Podle stavba\u0159\u016f zb\u00fdvaj\u00ed u\u017e jen n\u011bjak\u00e9 drobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad namontovat sklen\u011bn\u00e9 st\u011bny, anebo zapojit v bytech elekt\u0159inu a vodu. zhotovitel\u00e9 stavby i z\u00e1stupci m\u011bsta si stoj\u00ed za t\u00edm, \u017ee opravdu p\u016fjde o dostupn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed. Jeden\u00e1ctitis\u00edcov\u00e9 m\u011bsto p\u0159esto d\u00e1l roz\u0161i\u0159uje po\u010det n\u00e1jemn\u00edch byt\u016f, sna\u017e\u00ed se tak vyhnout spekulac\u00edm s nemovitostmi.
