P\u0159esto\u017ee o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd v\u011bk do\u017eit\u00ed je<br \/>u mu\u017e\u016f t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 77 a u \u017een a\u017e 83 let, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk, kdy se mohou radovat ze \u017eivota v pln\u00e9m<br \/>zdrav\u00ed, je v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mu\u017e\u016f pouze 51,8 roku a 54,5 roku u \u017een.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b t\u0159etinu sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota pro\u017eij\u00ed s chronick\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm. Nap\u0159\u00edklad kv\u016fli chorob\u00e1m srdce str\u00e1v\u00ed v nemocnici 2\u20133\u00d7 del\u0161\u00ed dobu ne\u017e ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku, Finsku nebo \u0160v\u00fdcarsku. Podle l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f p\u0159itom nen\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou financ\u00ed ani \u201ez\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fdch\u201c produkt\u016f. Lze je tak<br \/>zachytit p\u0159i preventivn\u00edm vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed u praktick\u00fdch l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f. \u010ce\u0161i na n\u011b maj\u00ed n\u00e1rok ka\u017ed\u00e9 dva roky.<br \/>\u201eZ\u00e1jem o preventivn\u00ed prohl\u00eddky se posledn\u00ed dobou zvy\u0161uje, st\u00e1le tu v\u0161ak m\u00e1me p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 40 % osob,<br \/>kter\u00e9 je nevyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed.  Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd cholesterol, cukrovka nebo onemocn\u011bn\u00ed ledvin p\u0159itom prob\u00edh\u00e1 bez<br \/>p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f, a bez pravideln\u00e9 kontroly na n\u011b pacient nep\u0159ijde. V\u010dasn\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba t\u011bchto nemoc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee<br \/>odd\u00e1lit nevratn\u00e9 \u0161kody, kter\u00e9 se na kvalit\u011b \u017eivota ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed negativn\u011b odraz\u00ed,\u201c varuje MUDr. \u0160onka.<br \/>Krom\u011b preventivn\u00edch prohl\u00eddek funguje v \u010cesku tak\u00e9 \u0159ada screeningov\u00fdch program\u016f, kter\u00e9<br \/>pom\u00e1haj\u00ed v\u010das odhalit nejen nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 n\u00e1dorov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>V d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ujte l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016fm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>\u201ePokud p\u0159edepisuji l\u00e9ky na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cholesterol nebo tlak, je to proto, abych zabr\u00e1nil ateroskler\u00f3ze<br \/>nebo kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm. S pacienty m\u00e1m dohodu, \u017ee jim preventivn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dba nesm\u00ed<br \/>p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161et \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 subjektivn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee. Pokud pacient nem\u00e1<br \/>\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 obt\u00ed\u017ee s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vkou l\u00e9ku na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed cholesterolu, s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed je nebude m\u00edt<br \/>ani p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 prof. Vrabl\u00edk. Podle n\u011bj je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nikdy l\u00e9\u010dbu neupravovat bez<br \/>porady s l\u00e9ka\u0159em \u2013 jen ten zn\u00e1 celkov\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed stav pacienta, v\u010detn\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch diagn\u00f3z nebo<br \/>u\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f. \u201eVysazen\u00ed nebo \u00fapravy d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed pacientem mohou v\u00e9st ke zbyte\u010dn\u00fdm<br \/>komplikac\u00edm,\u201c upozor\u0148uje profesor Vrabl\u00edk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Pomozte si krej\u010dovsk\u00fdm metrem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Jednoduch\u00fdm ukazatelem zdrav\u00ed je podle l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f obvod pasu. