V\u00fdzkumn\u00fd t\u00fdm Pedagogick\u00e9 fakulty Ostravsk\u00e9 univerzity spole\u010dn\u011b se zahrani\u010dn\u00edmi partnery jako jedni z prvn\u00edch poodhalili souvislosti mezi pravideln\u00fdm b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00edm a svalov\u011b kostern\u00edm zdrav\u00edm. Krom\u011b toho, \u017ee b\u011bh sni\u017euje riziko p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho \u00famrt\u00ed, p\u016fsob\u00ed proti kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm a rakovin\u011b, prosp\u00edv\u00e1 i kolenn\u00edm kloub\u016fm. Vysv\u011btluje Daniel Janda\u010dka, d\u011bkan Ostravsk\u00e9 univerzity, spoluautor studie z katedry studi\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho pohybu Pedagogick\u00e9 fakulty.<br \/><br \/>Daniel Janda\u010dka<br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/> dlouho si v\u011bdci, ale tak\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnost mysleli, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce b\u011bh\u00e1me, tak t\u00edm v\u00edce klouby opot\u0159ebujeme a teoreticky by m\u011blo doch\u00e1zet k tomu po\u0161kozen\u00ed, ale my jsme v tom na\u0161em v\u00fdzkumu nazna\u010dili, \u017ee tam je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b z\u00e1vislost, to znamen\u00e1, jak n\u00edzk\u00e1 aktivita, tak vysok\u00e1 aktivita m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit sn\u00ed\u017eenou kvalitu chrupavky kolenn\u00edho kloubu v t\u011bch nejposti\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stech, jako je centr\u00e1ln\u00ed medi\u00e1ln\u00ed femur, ale tak\u00e9, \u017ee existuje i takov\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00e1 optim\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, kter\u00e1 naopak tu chrupavku m\u016f\u017ee vy\u017eivovat a ten b\u011bh vlastn\u011b se ukazuje jako p\u0159irozen\u00e1 aktivita \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nejenom zat\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed pro ty klouby, ale naopak i protektivn\u00ed a \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee vyvol\u00e1vat kvalitn\u00ed vlastnosti, no, a ta optim\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e se v na\u0161i studii uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee to je n\u011bco takov\u00e9ho jako mezi 6\u201320 km b\u011bhu t\u00fddn\u011b , co\u017e relativn\u011b koresponduje s doporu\u010den\u00edmi pohybov\u00e9 aktivity Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace, tak\u017ee vlastn\u011b toto bylo takov\u00e9 na\u0161e jedno z t\u011bch zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsme tam m\u011bli.<br \/><br \/>mluv\u010d\u00ed 8,<br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>A v jak\u00e9 intenzit\u011b byste tenhle ten pravideln\u00fd b\u011bh jako odborn\u00edk doporu\u010doval? Jestli t\u0159eba sta\u010d\u00ed dva desetikilometrov\u00e9 \u00faseky, kdy \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te od \u0161esti do 20 km t\u00fddn\u011b nebo sp\u00ed\u0161e po men\u0161\u00edch \u00fasec\u00edch, ale denn\u011b.<br \/><br \/>mluv\u010d\u00ed 7,<br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>No, my jsme tam \u00fapln\u011b tu intenzitu ne\u0159e\u0161ili, j\u00e1 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b doporu\u010duju intenzitu takovou, aby to pro \u010dlov\u011bka bylo p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, proto\u017ee nesouvis\u00ed to jenom s t\u00edm, jestli budeme nebo nebudeme m\u00edt zdrav\u00e9 klouby, ale tak\u00e9 s t\u00edm, aby ta aktivita byla udr\u017eiteln\u00e1, pravideln\u00e1, proto\u017ee n\u00e1m to mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, proto\u017ee my v\u00edme, \u017ee b\u011bh vlastn\u011b zjednodu\u0161en\u011b prodlu\u017euje \u017eivot, m\u00e1me vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nad\u011bji do\u017eit\u00ed ve zdrav\u00ed z hlediska kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed, ale i z hlediska rakoviny a pr\u00e1v\u011b ty svaly a kostern\u00ed v\u011bci nebyly \u00fapln\u011b prozkoum\u00e1ny. Tak\u017ee to malinko dopl\u0148ujeme a ukazujeme, \u017ee i to svalov\u011b kostern\u00ed zdrav\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zlep\u0161eno, ale ta d\u00e1vka, ten objem by m\u011bl b\u00fdt optim\u00e1ln\u00ed a ty intenzity a dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci okolo toho, to mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159edm\u011btem dal\u0161\u00edho zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed. Tam jsme p\u0159i\u0161li na to, \u017ee paradoxn\u011b lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed v tom dynamick\u00e9m pohybu se dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00edce do valgozity.
