L\u00e9ka\u0159i jim nov\u011b um\u00ed pomoci nejen radou, ale i l\u00e9ky, kter\u00e9 jim ke zdrav\u00e9 v\u00e1ze pomohou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> O mo\u017enostech farmakologick\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby ob\u00e9zn\u00edch a nemocn\u00fdch pacient\u016f budou l\u00e9ka\u0159i diskutovat od 12. listopadu na XLIV. v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed konferenci Spole\u010dnosti v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed ve Zl\u00edn\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Dosud jsme mohli pacienty s&nbsp;nadbyte\u010dn\u00fdmi kily l\u00e9\u010dit pouze omezen\u011b a povzbuzovat k&nbsp;tomu, aby svou v\u00e1hu upravili, a zlep\u0161ili si tak zdravotn\u00ed stav. \u0158ada z&nbsp;nich u\u017e toti\u017e trp\u00ed nemocemi, kter\u00e9 z&nbsp;obezity vych\u00e1zej\u00ed nebo je nadbyte\u010dn\u00e1 v\u00e1ha zhor\u0161uje. Jde nap\u0159\u00edklad o cukrovku 2. typu, nemoci srdce a c\u00e9v, metabolick\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed \u010di bolesti pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu. Nyn\u00ed m\u00e1me k&nbsp;dispozici dal\u0161\u00ed, velmi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, kter\u00e9 nemocn\u00fdm mohou v&nbsp;hubnut\u00ed pomoci,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 doc. MUDr. Svatopluk B\u00fdma, CSc., p\u0159edseda Spole\u010dnosti v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed (SVL) \u010cLS JEP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obezita je nemoc a jako nemoc je tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba ji l\u00e9\u010dit, shoduj\u00ed se l\u00e9ka\u0159i. <em>\u201eDo ordinace mi chod\u00ed \u0159ada pacient\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se u\u017e bezpo\u010dtukr\u00e1t pokou\u0161eli zhubnout. Shodili t\u0159eba t\u0159i \u010dty\u0159i kila, ale z\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f nezvl\u00e1daj\u00ed pokra\u010dovat. U ob\u00e9zn\u00edch jedinc\u016f nepln\u00ed j\u00eddlo funkci jako u zdrav\u00fdch. Neza\u017eehn\u00e1vaj\u00ed hlad, ale kompenzuj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad psychickou nepohodu,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje MUDr. Igor Karen, p\u0159edseda sekce pro diabetologii a obezitu SVL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Potraviny bohat\u00e9 na\u00a0cukr, s\u016fl a tuktoti\u017ep\u016fsob\u00ed v mozku podobn\u011b jako n\u00e1vykov\u00e9 l\u00e1tky \u2013\u00a0aktivuj\u00ed dopaminov\u00fd syst\u00e9m odm\u011bny. <em>\u201eI kdy\u017e t\u011blo fyzicky hlad nec\u00edt\u00ed, mozek si \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vku odm\u011bn. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je ale nutn\u00e9 i cvi\u010dit a posilovat kr\u010dn\u00ed a \u017eebern\u00ed svaly.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice trp\u00ed nadv\u00e1hou nebo obezitou v\u00edce ne\u017e\u00a060 % dosp\u011bl\u00fdch.<strong> <\/strong>N\u00e1klady na jejich l\u00e9\u010dbu tvo\u0159\u00ed dle odborn\u00fdch odhad\u016f a\u017e\u00a010 %\u00a0celkov\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u016f na zdravotnictv\u00ed \u2013 tedy\u00a0des\u00edtky miliard korun ro\u010dn\u011b. Podle Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace (WHO) se v roce 2020 celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na zdravotn\u00ed komplikace spojen\u00e9 s nadv\u00e1hou a obezitou v \u010cesku pohybovaly kolem 150 miliard korun.\u00a0<em>\u201eNadm\u011brn\u00e1 t\u011blesn\u00e1 hmotnost v\u00fdrazn\u011b zat\u011b\u017euje zdravotn\u00ed syst\u00e9m. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Podle statistik m\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 80 % pacient\u016f s diabetem 2. typu nadbyte\u010dn\u00e1 kila. Nadv\u00e1ha a obezita tak\u00e9 stoj\u00ed za 60\u201375 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f hypertenze, lid\u00e9 s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hmotnost\u00ed maj\u00ed a\u017e 2\u20133\u00d7 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed riziko kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edhody a 2\u20134\u00d7 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko vzniku osteoartr\u00f3zy kolenn\u00edho kloubu.
