Jak se vyv\u00edjela a jak\u00e9 slu\u017eby nab\u00edz\u00ed v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u010dovatelsk\u00e1 slu\u017eba v Bystr\u00e9m funguje od roku 1996. Postupem doby pro\u0161la velkou zm\u011bnou. Jednak se hodn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ilo \u00fazem\u00ed, na kter\u00e9m slu\u017ebu poskytujeme, ale hlavn\u011b do\u0161lo k transformaci slu\u017eby. Pokud klient slu\u017eby nem\u00e1 doma vhodn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed hygieny, nezvl\u00e1dne pou\u017e\u00edt vanu a nem\u00e1 sprchov\u00fd kout, m\u016f\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edt zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed hygieny v na\u0161em St\u0159edisku osobn\u00ed hygieny. Prostornou bezbari\u00e9rovou koupelnu se sprchov\u00fdm koutem a polohovac\u00ed vanou m\u00e1me v Dom\u011b s pe\u010dovatelskou slu\u017ebou v Bystr\u00e9m. Klienti hovo\u0159\u00ed o tom, \u017ee jsou nejrad\u011bji doma, tam kde to znaj\u00ed, kde je jim dob\u0159e. Velk\u00fdm bonusem je, kdy\u017e funguje rodina. Ale i bez pomoci rodiny je to \u0159e\u0161iteln\u00e1 situace. Klientovi pom\u016f\u017ee upravit jeho dom\u00e1cnost tak, aby byla bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 nejen pro n\u011bj, ale i pro pe\u010dovatelky &#8211; polohovac\u00ed postel, kter\u00e1 je p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e1 alespo\u0148 ze 3 stran, pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 kompenza\u010dn\u00ed pom\u016fcky\u2026 Klient mus\u00ed m\u00edt, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby, zaji\u0161t\u011bnou zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di \u010di dal\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 slu\u017eby. S v\u00fdb\u011brem pom\u016fcek pom\u016f\u017eeme, n\u011bkter\u00e9 m\u00e1me i na vyzkou\u0161en\u00ed. P\u00e9\u010di zaji\u0161\u0165ujeme i n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t za den, v\u017edy mus\u00edme vych\u00e1zet z toho co konkr\u00e9tn\u011b klient opravdu pot\u0159ebuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e9\u010de u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho klienta je ot\u00e1zka vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 d\u016fv\u011bry &#8211; pe\u010dovatelky chod\u00ed do dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed, pokud nen\u00ed schopen odemknout dv\u011b\u0159e, m\u00e1me kl\u00ed\u010de od dom\u00e1cnosti. P\u00e9\u010de by m\u011bla prob\u00edhat tak, aby byl klient maxim\u00e1ln\u011b spokojen\u00fd, v\u017edy m\u00e1 nastaven\u00fd pl\u00e1n slu\u017eby. V n\u011bm je popsan\u00e9, jak\u00e9 \u00fakony se v dan\u00fd \u010das a v dan\u00e9m rozsahu prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je komunikace a spolupr\u00e1ce jak pe\u010dovatelek s klientem, tak ostatn\u00edmi pe\u010duj\u00edc\u00edmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak si mohou lid\u00e9 va\u0161e slu\u017eby objednat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161inou n\u00e1s kontaktuje n\u011bkdo z rodiny klienta. Pokud je soulad po\u017eadavk\u016f rodiny s p\u0159\u00e1n\u00edm z\u00e1jemce o slu\u017ebu a je spln\u011bna podm\u00ednka pot\u0159ebnosti slu\u017eby, je provedeno v dom\u00e1cnosti z\u00e1jemce soci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, to zaji\u0161\u0165uje soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00edk. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby zajist\u00edme z\u00e1kladn\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poradenstv\u00ed &#8211; pom\u016f\u017eeme se za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na p\u00e9\u010di, s vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm pr\u016fkazky ZTP, d\u00e1me pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 kontakty \u2026 N\u00e1sledn\u011b jsou nastaven\u00e9 pravideln\u00e9 slu\u017eby, klient v\u00ed den a \u010das kdy k n\u011bmu pe\u010dovatelka p\u0159ijede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodina jako prvn\u00ed vid\u00ed zhor\u0161en\u00ed schopnost\u00ed sv\u00e9ho bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho. Nap\u0159\u00edklad pokud m\u00e1 klient probl\u00e9m se syndromem demence, je neorientovan\u00fd, nedok\u00e1\u017ee vyhodnotit sv\u00e9 schopnosti, m\u00e1 st\u00e1le p\u0159edstavu, \u017ee v\u0161echno zvl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017eije my\u0161lenkami v minulosti.. Realita je ale takov\u00e1, \u017ee zapom\u00edn\u00e1 br\u00e1t l\u00e9ky nebo si je bere n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t, proto\u017ee zapomene, \u017ee si je u\u017e vzal. M\u016f\u017ee p\u0159estat pravideln\u011b j\u00edst, p\u00edt, zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1 svoji hygienu, v\u00fdm\u011bnu oble\u010den\u00ed, \u00faklid dom\u00e1cnosti. Klient ale nevid\u00ed d\u016fvod, pro\u010d by mu m\u011bl n\u011bkdo s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm pom\u00e1hat.
