V&nbsp;nov\u00e9m v\u00fdzkumu na to upozor\u0148uj\u00ed v\u011bdci z&nbsp;Mendelovy univerzity v&nbsp;Brn\u011b. Odborn\u00edci zkoumali, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se k&nbsp;j\u00eddlu stav\u00ed d\u011bti s&nbsp;nadv\u00e1hou \u010di obezitou a sou\u010dasn\u011b ty, kter\u00e1 kila nav\u00edc netr\u00e1p\u00ed. Potvrdili, \u017ee na hor\u0161\u00edm stravov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed s obezitou m\u00e1 lv\u00ed pod\u00edl pr\u00e1v\u011b rodina. Roli v&nbsp;tom, jestli d\u00edt\u011b bude ob\u00e9zn\u00ed, nebo ne, hraje i spole\u010dn\u00e9 stolov\u00e1n\u00ed, socioekonomick\u00fd status rodi\u010d\u016f a pochopiteln\u011b jejich p\u0159\u00edstup k&nbsp;j\u00eddlu. O v\u00fdsledc\u00edch studie a dal\u0161\u00edch t\u00e9matech budou odborn\u00edci diskutovat na konferenci pediatr\u016f Pohybem k&nbsp;\u017eivotu, kter\u00e1 startuje 10. dubna v&nbsp;Blansku.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed probl\u00e9my s&nbsp;hmotnost\u00ed, v&nbsp;\u010cesku neust\u00e1le p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1. Podle dat Sdru\u017een\u00ed praktick\u00fdch l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f pro d\u011bti a dorost trp\u00ed nadv\u00e1hou asi 26 % d\u011bt\u00ed, ob\u00e9zn\u00edch je 16 %. V\u011bdci z&nbsp;Mendelovy univerzity v&nbsp;Brn\u011b (MENDELU) spole\u010dn\u011b s&nbsp;kolegy z&nbsp;Masarykovy univerzity a St\u00e1tn\u00edho zdravotn\u00edho \u00fastavu se proto v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho na monitoring a prevenci d\u011btsk\u00e9 obezity sna\u017eili zjistit, jak rodinn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed ovliv\u0148uje stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky d\u011bt\u00ed. \u201e<em>Sestavili jsme mimo jin\u00e9 index zdrav\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd zahrnuje pravidelnost sn\u00eddan\u00ed, \u010detnost j\u00eddel v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne, konzumaci nezdrav\u00fdch potravin, pitn\u00fd re\u017eim, m\u00edru vyb\u00edravosti v&nbsp;j\u00eddle a spole\u010dn\u00e9 stolov\u00e1n\u00ed rodiny,\u201c<\/em> popisuje doc. PhDr. Dana H\u00fcbelov\u00e1, Ph.D., z&nbsp;Fakulty region\u00e1ln\u00edho rozvoje a mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch studi\u00ed MENDELU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b sestaven\u00e9ho indexu pak odborn\u00edci hodnotili stravovac\u00ed re\u017eim 53 d\u011bt\u00ed s&nbsp;nadv\u00e1hou nebo obezitou z D\u011btsk\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010debny ve K\u0159et\u00edn\u011b a dal\u0161\u00edch 45 d\u011bt\u00ed s norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hmotnost\u00ed z D\u011btsk\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010debny v&nbsp;Ostrov\u011b u Macochy. <em>\u201eV\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee d\u011bti s&nbsp;norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hmotnost\u00ed maj\u00ed zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky ne\u017e d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 se pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s&nbsp;kily nav\u00edc,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 doc. H\u00fcbelov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z&nbsp;dotazn\u00edkov\u00e9ho \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9ho se z\u00fa\u010dastnili d\u011bti i jejich rodi\u010de, vyplynulo, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd den mls\u00e1 sladkosti nebo slan\u00e9 pochutiny p\u0159es 52 % osloven\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed. <em>\u201eZ odpov\u011bd\u00ed obou skupin jsme tak\u00e9 zjistili, \u017ee t\u0159etina d\u011bt\u00ed sn\u00edd\u00e1 jen n\u011bkdy nebo v\u016fbec a dal\u0161\u00ed desetina sn\u00edd\u00e1 jen o v\u00edkendu, co\u017e nen\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed, proto\u017ee jim nap\u0159\u00edklad v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne pracovn\u00edho t\u00fddne chyb\u00ed energie. Pom\u011brn\u011b pozitivn\u00ed je naopak zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee 88 % d\u011bt\u00ed pije v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne vodu, na druhou stranu 12 % osloven\u00fdch ji ale v&nbsp;pitn\u00e9m re\u017eimu nem\u00e1 v\u016fbec,\u201c<\/em> popisuje doc. H\u00fcbelov\u00e1. Do v\u00fdzkumu spolufinancovan\u00e9ho se st\u00e1tn\u00ed podporou Technologick\u00e9 agentury \u010cR v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci Programu SIGMA zapojili v\u011bdci i modern\u00ed eye-trackingov\u00e9 technologie, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eou ur\u010dit, kam a jak dlouho se d\u00edvaj\u00ed o\u010di respondenta. Pomoc\u00ed nich zji\u0161\u0165ovali, na jak\u00e9 potraviny d\u011bti zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed svoji pozornost a na jak\u00e9 m\u00edvaj\u00ed chu\u0165. <em>\u201eD\u011btem jsme na monitoru ukazovali dvojice obr\u00e1zk\u016f. V\u017edy na nich byla jedna vysoce pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00e1 potravina a jedna vizu\u00e1ln\u011b podobn\u00e1, ale zdrav\u011b zpracovan\u00e1 potravina,\u201c<\/em> p\u0159ibli\u017euje doc. H\u00fcbelov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vliv na kvalitu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed m\u00e1 podle v\u011bdc\u016f i spole\u010dn\u00e9 stolov\u00e1n\u00ed v rodin\u011b. <em>\u201eVe v\u0161edn\u00ed dny se u&nbsp;jednoho stolu pravideln\u011b sch\u00e1z\u00ed pouze 20 % rodin. Lep\u0161\u00ed je situace o v\u00edkendech, kdy spole\u010dn\u011b j\u00ed 60&nbsp;%&nbsp;dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> p\u0159ibli\u017euje v\u011bdkyn\u011b. Svou roli hraje tak\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f. \u201e<em>Zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1vyky jsme zaznamenali u d\u011bt\u00ed vysoko\u0161kolsky vzd\u011blan\u00fdch matek. