Cestuj\u00edc\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u00e1d zaregistrovali, zase nev\u011bd\u011bli, jak reagovat.<br \/><br \/>K trag\u00e9dii by p\u0159itom nemuselo doj\u00edt, kdyby na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u00edch byly bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed z\u00e1brany. Ty jsou v cizin\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u00e9. Na m\u00edstech, kde jsou, je riziko p\u00e1du do koleji\u0161t\u011b podle expert\u016f t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nulov\u00e9.<br \/><br \/>Tragick\u00e1 ud\u00e1lost, kter\u00e9 se dalo zabr\u00e1nit.\u00a0<strong>Nevidom\u00fd<\/strong>\u00a0spadl do koleji\u0161t\u011b a dlouh\u00e9 nejm\u00e9n\u011b dv\u011b minuty m\u011bl \u0161anci na z\u00e1chranu. Ta nep\u0159i\u0161la. P\u0159esto\u017ee se sv\u011bdci sna\u017eili pomoci, nikdo z nich nestiskl nouzov\u00e9 tla\u010d\u00edtko. M\u00e1vali sice na kamery na dispe\u010dera, ten si jich ale nev\u0161iml. Od za\u010d\u00e1tku leto\u0161n\u00edho roku do koleji\u0161t\u011b v pra\u017esk\u00fdch stanic\u00edch metra spadl \u010dlov\u011bk u\u017e jedenadvacetkr\u00e1t.<br \/><br \/>Zden\u011bk Lokaj, dopravn\u00ed expert, \u010cVUT<br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>V zahrani\u010d\u00ed, t\u0159eba v asijsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch, tam je standardn\u011b odd\u011blen\u00e9 koleji\u0161t\u011b od n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b, t\u0159eba v Tchaj-peji, tam jsou takov\u00e9 metrov\u00e9 pl\u016ftky a vlastn\u011b, kdy\u017e p\u0159ijede vlak metra do stanice, tak zastav\u00ed v\u017edycky na stejn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b, otev\u0159e se nejd\u0159\u00edv branka v t\u00e9 z\u00e1bran\u011b a pak se otev\u0159ou dve\u0159e toho vlaku, to znamen\u00e1 riziko toho, \u017ee by cestuj\u00edc\u00ed spadl do koleji\u0161t\u011b, je prakticky nulov\u00e1.<br \/><br \/> redaktorka<br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>V Praze, nic takov\u00e9ho nen\u00ed. Je to z\u00e1le\u017eitost, na kter\u00e9 u\u017e je vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e1 ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 zak\u00e1zka od jara tohoto roku. Ty n\u00e1stupi\u0161tn\u00ed st\u011bny se ostatn\u011b, ty skute\u010dn\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9, testuj\u00ed u\u017e na stanici Zli\u010d\u00edn, to znamen\u00e1, to automatizovan\u00e9 metro skute\u010dn\u011b p\u0159inese nejenom to zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed interval\u016f, a to znamen\u00e1 \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed metro ve \u0161pi\u010dce. Proto\u017ee m\u00e1me srpen 2024, tak kdy bude pra\u017esk\u00e9 metro bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed?<br \/><br \/>Zden\u011bk H\u0159ib, 1. n\u00e1m\u011bstek pra\u017esk\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora pro oblast dopravy \/Pir\u00e1ti\/<br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>Tak je to spojeno s kompletn\u00ed instalac\u00ed automatick\u00e9ho metra, to znamen\u00e1 toho metra bez \u0159idi\u010d\u016f, jak se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 lidov\u011b, to znamen\u00e1, to je velk\u00fd projekt, proto\u017ee se mus\u00ed vyrobit i ty vlaky, kter\u00e9 budou kompatibiln\u00ed s t\u011bmi nov\u00fdmi n\u00e1stupi\u0161tn\u00edmi st\u011bnami, mus\u00ed se rozhodnout, jestli budou virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed, nebo fyzick\u00e9, to znamen\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u011b ty sklen\u011bn\u00e9 a podobn\u011b, a mus\u00ed to b\u00fdt na metru C otestov\u00e1no a nainstalov\u00e1no p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e zah\u00e1j\u00edme provoz na metru D, kde ty n\u00e1stupi\u0161tn\u00ed st\u011bny budou tak\u00e9, to znamen\u00e1 n\u011bkdy v roce 2029, 2030. M\u00e1me mrtv\u00e9, m\u00e1me tady ten posledn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpad toho naprost\u00e9ho selh\u00e1n\u00ed toho syst\u00e9mu. Nen\u00ed tedy \u010das do t\u00e9 doby, ne\u017e bude k dispozici to, co jste te\u010f prezentoval na\u0161im div\u00e1k\u016fm, prov\u00e9st alespo\u0148 anal\u00fdzu toho st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a ud\u011blat v\u0161echno pro to, aby lid\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bli, kde jsou ona bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed tla\u010d\u00edtka, co se stane, kdy\u017e je stisknou? Proto\u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00ed si st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed, \u017ee jsou t\u0159eba um\u00edst\u011bny vedle hydrant\u016f a oni mysl\u00ed, \u017ee spust\u00ed jenom po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed poplach. J\u00e1 jsem vid\u011bl na n\u011bjak\u00e9 anket\u011b, kter\u00e1 byla na internetu pr\u00e1v\u011b u jednoho \u010dl\u00e1nku k t\u00e9to tragick\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, \u017ee zhruba jenom 10 % lid\u00ed vlastn\u011b v\u00ed o t\u011bch nouzov\u00fdch tla\u010d\u00edc\u00edch na zastaven\u00ed vlaku. Ale p\u0159itom je to skute\u010dn\u011b to, co pr\u00e1v\u011b m\u016f\u017ee zabr\u00e1nit t\u00e9 trag\u00e9dii, a je to vlastn\u011b ta prvn\u00ed v\u011bc, co se mus\u00ed zm\u00e1\u010dknout, kdy\u017e se stanete sv\u011bdky takov\u00e9to ud\u00e1losti.
