Jak jim p\u0159edej\u00edt, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jak si s&nbsp;nimi poradit i daleko od domova, rad\u00ed p\u0159ed bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00ed se dobou dovolen\u00fdch odborn\u00edci z&nbsp;\u010cesk\u00e9 gastroenterologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v exotick\u00fdch zem\u00edch je opravdu dobr\u00e9 d\u00e1vat si pozor na to, co j\u00edme. Samotn\u00fd pokrm toti\u017e ani nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt vylo\u017een\u011b infek\u010dn\u00ed, ale kombinace pro n\u00e1s neobvykl\u00fdch potravin a\u00a0jejich zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 organismus \u0161patn\u011b tolerovat. Co\u017e se n\u00e1sledn\u011b projev\u00ed bolest\u00ed b\u0159icha, zvracen\u00edm a pr\u016fjmy. Nej\u010dast\u011bji v\u0161ak za tr\u00e1vic\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee mohou bakterie produkuj\u00edc\u00ed toxiny, na vin\u011b mohou b\u00fdt i viry, eventu\u00e1ln\u011b paraziti,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje \u010dlenka v\u00fdboru \u010cesk\u00e9 gastroenterologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti MUDr. Jana Ko\u017eeluhov\u00e1, vedouc\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159ka Odd\u011blen\u00ed gastroenterologie a hepatologie I. intern\u00ed kliniky Fakultn\u00ed nemocnice Plze\u0148.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed obranou z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 pe\u010dliv\u00e9 dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch hygienick\u00fdch pravidel, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm myt\u00ed rukou, a to p\u0159ed ka\u017ed\u00fdm j\u00eddlem a po pou\u017eit\u00ed toalety. Sou\u010dasn\u011b v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 plat\u00ed, \u017ee voda, kter\u00e1 na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee rovn\u011b\u017e \u0161kodit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Star\u00e9 cestovatelsk\u00e9 pravidlo radilo nej\u00edst nic, co nejde uva\u0159it nebo oloupat. Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f dnes ji\u017e nen\u00ed t\u0159eba b\u00fdt tak ortodoxn\u00ed, \u010derstv\u00e9 plody sta\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ed po\u017eit\u00edm d\u016fkladn\u011b om\u00fdt. <em>\u201eNikoliv ov\u0161em pod tekouc\u00ed vodou z&nbsp;lok\u00e1ln\u00edho nezn\u00e1m\u00e9ho zdroje, ale vodou balenou, nejl\u00e9pe n\u011bjak\u00e9 osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 zna\u010dky,\u201c <\/em>doporu\u010duje MUDr. Jana Ko\u017eeluhov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00a0ekonomicky m\u00e9n\u011b rozvinut\u00fdch zem\u00edch je zase lep\u0161\u00ed vyhnout se sal\u00e1tu nebo jin\u00e9 tepeln\u011b neupraven\u00e9 specialit\u011b m\u00edstn\u00ed\u00a0restaurace. Kucha\u0159 si dal s j\u00eddlem sice ur\u010dit\u011b pr\u00e1ci, ale pokud p\u0159ed p\u0159\u00edpravou opl\u00e1chl pou\u017eitou zeleninu a ovoce vodou z\u00a0m\u00edstn\u00edho zdroje, riziko n\u00e1kazy zv\u00fd\u0161il. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eV n\u011bkter\u00fdch zem\u00edch bych osobn\u011b doporu\u010dila balenou vodu pou\u017e\u00edvat tak\u00e9 k\u00a0\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zub\u016f a myt\u00ed obli\u010deje, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b rukou,\u201c<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 l\u00e9ka\u0159ka. Nechladit si n\u00e1poje \u201em\u00edstn\u00edm\u201c ledem je u\u017e dostate\u010dn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00fdm doporu\u010den\u00edm, m\u00e9n\u011b se v\u0161ak v\u00ed, \u017ee je t\u0159eba d\u00e1vat si pozor tak\u00e9 na k\u00e1vu. <em>\u201eP\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b v\u00a0d\u017eezv\u011b se voda nemus\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b p\u0159eva\u0159it, tak\u017ee senzitivn\u00ed jedinci se mohou pot\u00fdkat s probl\u00e9my i po vypit\u00ed takto p\u0159ipraven\u00e9ho \u0161\u00e1lku k\u00e1vy,\u201c <\/em>upozor\u0148uje gastroenterolo\u017eka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle expert\u016f se r\u016fzn\u00e9 formy tr\u00e1vic\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed projev\u00ed zhruba u poloviny cestovatel\u016f. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 tzv. cestovatelsk\u00fd pr\u016fjem.