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm faktorem se uk\u00e1zalo i to, zda maj\u00ed rodi\u010de dost \u010dasu na p\u0159\u00edpravu dom\u00e1c\u00edho j\u00eddla \u2013 pokud ano, d\u011bti j\u00ed kvalitn\u011bji. Naopak finan\u010dn\u00ed nejistota v&nbsp;rodin\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f,\u201c<\/em> dopl\u0148uje doc. H\u00fcbelov\u00e1.Studie rovn\u011b\u017e uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee lep\u0161\u00ed stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky maj\u00ed d\u011bti rodi\u010d\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed sami dbaj\u00ed o zdrav\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b z\u00edskan\u00fdch dat te\u010f v\u011bdci pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed p\u0159ipravit webovou aplikaci s jednoduchou kalkula\u010dkou, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 by si d\u011bti a jejich rodi\u010de mohli spo\u010d\u00edtat index rizika rozvoje nadv\u00e1hy \u010di obezity. <em>\u201eZadaj\u00ed svoje z\u00e1kladn\u00ed data \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00fd\u0161ku, hmotnost, jak \u010dasto se h\u00fdbou, jak se stravuj\u00ed \u2013 a zjist\u00ed, jak si vedou z&nbsp;hlediska \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu. Podle toho n\u00e1sledn\u011b dostanou konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed odborn\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> popisuje v\u011bdkyn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1jemci si z\u00e1rove\u0148 budou moct st\u00e1hnout mobiln\u00ed aplikaci, kter\u00e1 nab\u00eddne ro\u010dn\u00ed komplexn\u00ed program pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu. <em>\u201eObsahovat bude jednoduch\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy. C\u00edlem je, aby si s&nbsp;jejich pomoc\u00ed dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed nebo rodiny s d\u011btmi nastavili zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, u kter\u00e9ho setrvaj\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b, proto\u017ee nejde jen o to dr\u017eet dietu. Program pl\u00e1nujeme postavit tak, aby se do n\u011bj mohla zapojit cel\u00e1 rodina,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 doc. H\u00fcbelov\u00e1. Webov\u00e1 kalkula\u010dka bude dostupn\u00e1 u\u017e letos, mobiln\u00ed aplikace pak v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce. Rodi\u010de a jejich d\u011bti o tom budou informovat pediat\u0159i \u010di nutri\u010dn\u00ed specialist\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Spolupr\u00e1ce rodi\u010d\u016f p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu d\u00edt\u011bte je naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1,\u201c<\/em> potvrzuje MUDr. Kate\u0159ina Bedna\u0159\u00edkov\u00e1, l\u00e9ka\u0159ka z D\u011btsk\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010debny K\u0159et\u00edn, kter\u00e1 se specializuje na l\u00e9\u010dbu obezity. <em>\u201eB\u011bhem \u010dty\u0159t\u00fddenn\u00edho pobytu se u n\u00e1s d\u011btem sna\u017e\u00edme z\u00e1bavnou formou p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit z\u00e1sady zdrav\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jim nab\u00edz\u00edme \u0159adu pohybov\u00fdch aktivit. Mohou vyrazit na kolob\u011b\u017eky, sb\u00edrat ke\u0161ky, zahr\u00e1t si discgolf nebo se zapojit do n\u011bjak\u00e9 t\u00fdmov\u00e9 \u010dinnosti na h\u0159i\u0161ti. Ka\u017ed\u00fd si tak m\u016f\u017ee naj\u00edt, co ho bav\u00ed a&nbsp;\u010demu by se mohl v\u011bnovat po skon\u010den\u00ed pobytu,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 l\u00e9ka\u0159ka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do procesu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se v&nbsp;l\u00e9\u010debn\u011b sna\u017e\u00ed zapojit tak\u00e9 rodi\u010de. <em>\u201eOrganizujeme pro n\u011b workshopy, kde ukazujeme, jak s&nbsp;d\u00edt\u011btem d\u00e1le pracovat. Jednou za dva m\u011bs\u00edce nab\u00edz\u00edme i online sch\u016fzky, na kter\u00fdch se rodi\u010de mohou poradit s&nbsp;nutri\u010dn\u00edm specialistou, fyzioterapeutem nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad psychologem,\u201c<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 MUDr. Bedna\u0159\u00edkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;l\u00e9\u010debn\u011b nab\u00edzej\u00ed pomocnou ruku d\u011btem v\u0161ech v\u011bkov\u00fdch kategori\u00ed, v\u00fdjimkou nejsou ani dvoulet\u00e1 batolata s obezitou. Pro dosa\u017een\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f l\u00e9ka\u0159i doporu\u010duj\u00ed pobyty pravideln\u011b opakovat.
