Pan\u00ed doktorka mi s ohledem na v\u00fdskyt nemoci v rodin\u011b i m\u016fj v\u011bk nab\u00eddla vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed hustoty kost\u00ed pomoc\u00ed denzitometru,\u201c vzpom\u00edn\u00e1 Julia. Vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed potvrdilo, \u017ee skute\u010dn\u011b osteopor\u00f3zou trp\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemoc naz\u00fdvan\u00e1 \u201etich\u00fd zlod\u011bj kost\u00ed\u201c se u Julie p\u0159itom dosud nijak neprojevovala. Juliu jen ob\u010das pobol\u00edvala bedra, co\u017e p\u0159isuzovala sp\u00ed\u0161e sv\u00e9mu v\u011bku. \u201eP\u0159esto jsem to trochu o\u010dek\u00e1vala. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jsem se v duchu uklid\u0148ovala, \u017ee j\u00e1 osteopor\u00f3zu m\u00edt nemus\u00edm, \u017ee jsem hodn\u011b aktivn\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1m ale 12 let alergii na lepek a netoleruji ani lakt\u00f3zu. Nepiji proto ml\u00e9ko ani smetanu,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Julia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b ml\u00e9ko je jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch zdroj\u016f v\u00e1pn\u00edku, kter\u00fd je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd pro stavbu a zdrav\u00ed kost\u00ed. Julia upravila stravu, za\u0159adila do n\u00ed ryb\u00ed olej a dostatek v\u00e1pn\u00edku se sna\u017e\u00ed z\u00edskat p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z lu\u0161t\u011bnin a m\u00e1ku. \u201ePe\u010du si doma bezlepkov\u00fd chl\u00e9b a pe\u010divo, do nich\u017e p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1m pr\u00e1v\u011b velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed m\u00e1ku. Sna\u017e\u00edm se tak\u00e9 j\u00edst dostatek tvrd\u00fdch s\u00fdr\u016f a jogurt\u016f, kter\u00e9 mi na rozd\u00edl od ml\u00e9ka nevad\u00ed,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Julia. Velkou podporu na\u0161la v man\u017eelovi a sest\u0159e, se kterou sd\u00edl\u00ed stejnou diagn\u00f3zu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e9ka\u0159ka Julii nasadila speci\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e9ky na osteopor\u00f3zu, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euj\u00ed riziko zlomenin a zlep\u0161uj\u00ed kostn\u00ed hustotu. U\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 tak\u00e9 vitam\u00edn D a v\u00e1pn\u00edk. Z kontroln\u00ed denzitometrie po roce l\u00e9\u010dby odch\u00e1zela s dobrou zpr\u00e1vou \u2013 do\u0161lo ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1lezu. Juliu t\u011b\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee terapie zab\u00edr\u00e1, a ve zm\u011bn\u00e1ch \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu nehodl\u00e1 polevit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b stravy si hl\u00edd\u00e1 tak\u00e9 pohyb, kter\u00fd je p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b i prevenci osteopor\u00f3zy d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd. Zpomaluje \u0159\u00eddnut\u00ed kost\u00ed, posiluje svaly, kter\u00e9 l\u00e9pe podporuj\u00ed kostru, a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159edch\u00e1zet zran\u011bn\u00edm. \u201eCvi\u010d\u00edm pilates, chod\u00edm na proch\u00e1zky s man\u017eelem a kamar\u00e1dkou a tak\u00e9 pracuji na zahr\u00e1dce,\u201c vyjmenov\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u00e9 aktivity Julia, kter\u00e1 pracuje jako \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V zim\u011b si d\u00e1v\u00e1 pozor, aby neupadla, a p\u0159ede\u0161la tak p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 zlomenin\u011b, kter\u00e1 u t\u00e9to nemoci hroz\u00ed i p\u0159i zd\u00e1nliv\u011b mal\u00fdch \u00farazech. \u017den\u00e1m ve sv\u00e9m v\u011bku doporu\u010duje, aby se nechaly preventivn\u011b vy\u0161et\u0159it. \u201eJe d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 rozumn\u011b se stravovat, h\u00fdbat se, a hlavn\u011b se neb\u00e1t,\u201c povzbuzuje Julia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koment\u00e1\u0159 MUDr. Lenky Dejdarov\u00e9, praktick\u00e9 l\u00e9ka\u0159ky z Vysok\u00e9ho M\u00fdta:<br \/>\u201eJulia je aktivn\u00ed a zdrav\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed \u017eena, a p\u0159esto m\u00e1 nemoc, kter\u00e1 by j\u00ed mohla v\u00fdznamn\u011b zhor\u0161it kvalitu \u017eivota, pokud by se aktivn\u011b nel\u00e9\u010dila. D\u00edky projektu Popula\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1chyt osteopor\u00f3zy jsme ji\u017e dostate\u010dn\u011b vybaveni denzitometry a da\u0159\u00ed se n\u00e1m zachytit velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed pacient\u016f s osteopor\u00f3zou. T\u011bm pak \u2013 stejn\u011b jako Julii \u2013 nab\u00edz\u00edme l\u00e9\u010dbu, kter\u00e1 riziko zlomeniny v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje.<br \/>Je t\u0159eba \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee diagn\u00f3za osteopor\u00f3zy je diagn\u00f3zou nav\u017edy. I kdy\u017e se l\u00e9\u010dbou poda\u0159\u00ed zlep\u0161it kostn\u00ed hustotu do p\u00e1sma osteopenie, diagn\u00f3za z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1.
