u00ed a neust\u00e1l\u00e9 psan\u00ed textov\u00fdch zpr\u00e1v nic takov\u00e9ho ned\u011bl\u00e1. Pokud se n\u011bkdo kouk\u00e1 cel\u00fd den do mobilu, jeho mozek bude podle toho uva\u017eovat; sta\u010d\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1dat teenagera &#8211; kter\u00fd cel\u00fd den surfuje a p\u00ed\u0161e SMSky, aby napsal gramaticky spr\u00e1vnou v\u011btu, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 25 slov. Nedok\u00e1\u017ee to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HROZBA PRO ML\u00c1DE\u017d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>74 % dne\u0161n\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 ml\u00e1de\u017ee, m\u00edsto hran\u00ed a interakce s vrstevn\u00edky v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, tr\u00e1v\u00ed sv\u016fj voln\u00fd \u010das rad\u011bji na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch, kde do obrazovek z\u00edraj\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru a\u017e 9 hodin denn\u011b (6,9). Pln\u00fdch 97 % v\u0161ech dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch hraje po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 hry na obrazovce, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e u nich tr\u00e1v\u00ed a\u017e 3 hodiny denn\u011b, m\u00edsto aby se v\u011bnovali fyzick\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m a dialogu v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b (9). Sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky hran\u00ed videoher se vyskytuj\u00ed u 44 % u\u017eivatel\u016f a zahrnuj\u00ed ru\u0161en\u00ed sp\u00e1nku, \u0161patn\u00e9 navazov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed, \u0161patn\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed retardaci a sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst \u00fazkosti a deprese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u0159etina dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch dnes z\u00e1rove\u0148 d\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ednost digit\u00e1ln\u00edm videosport\u016fm neboli \u201ee-sport\u016fm\u201c p\u0159ed skute\u010dn\u00fdm fyzick\u00fdm sportem. \u201eE-sportovci\u201c \u201etr\u00e9nuj\u00ed\u201c v pr\u016fm\u011bru 50 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b (tedy o 10 hodin v\u00edce ne\u017e cel\u00fd pracovn\u00ed t\u00fdden) a tak\u00e9 \u201etrp\u00ed\u201c \u201esportovn\u00edmi zran\u011bn\u00edmi\u201c; t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 60 % z nich poci\u0165uje \u00fanavu o\u010d\u00ed, zat\u00edmco v\u00edce ne\u017e 40 % uv\u00e1d\u00ed bolesti krku a zad a syndrom karp\u00e1ln\u00edho tunelu. Nic z toho nebere v \u00favahu \u0161patn\u00fd svalov\u00fd tonus, p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed na v\u00e1ze, poruchy sp\u00e1nku a psychick\u00e9 poruchy (10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010c\u00edm mlad\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm je situace dramati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. U generace narozena 1997-2012 (tzv. \u201egenerace Z\u201c) odchovan\u00e1 internetem m\u00e1 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd u\u017eivatel v\u00edce ne\u017e osm \u00fa\u010dt\u016f, tr\u00e1v\u00ed na nich v pr\u016fm\u011bru \u010dty\u0159i a p\u016fl hodiny denn\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e celkov\u00fd \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd u obrazovky dosahuje neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch 9 hodin denn\u011b, den co den. Ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed z generace Z dos\u00e1hne 18 let, str\u00e1v\u00ed p\u0159ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed obrazovkou neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch 30 \u0161koln\u00edch a 16 pracovn\u00edch let. Drtivou v\u011bt\u0161inu tohoto \u010dasu str\u00e1v\u00ed na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch a u videoher (7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U t\u011bchto d\u011bt\u00ed odchovan\u00fdch digit\u00e1ln\u00edmi technologiemi je deformace mezilidsk\u00e9 komunikace hluboce zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00e1 (8, 11). D\u016fvod je prost\u00fd: v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b se probl\u00e9mu nezbav\u00edte stisknut\u00edm tla\u010d\u00edtka \u201eDelete;\u201c pono\u0159en\u00ed do digit\u00e1ln\u00edho sv\u011bta surfov\u00e1n\u00ed po internetu a humbuk\u016f na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch znamen\u00e1 odtr\u017een\u00ed od \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed situac\u00ed v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 lidsk\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dtvrtina dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch u\u017eivatel\u016f soci\u00e1ln\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed spad\u00e1 do kategorie \u201ekompulzivn\u00ed\u201c. Kv\u016fli \u010dasu, kter\u00fd tr\u00e1v\u00ed na obrazovce, dne\u0161n\u00ed teenage\u0159i spolu u\u017e nemluv\u00ed, ani nekomunikuj\u00ed tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v tv\u00e1\u0159. Ve skute\u010dnosti dv\u011b t\u0159etiny ve\u0161ker\u00e9 komunikace mezi dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edmi prob\u00edhaj\u00ed virtu\u00e1ln\u011b, nikoliv osobn\u011b (11). Jejich sebev\u011bdom\u00ed je mnohem v\u00edce spojeno s jejich internetov\u00fdm profilem a \u201elajky,\u201c ne\u017e s jejich dovednostmi v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b. Nam\u00edsto toho, aby d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 vyr\u016fstaj\u00ed on-line, dosp\u00edvaly prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm biologick\u00e9ho imperativu rozvoje soci\u00e1ln\u00edch a intelektu\u00e1ln\u00edch dovednost\u00ed se skute\u010dn\u00fdmi vrstevn\u00edky v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, rychle zaost\u00e1vaj\u00ed ve v\u0161em, od inteligence, p\u0159es fyzick\u00e9 a verb\u00e1ln\u00ed dovednosti, \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f a akademick\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky a\u017e po emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed dovednosti (8, 11). Nov\u00e1 generace je poznamenan\u00e1 emo\u010dn\u00ed k\u0159ehkost\u00ed, \u00fazkost\u00ed a touhou po \u00fasp\u011bchu bez dovednosti, ani\u017e by tu\u0161ila, \u017ee dosa\u017een\u00ed osobn\u00edho \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed souvis\u00ed nejv\u00edce s&nbsp;po\u010dtem skute\u010dn\u00fdch (nikoliv virtu\u00e1ln\u00edch) kamar\u00e1d\u016f a s p\u0159ekon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek. Jejich emo\u010dn\u00ed k\u0159ehkost \u010dasto vede k&nbsp;depresi a \u00fazkosti z kdejak\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, ne\u00fasp\u011bchu a nep\u0159\u00edzn\u011b, jak dosv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed p\u0159epracovan\u00ed d\u011bt\u0161t\u00ed psychiat\u0159i. A kdy\u017e u\u017e se p\u0159es internet domluv\u00ed na rande, tr\u00e1v\u00ed je ka\u017ed\u00fd na sv\u00e9m mobilu. Neum\u011bj\u00ed si pov\u00eddat, nav\u00e1zat vztah, jisk\u0159it vz\u00e1jemn\u00fdm dot\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O tolik v\u00edce alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed je fakt, \u017ee v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 znaky nejsou jen psychologick\u00e9, ale jsou zakotveny ve fyziologick\u00fdch a neuroanatomick\u00fdch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch v mozku. Studie zalo\u017een\u00e9 na d\u016fkazech nyn\u00ed jasn\u011b spojuj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed internetu a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed se skute\u010dn\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami v mozku, a to jak v \u0161ed\u00e9, tak v hlub\u0161\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9 hmot\u011b mozkov\u00e9 k\u016fry, spolu se zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00fdm rozlo\u017een\u00edm mozkov\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho pr\u016ftoku a zmen\u0161enou velikost\u00ed a