Mnoho diabetik\u016f v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee v\u0161echny druhy ovoce jsou bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, ale n\u011bkter\u00e9 ovoce s vysok\u00fdm obsahem cikru m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke skok\u016fm hladiny gluk\u00f3zy v krvi, inzul\u00ednov\u00e9 rezistenci a dokonce i p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed na v\u00e1ze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed chyba? Pit\u00ed ovocn\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovoce obsahuje p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed cukry, ale jejich vl\u00e1knina pom\u00e1h\u00e1 regulovat hladinu cukru v krvi. Kdy\u017e p\u0159em\u011bn\u00edte ovoce na \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu, zbav\u00edte se vl\u00e1kniny, co\u017e zp\u016fsob\u00ed rychl\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst hladiny cukru v krvi, co\u017e vede ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu riziku komplikac\u00ed diabetu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kter\u00e9mu ovoci byste se tedy m\u011bli vyhnout?
