Nav\u00edc pro zam\u011bstnavatele d\u011bl\u00e1 \u010dinnost k nezaplacen\u00ed. Motivuje sv\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem i ostatn\u00ed zam\u011bstnance. Neexistuje lep\u0161\u00ed motiva\u010dn\u00ed program, ne\u017e kdy\u017e lid\u00e9 vid\u00ed, \u017ee to, co by m\u011bli zvl\u00e1dnout oni, zvl\u00e1dne n\u011bkdo, kdo m\u00e1 mnohem men\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edpoklady.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b takov\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance letos chce ocenit u\u017e t\u0159et\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edk handicapovan\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance roku. Po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 jej Nada\u010dn\u00ed fond pro podporu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm ve spolupr\u00e1ci s N\u00e1rodn\u00ed politikou kvality &#8211; projektem \u010cesk\u00e1 kvalita, Komer\u010dn\u00ed bankou, People Management Forem, Sdru\u017een\u00edm automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu a medi\u00e1ln\u00edmi partnery \u010cesk\u00fdm rozhlasem, vydavatelstv\u00edm Economia, HR forem a spole\u010dnost\u00ed LMC.<\/p>\n<p>Nominovat zam\u011bstnance, kter\u00fd je pro v\u00e1s vzorem nebo si v\u00e1\u017e\u00edte jeho pr\u00e1ce, m\u016f\u017eete ve dvou kategori\u00edch. Jedn\u00e1 se o kategorii Zam\u011bstnanec roku z chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9ho trhu a Zam\u011bstnanec roku z voln\u00e9ho trhu.