funkc\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch spojovac\u00edch trakt\u016f jako vnit\u0159n\u00edch rozvad\u011b\u010d\u016f, kter\u00e9 integruj\u00ed a p\u0159ed\u00e1vaj\u00ed informace (12,13). Jejich program\u00e1to\u0159i ve skute\u010dnosti spolupracuj\u00ed s neurov\u011bdci, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011b\u0159\u00ed hladinu dopaminu, aby byl navr\u017een takov\u00fd program, kter\u00fd nejv\u00edce zvy\u0161uje jeho hladinu. Pr\u016fzkumy ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd u\u017eivatel mobiln\u00edho telefonu kontroluje sv\u016fj telefon minim\u00e1ln\u011b 50kr\u00e1t denn\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e kontrolou e-mail\u016f str\u00e1v\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b 10-15 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro v\u011bt\u0161inu u\u017eivatel\u016f mobiln\u00edch telefon\u016f je nep\u0159edstaviteln\u00e9, \u017ee by se bez n\u011bj obe\u0161li. Studie nav\u00edc ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee nejen zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, ale i samotn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edtomnost mobiln\u00edho telefonu m\u00e1 negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky na efektivn\u00ed neuropsychologick\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee telefon m\u016f\u017ee kdykoli p\u0159itahovat nebo vyru\u0161ovat. Pokud mozek v\u00ed &#8211; by\u0165 podv\u011bdom\u011b, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee \u017e b\u00fdt vyru\u0161en, nesoust\u0159ed\u00ed se tak dob\u0159e. St\u00e1ty v&nbsp;USA a EU \u017ealuj\u00ed META a TikTok za zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed soukrom\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0158E\u0160EN\u00cd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9 krize je t\u0159eba, aby \u010dty\u0159i kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di zintenzivnili svou pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Uk\u00e1\u017ee se, \u017ee maj\u00ed probl\u00e9m s&nbsp;b\u011b\u017en\u00fdmi hranicemi, \u017ee o&nbsp;sv\u00e9m d\u00edt\u011bti mnoho nev\u011bd\u00ed, nejsou s&nbsp;n\u00edm schopni norm\u00e1ln\u011b komunikovat u\u017e del\u0161\u00ed \u010das\u2026\u201c(20)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodi\u010de by si m\u011bli uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee jejich d\u011bti maj\u00ed pln\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo na nepodm\u00edn\u011bnou l\u00e1sku a v\u00fdchovu, ale ne na nov\u00fd mobiln\u00ed telefon, i kdy\u017e \u201eho m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9 druh\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b\u201c. V\u0161ichni pediat\u0159i by m\u011bli p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b rutinn\u011b zad\u00e1vat jednoduch\u00fd dotazn\u00edk s deseti ot\u00e1zkami, kter\u00fd odhal\u00ed varovn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edch obrazovek u d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iniciativy, jak\u00e9 p\u0159ijala nap\u0159\u00edklad VFN ILFUK v Praze, kter\u00e1 nab\u00edz\u00ed kurzy pro l\u00e9ka\u0159e v rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1vislosti i dotazn\u00edky pro \u0161irokou ve\u0159ejnost (https:\/\/poradna.adiktologie.cz\/zavislosti\/z-zavislost-na-internetu\/) jsou krokem spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm sm\u011brem, ale nesta\u010d\u00ed. Obrazovky nejsou zar\u00e1movan\u00e9 obrazy. Neprohl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se jeden po druh\u00e9m, jako se to d\u011bl\u00e1 se str\u00e1nkami v knize. M\u00edsto toho se scrolluje bez jak\u00e9hokoli vzoru nebo referen\u010dn\u00edch bod\u016f. Za druh\u00e9, kdy\u017e se \u010dte z&nbsp;knihy tak se kniha dr\u017e\u00ed v&nbsp;ruce, co\u017e vys\u00edl\u00e1 do mozku hmatov\u00fd sign\u00e1l, kter\u00fd posiluje \u010dten\u00e9 informace a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed tak pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pam\u011btn\u00ed spoje (engram).
