Ohro\u017een\u00ed p\u0159itom nejsou jenom lid\u00e9 s&nbsp;nemocn\u00fdm, ale i se zdrav\u00fdm srdcem. Jak p\u0159e\u010dkat horka v&nbsp;klidu, rad\u00ed prof. MUDr. Petr O\u0161\u0165\u00e1dal, <\/strong><strong>Ph.D., <\/strong><strong>FESC, p\u0159edseda \u010cesk\u00e9 kardiologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti (\u010cKS), a&nbsp;prof.&nbsp;MUDr. Ale\u0161 Linhart, DrSc., FESC, m\u00edstop\u0159edseda \u010cKS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) Slunce s rozumem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Letn\u00ed teploty jsou nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mezi 11. a 15. hodinou. Pobyt na p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m slunci v&nbsp;dob\u011b nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho horka m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit nejenom \u00fapal, ale i p\u0159et\u00ed\u017eit ob\u011bhov\u00fd syst\u00e9m. <em>\u201eZejm\u00e9na lid\u00e9 s vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem nebo nemocn\u00fdm srdcem by se m\u011bli kolem poledne zdr\u017eovat sp\u00ed\u0161e ve st\u00ednu, nosit pokr\u00fdvku hlavy a lehk\u00e9, prody\u0161n\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed. P\u0159i pobytu u mo\u0159e je vhodn\u00e9 tr\u00e1vit poledn\u00ed hodiny v&nbsp;chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch, dob\u0159e v\u011btran\u00fdch vnit\u0159n\u00edch prostor\u00e1ch,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 prof. O\u0161\u0165\u00e1dal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Z\u00e1kladem je pitn\u00fd re\u017eim<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolest hlavy, \u00fanava nebo z\u00e1vrat\u011b \u2013 to v\u0161e jsou varovn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky dehydratace. P\u0159i nedostate\u010dn\u00e9m pitn\u00e9m re\u017eimu k&nbsp;n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt v&nbsp;parn\u00fdch dnech rychle, t\u011blo toti\u017e ztr\u00e1c\u00ed hodn\u011b tekutin pocen\u00edm. <em>\u201eDehydratace je velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1, vyvolat m\u016f\u017ee i celkov\u00e9 selh\u00e1n\u00ed organismu. P<\/em><em>ravideln\u00fd pitn\u00fd re\u017eim se proto v&nbsp;l\u00e9t\u011b nesm\u00ed podce\u0148ovat. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je m\u00edt vodu st\u00e1le po ruce,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 p\u0159edseda \u010cesk\u00e9 kardiologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Opatrn\u011b s klimatizac\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klimatizace sice pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zvl\u00e1dat tropick\u00e9 teploty, pou\u017e\u00edvat by se ale m\u011bla s rozvahou. Rozd\u00edl mezi venkovn\u00ed a vnit\u0159n\u00ed teplotou by nem\u011bl p\u0159esahovat 5\u20137 \u00b0C. <em>\u201eVelk\u00e9 st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed teplot p\u0159edstavuje pro kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed syst\u00e9m zna\u010dnou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. Linhart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4) Pozor na n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 aktivity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dlouh\u00e1 letn\u00ed t\u00fara nebo cyklov\u00fdlet? V 35 \u00b0C dost\u00e1v\u00e1 organismus zabrat i bez nich. Pravideln\u00fd pohyb je sice z\u00e1kladem zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, v&nbsp;l\u00e9t\u011b je v\u0161ak pot\u0159eba p\u0159izp\u016fsobit fyzickou aktivitu po\u010das\u00ed. <em>\u201eV hork\u00fdch dnech doporu\u010duji krat\u0161\u00ed proch\u00e1zky nebo leh\u010d\u00ed sportovn\u00ed aktivity r\u00e1no nebo ve\u010der. Hodit se m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 seznam u\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f a stru\u010dn\u00fd popis p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v&nbsp;angli\u010dtin\u011b. <em>\u201eP\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru vzd\u00e1len\u011bj\u0161\u00ed destinace by si m\u011bli lid\u00e9 zjistit, jestli je na m\u00edst\u011b dostupn\u00e1 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010de. N\u00e1hl\u00e9 p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed zdravotn\u00edho stavu. <em>\u201eDlouhodob\u011b u\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 l\u00e9ky je pot\u0159eba m\u00edt st\u00e1le u sebe, a to i na pr\u00e1zdnin\u00e1ch. Pokud maj\u00ed pacienti pocit, \u017ee jim n\u011bkter\u00e9 pr\u00e1\u0161ky v&nbsp;horku nesed\u00ed, m\u011bli by zavolat sv\u00e9mu o\u0161et\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edmu l\u00e9ka\u0159i a domluvit se na \u00faprav\u011b terapie.