<em> \u201eNa\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina t\u011bchto pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed sama rychle odezn\u00ed. V\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed projevy je ale lep\u0161\u00ed tlumit, u\u017e kv\u016fli rychl\u00e9 dehydrataci,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 doc. MUDr. Ilja Tachec\u00ed, Ph.D., p\u0159edseda \u010cesk\u00e9 gastroenterologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. V\u00a0l\u00e9k\u00e1rni\u010dce, kterou si povezeme s\u00a0sebou, by nem\u011blo chyb\u011bt \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 uhl\u00ed nebo l\u00e9ky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed diosmektit (Smecta).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <em>\u201eTato adsorbencia na sebe um\u00ed nav\u00e1zat toxick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, bakterie i viry, a jsou tak vhodn\u00e1 alespo\u0148 zpo\u010d\u00e1tku u v\u0161ech forem pr\u016fjm\u016f. U t\u011bch vodnat\u00fdch, \u00faporn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch lze s\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00fdm odstupem pou\u017e\u00edt rovn\u011b\u017e l\u00e9ky sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161enou sekreci vody a elektrolyt\u016f ve st\u0159ev\u011b (nap\u0159. Hidrasec),\u201c<\/em> up\u0159es\u0148uje MUDr. Ko\u017eeluhov\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u00favodu tr\u00e1vic\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed (do doby, ne\u017e je potvrzeno, \u017ee se nejedn\u00e1 o infek\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed) l\u00e9ka\u0159i doporu\u010duj\u00ed vyvarovat se l\u00e9k\u016fm s\u00a0obsahem loperamidu, kter\u00e9 sni\u017euj\u00ed pohyblivost st\u0159ev a zabra\u0148uj\u00ed pr\u016fjmu jako takov\u00e9mu. <em>\u201eTy zabr\u00e1n\u00ed odtoku infikovan\u00e9 stolice, bakterie pak z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed ve st\u0159ev\u011b, mohou se \u0161\u00ed\u0159it d\u00e1l do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu a v nejhor\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zp\u016fsobit t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd syst\u00e9mov\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fd stav,\u201c<\/em> varuje l\u00e9ka\u0159ka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edjem tekutin je, zejm\u00e9na v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b objemn\u00fdch pr\u016fjm\u016f, doporu\u010deno nahradit rehydrata\u010dn\u00edmi roztoky s&nbsp;vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm obsahem iont\u016f. Vhodn\u00e9 je zv\u00fd\u0161it objem tekutin za den a&nbsp;rozhodn\u011b nep\u00edt jen vodu nebo \u010daj, ale st\u0159\u00eddat je s miner\u00e1ln\u00edmi vodami. Iontov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje lze koupit v&nbsp;l\u00e9k\u00e1rn\u011b nebo existuj\u00ed i&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u00e9 dom\u00e1c\u00ed recepty. Dom\u00e1c\u00ed rehydrata\u010dn\u00ed roztok si m\u016f\u017eete nam\u00edchat z 1&nbsp;litru p\u0159eva\u0159en\u00e9 vody, 8&nbsp;\u010dajov\u00fdch l\u017ei\u010dek cukru a 1&nbsp;l\u017ei\u010dky kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 soli a \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy ze 2&nbsp;pomeran\u010d\u016f nebo grep\u016f. Doporu\u010denou d\u00e1vkou pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9 je zhruba 250\u2013500 ml roztoku za hodinu. V men\u0161\u00edm objemu cca 125\u2013250 ml za hodinu lze tento roztok podat tak\u00e9 d\u011btem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud pot\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017e t\u00fdden, doprov\u00e1z\u00ed je hore\u010dka, ve stolici se objev\u00ed krev \u010di p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00edch varovn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edznac\u00edch, je neprodlen\u011b nutn\u00e1 pomoc l\u00e9ka\u0159e. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se n\u011bkdo l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed s&nbsp;onemocn\u011bn\u00edm tr\u00e1vic\u00edho traktu dlouhodob\u011b, m\u011bl by b\u00fdt p\u0159i cestov\u00e1n\u00ed dvojn\u00e1sob obez\u0159etn\u00fd a&nbsp;nejl\u00e9pe se ji\u017e p\u0159ed cestou poradit se sv\u00fdm gastroentrologem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A jak\u00fd je pohled l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f na pan\u00e1ka dom\u00e1c\u00ed slivovice \u010di jin\u00e9 p\u00e1lenky po r\u00e1nu, kter\u00fd je podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch cestovatel\u016f tou nejlep\u0161\u00ed dezinfekc\u00ed? Porad\u00ed si \u0161tamprle s&nbsp;mikroorganismy, kter\u00e9 obst\u00e1ly v&nbsp;boji se \u017ealude\u010dn\u00edmi kyselinami? <em>\u201e\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 studie, kter\u00e9 by n\u011bco takov\u00e9ho potvrzovaly, neexistuj\u00ed.
