Tyto zvyky odborn\u00edci velmi \u010dasto nal\u00e9zaj\u00ed v rodin\u011b, kde \u017eije d\u00edt\u011b s\u00a0obezitou. A pr\u00e1v\u011b po\u010det t\u011bchto d\u011bt\u00ed v\u00a0\u010cesku v\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech raketov\u011b stoup\u00e1. \u0160patn\u011b nastaven\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed a pohybov\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky spole\u010dn\u011b se snadno dostupn\u00fdm nekvalitn\u00edm j\u00eddlem jsou z\u00e1rove\u0148 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou ve zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0kil nav\u00edc. Jak ale experti p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed, tento proces nelze nech\u00e1vat pouze na d\u011btech, zm\u011bnou mus\u00ed proj\u00edt cel\u00e1 rodina. Pomoci mohou rodinn\u00e9 kurzy, kter\u00e9 jak d\u011btem, tak rodi\u010d\u016fm pom\u00e1haj\u00ed nastavit zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm kamenem \u00farazu je to, \u017ee rodi\u010de d\u011bt\u00ed s obezitou jsou v\u011bt\u0161inou tak\u00e9 \u201anadm\u011brn\u00ed\u2018, tak\u017ee to nevid\u00ed jako probl\u00e9m. Rodi\u010d je pro potomka vzorem, a kdy\u017e ned\u011bl\u00e1 nic s\u00e1m se sebou, tak to ned\u011bl\u00e1 ani d\u00edt\u011b. Proto je v\u017edy pot\u0159eba pracovat i s&nbsp;rodi\u010di a p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdmi, kte\u0159\u00ed s d\u011btmi \u017eij\u00ed,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 PhDr. Iva M\u00e1lkov\u00e1, psycholo\u017eka a&nbsp;zakladatelka organizace STOB, jej\u00edmi\u017e kurzy zdrav\u00e9ho hubnut\u00ed pro\u0161ly za v\u00edce ne\u017e 30 let existence des\u00edtky tis\u00edc lid\u00ed. Letos organizace po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 tak\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stob.cz\/cs\/akce-k-svetovemu-dni-obezity-2024\">on-line konferenci<\/a>, kde budou odborn\u00edci sd\u00edlet zku\u0161enosti s&nbsp;\u0159e\u0161en\u00edm obezity u d\u011bt\u00ed a p\u0159ed\u00e1vat rady rodi\u010d\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u011bti s\u00a0obezitou jsou p\u0159itom podle dostupn\u00fdch dat h\u016f\u0159e p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1ny v kolektivech a st\u00e1vaj\u00ed se tak\u00e9 \u010dast\u011bji ob\u011btmi \u0161ikany. <em>\u201e\u010casto se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee rodi\u010de sice v\u00ed, co je spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 \u2013 tedy ve zkratce l\u00e9pe j\u00edst a v\u00edce se h\u00fdbat \u2013 ale bojuj\u00ed s\u00a0p\u0159eveden\u00edm t\u011bchto pravidel do praxe. Hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou n\u00e1r\u016fstu obezity u d\u011bt\u00ed je podle n\u00ed zejm\u00e9na v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 celkov\u00e1 pohybov\u00e1 aktivita a tak\u00e9 \u0161irok\u00e1 dostupnost potravin a n\u00e1poj\u016f s\u00a0vysok\u00fdm obsahem kalori\u00ed. Pomoc s\u00a0p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00fdmi kily sv\u00fdch d\u011bti mohou rodi\u010de naj\u00edt ve specializovan\u00fdch kurzech spolku <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hravezijzdrave.cz\/clanky\/rodinne-kurzy-stobik-pro-deti-8-az-13-let-s-nadvahou-a-rodice\/\">Hrav\u011b \u017eij zdrav\u011b<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stob.cz\/cs\/kurzy-pro-deti-1\">STOB<\/a>. Pacient\u016fm se tak ji\u017e od d\u011btstv\u00ed zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku nemoc\u00ed, jako je diabetes 2. typu, vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak, n\u00e1dorov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nebo nemoci pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu.
