Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f se jen 10\u201320 % z nich poda\u0159\u00ed udr\u017eet si novou v\u00e1hu dlouhodob\u011b. Tato f\u00e1ze vy\u017eaduje p\u00e9\u010di a pozornost stejn\u011b jako samotn\u00e9 hubnut\u00ed, ale lid\u00e9 ji \u010dasto podce\u0148uj\u00ed. Kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 diety toti\u017e ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny nadv\u00e1hy a obezity, jako jsou nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky, nedostatek pohybu a psychick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Na d\u016fle\u017eitost komplexn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstupu k hubnut\u00ed upozor\u0148uj\u00ed experti u p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti Sv\u011btov\u00e9ho dne obezity, kter\u00fd p\u0159ipad\u00e1 na 4. b\u0159ezna.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Lid\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159i hubnut\u00ed vid\u011bt v\u00fdsledky co nejd\u0159\u00edve, proto se pou\u0161t\u00ed do diet, kter\u00e9 slibuj\u00ed rychl\u00fd \u00fabytek v\u00e1hy, ale tak to nefunguje. \u010clov\u011bk si mus\u00ed zautomatizovat nov\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, a\u00a0to n\u011bjakou dobu trv\u00e1,\u201c <\/em>vysv\u011btluje Lenka Vyml\u00e1tilov\u00e1, v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e1 poradkyn\u011b a lektorka skupinov\u00fdch kurz\u016f zdrav\u00e9ho hubnut\u00ed v organizaci <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stob.cz\/cs\/home\">STOB<\/a>. Jen\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b v tom v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed selh\u00e1v\u00e1. Pokud zvol\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u011b restriktivn\u00ed dietu, jeho t\u011blo si po jej\u00edm skon\u010den\u00ed za\u010dne rychle ukl\u00e1dat z\u00e1soby, a hmotnost se vrac\u00ed. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 hubnout postupn\u011b, zdrav\u011b a pod odborn\u00fdm veden\u00edm,\u201c <\/em>vysv\u011btluje Vyml\u00e1tilov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na d\u016fle\u017eitost odborn\u00e9 pomoci upozor\u0148uje i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stob.cz\/cs\/online-konference-zdarma-jak-zdrave-zhubnout-a-vahu-si-take-udrzet\">online konference<\/a> s\u00a0n\u00e1zvem <em>Jak zdrav\u011b zhubnout a\u00a0v\u00e1hu si tak\u00e9 udr\u017eet<\/em>, kter\u00e1 se kon\u00e1 9. b\u0159ezna od 9 hodin a je zdarma. Z\u00e1jemci se mus\u00ed pouze p\u0159edem registrovat na webu organizace <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stob.cz\/cs\/home\">STOB<\/a>. Program akce se zam\u011b\u0159uje nejen na zdrav\u00e9 hubnut\u00ed a udr\u017een\u00ed si v\u00e1hy, ale tak\u00e9 na psychologickou podporu a pohyb. Experti p\u0159edstav\u00ed osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 metody, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed lidem efektivn\u011b a dlouhodob\u011b zvl\u00e1dnout nadbyte\u010dn\u00e1 kila. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti Sv\u011btov\u00e9ho dne obezity nab\u00edz\u00ed n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z\u00a0lektor\u016f STOB z\u00e1jemc\u016fm bezplatn\u00e9 konzultace a m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla.<em> \u201eN\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159\u00edstup vych\u00e1z\u00ed z kognitivn\u011b-behavior\u00e1ln\u00ed terapie. Dle predikc\u00ed by jich v roce 2030 m\u011blo b\u00fdt je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc \u2013 asi 30 %. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eV\u00fdrazn\u011b n\u00e1m v\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech stoup\u00e1 po\u010det d\u011bt\u00ed se z\u00e1va\u017enou formou obezity s metabolick\u00fdmi komplikacemi. Odborn\u00edci se shoduj\u00ed, \u017ee s prevenc\u00ed obezity je nutn\u00e9 za\u010d\u00edt u\u017e v ran\u00e9m d\u011btstv\u00ed a zapojit do procesu celou rodinu<em>. \u201e\u010c\u00edm d\u0159\u00edve si d\u00edt\u011b osvoj\u00ed zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, t\u00edm je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u0161ance, \u017ee si jej zachov\u00e1 a\u017e do dosp\u011blosti, a vyhne se tak z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm rizik\u016fm,\u201c <\/em>dopl\u0148uje MUDr. Bo\u017eensk\u00fd<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a><a><\/a> Jednou z efektivn\u00edch cest, jak pomoci rodin\u00e1m bojovat s nadv\u00e1hou a obezitou, jsou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stob.cz\/cs\/kurzy-pro-deti-1\">specializovan\u00e9 kurzy zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu<\/a> od organizace STOB podporovan\u00e9 spole\u010dnost\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boehringer-ingelheim.com\/cz\/\">Boehringer Ingelheim<\/a>. Ty c\u00edl\u00ed na zm\u011bnu n\u00e1vyk\u016f cel\u00e9 rodiny. <em>\u201eSyn po absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed kurzu v\u00ed, jak si p\u0159ipravit plnohodnotnou sn\u00eddani, jak\u00fd ob\u011bd si ve \u0161koln\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u011b vybrat, i to, \u017ee sladkosti m\u016f\u017ee jen v omezen\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed.
