Jsou vyd\u00e1v\u00e1ny opr\u00e1vn\u011bnou osobou a nezkoum\u00e1me, jestli odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed realit\u011b, nebo ne. Stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad bere, \u017ee teda jsou pravdiv\u00e9. Revizn\u00ed technik by m\u011bl v\u011bd\u011bt, co v\u0161echno m\u00e1 kontrolovat a jak\u00e9 normy mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dodr\u017eeny. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho pak vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 tu revizn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vu. Pozemky p\u0159ed domem. Tyto pozemky p\u0159isl\u00edbila spole\u010dnost Nov\u00e1 Lazeck\u00e1 s. r. o. p\u0159ev\u00e9st na m\u00edstn\u00ed spole\u010denstv\u00ed vlastn\u00edk\u016f jednotek. Doposud se tak nestalo.
