Co to znamen\u00e1 skupina tzv. nov\u00fdch potravin?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>mluv\u010d\u00ed 6,<br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>Tak nov\u00e9 potraviny m\u016f\u017eeme definovat jako potraviny, kter\u00e9 se b\u011b\u017en\u011b nekonzumovaly v Evropsk\u00e9 unii, a to p\u0159ed datem 15. kv\u011btna 1997. Tento datum ozna\u010duje tzv. historii konzumace ve v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e. Mezi nov\u00e9 potraviny pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad potraviny, kter\u00e9 byly vyroben\u00e9 nov\u00fdm technologick\u00fdm postupem nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad obsahuj\u00ed slo\u017eky, kter\u00e9 se d\u0159\u00edve v potravin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed nepou\u017e\u00edvaly, anebo poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z jin\u00fdch kultur, kter\u00e9 nebyly b\u011b\u017enou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed evropsk\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Typick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je nap\u0159\u00edklad hmyz, laboratorn\u011b p\u011bstovan\u00e9 maso nebo r\u016fzn\u00e9 exotick\u00e9 potraviny.<br \/><br \/>mluv\u010d\u00ed 4,<br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>Nejv\u00edc m\u011b zaj\u00edm\u00e1 to laboratorn\u011b p\u011bstovan\u00e9 maso, ale o tom ur\u010dit\u011b je\u0161t\u011b budeme mluvit. Za\u010dn\u011bme t\u011bmi cvr\u010dky a larvami. To ur\u010dit\u011b nen\u00ed tedy novinka jin\u00e1 j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku t\u0159eba mnoh\u00fdch lid\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b jak to prob\u00edh\u00e1 s t\u00edm schvalov\u00e1n\u00edm t\u011bch nov\u00fdch potravin? Jak to prob\u00edh\u00e1, kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo, n\u011bjak\u00fd dovozce navrhne, \u017ee tohle by se mohlo nov\u011b prod\u00e1vat, j\u00edst v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Nejprve si v\u00fdrobce pod\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dost, ve kter\u00e9 uvede informace o slo\u017een\u00ed potraviny, v\u00fdrobn\u00edm procesu nebo tak\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti, pot\u00e9 Evropsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad pro bezpe\u010dnost potravin provede hodnocen\u00ed rizik, aby se zajistilo, \u017ee potravina je pro spot\u0159ebitele bezpe\u010dn\u00e1. No, a pokud potravina spln\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9 po\u017eadavky, tak ji Evropsk\u00e1 komise schv\u00e1l\u00ed a zap\u00ed\u0161e ji na seznam Unie nov\u00fdch potravin. Nejsou d\u00e1le uvedeny podm\u00ednky pou\u017eit\u00ed, po\u017eadavky na ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo t\u0159eba doporu\u010den\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem.<br \/><br \/>mluv\u010d\u00ed 4,<br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>Mezi t\u011bmi nov\u00fdmi potravinami, spousta potravin, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed celou \u0159adu zdravotn\u00edch benefit\u016f, ale jsou t\u0159eba tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro na\u0161e \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<br \/><br \/>mluv\u010d\u00ed 6,<br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>Ur\u010dit\u011b, takto mluv\u00edte ur\u010dit\u011b o hmyzu a nebo laboratorn\u011b p\u011bstovan\u00e9m mase, hmyz je v\u00fdborn\u00fdm zdrojem b\u00edlkovin, tuk\u016f omega t\u0159i masn\u00fdch kyselin, vitamin\u016f, miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek a v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s chovem tradi\u010dn\u00edch hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch zv\u00ed\u0159at je v\u00fdrazn\u011b ekologi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Tak\u017ee je to takov\u00e1 skv\u011bl\u00e1 alternativa.
