Vid\u00edm mnoho n\u00e1hrad ky\u010deln\u00edho kloubu, zlomen\u00fdch kotn\u00edk\u016f, odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017elu\u010dn\u00edkov\u00fdch a ledvinov\u00fdch kamen\u016f, biopsi\u00ed rakoviny a nemoc\u00ed v\u0161eho druhu. A\u0165 d\u011bl\u00e1te cokoli, prost\u011b pokra\u010dujte v ch\u016fzi, je to tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro v\u00e1\u0161 kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a zdrav\u00ed kost\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 to nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nam\u00e1hav\u00e9 pro va\u0161e klouby. M\u016f\u017eete za\u010d\u00edt s nov\u00fdm kon\u00ed\u010dkem, jako je fotografov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo pr\u00e1ce se d\u0159evem, a u\u010dit se, jak na YouTube. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00e1m u\u010den\u00ed d\u00e1v\u00e1 pocit smysluplnosti a napln\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nep\u0159est\u00e1vejte se starat o sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. M\u00e1te p\u0159ed sebou je\u0161t\u011b mnoho let \u017eivota, kdy se chcete ka\u017ed\u00fd den c\u00edtit dob\u0159e. A abyste se c\u00edtili dob\u0159e, pot\u0159ebujete dobr\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.