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed podko\u017en\u00edho tuku<br \/>v t\u00e9to oblasti toti\u017e \u00fazce souvis\u00ed s objemem tzv. viscer\u00e1ln\u00edho tuku. Ten se tvo\u0159\u00ed kolem \u017eivotn\u011b<br \/>d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f, jako jsou j\u00e1tra, slinivka b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed nebo ledviny. \u201eViscer\u00e1ln\u00ed tuk m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btlivou<br \/>aktivitu. V jej\u00edm d\u016fsledku doch\u00e1z\u00ed k po\u0161kozen\u00ed c\u00e9v a n\u00e1sledn\u011b pak i rozvoji kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch<br \/>onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 viscer\u00e1ln\u00ed tuk tak\u00e9 k inzulinov\u00e9 rezistenci, kter\u00e1 je spojen\u00e1 se<br \/>vznikem cukrovky II. typu,\u201c objas\u0148uje profesor Vrabl\u00edk. Podle l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed by objem pasu<br \/>nem\u011bl p\u0159es\u00e1hnout 102 cm u mu\u017e\u016f a 88 cm u \u017een,5 bez ohledu na jejich v\u00fd\u0161ku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Sladk\u00e9ho pom\u00e1lu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Hromad\u011bn\u00ed podko\u017en\u00edho tuku je zpravidla v\u00fdsledkem nezdrav\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. Zat\u00edmco je\u0161t\u011b<br \/>v 19. stolet\u00ed byl cukr luxusn\u00ed komoditou pro bohat\u00e9, dnes spot\u0159ebuje ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010cech pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 33,8 kg<br \/>rafinovan\u00e9ho cukru ro\u010dn\u011b a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 19 kg \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fdch \u010di jin\u00fdch cukrovinek. Kombinace<br \/>nevhodn\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a nedostatku pohybu vede k tomu, \u017ee p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 lid\u00ed s nadv\u00e1hou a obezitou.<br \/>\u201eObezita s sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b 220 r\u016fzn\u00fdch chorobn\u00fdch stav\u016f, tak\u017ee tudy cesta ke zdrav\u00e9mu<br \/>st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nevede. Na druhou stranu nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 pou\u0161t\u011bt se ani do striktn\u00edch diet. Na na\u0161em tal\u00ed\u0159i by m\u011bla p\u0159evl\u00e1dat<br \/>zelenina, kvalitn\u00ed proteiny v podob\u011b ryb nebo b\u00edl\u00e9ho masa a sp\u00ed\u0161e rostlinn\u00e9 tuky ne\u017e ty \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9.<br \/>P\u0159\u00edkladem vhodn\u00fdch tuk\u016f jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad o\u0159echy, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed nenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, je\u017e<br \/>prosp\u00edvaj\u00ed ob\u011bhov\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu. Vrabl\u00edk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Pohybem nejen proti demenci<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Podle posledn\u00edch dat \u010cesk\u00e9ho statistick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu se pravideln\u011b, alespo\u0148 jednou t\u00fddn\u011b, v\u011bnuje<br \/>pohybu jen 25,4 % mu\u017e\u016f a 30,8 % \u017een. P\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u011b si zasportuje 17,8 % mu\u017e\u016f a 15,4 % \u017een.<br \/>Naproti tomu t\u0159etina mu\u017e\u016f a o n\u011bco v\u00edce \u017een p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee nesportuj\u00ed za \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed.<br \/>\u201eDosp\u011bl\u00ed by se m\u011bli v\u011bnovat pohybu alespo\u0148 30 minut denn\u011b nebo 150 minut za t\u00fdden. Fyzick\u00e1<br \/>zdatnost m\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed vliv na hodnoty tlaku i cholesterolu. Ze studi\u00ed v\u00edme, \u017ee fyzicky zdatn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk<br \/>s nadv\u00e1hou se do\u017eije vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho v\u011bku ne\u017e fyzicky nezdatn\u00fd huben\u00fd,\u201c p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 profesor Vrabl\u00edk.<br \/>Pravideln\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 aktivita spolu s vyv\u00e1\u017eenou, st\u0159\u00eddmou stravou sni\u017euje krom\u011b rizika<br \/>kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch nemoc\u00ed, cukrovky nebo ledvin tak\u00e9 riziko demence.<br \/> \u201eMezin\u00e1rodn\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fd odborn\u00fd magaz\u00edn The Lancet loni publikoval \u010dl\u00e1nek, ve kter\u00e9m l\u00e9ka\u0159i popsali demenci jako celot\u011blov\u00fd probl\u00e9m.
