P\u0159ib\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed na v\u00e1ze graduje nej\u010dast\u011bji v\u00a0pubert\u011b, nevyh\u00fdb\u00e1 se ale ani mal\u00fdm d\u011btem. Krom\u011b nedostatku pohybu a nepravideln\u00e9 stravy je na vin\u011b i nedostatek kvalitn\u00edho sp\u00e1nku. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nejohro\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00ed obezitou jsou podle statistik \u017e\u00e1ci z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol z\u00a0ekonomicky h\u016f\u0159e situovan\u00fdch rodin. Ob\u00e9zn\u00edm d\u011btem hroz\u00ed probl\u00e9my s\u00a0klouby, cukrovka i pot\u00ed\u017ee se srdcem. Zm\u011bna \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu funguje hlavn\u011b u mlad\u0161\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed, u teenager\u016f pom\u00e1h\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e modern\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dba. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak zvr\u00e1tit nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd trend d\u011btsk\u00e9 obezity, \u0159e\u0161ili odborn\u00edci v\u202fr\u00e1mci kulat\u00e9ho stolu v\u00a0Sen\u00e1tu Parlamentu \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Po\u010det d\u011bt\u00ed s\u00a0nadv\u00e1hou a obezitou st\u00e1le roste a zat\u00edm se n\u00e1m p\u0159es ve\u0161kerou osv\u011btu neda\u0159\u00ed tento trend zvr\u00e1tit, a\u010dkoliv posledn\u00ed data snad ukazuj\u00ed m\u00edrn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed. I tak \u010dek\u00e1me, \u017ee v\u00a0roce 2030 se bude v\u00a0Evrop\u011b pot\u00fdkat s kily nav\u00edc 30 % a v\u00a0roce 2050 a\u017e 50 % d\u011bt\u00ed. Obezita s\u00a0sebou nese \u0159adu z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch komplikac\u00ed. Jde jednak o komplikace zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 mechanick\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinky nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed tuku, nap\u0159\u00edklad artr\u00f3zu, ale tak\u00e9 o komplikace vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed v d\u016fsledku hormon\u00e1ln\u00edch, metabolick\u00fdch a imunitn\u00edch zm\u011bn, zejm\u00e9na diabetes a kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. S\u00a0obezitou je tedy t\u0159eba bojovat v\u0161emi dostupn\u00fdmi prost\u0159edky a u d\u011bt\u00ed ji podchytit co mo\u017en\u00e1 nejd\u0159\u00edve,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 p\u0159edseda V\u00fdboru pro zdravotnictv\u00ed Sen\u00e1tu Parlamentu \u010cR MUDr. Tom\u00e1\u0161 Fiala, kter\u00fd je z\u00e1rove\u0148 organiz\u00e1torem kulat\u00e9ho stolu s\u00a0n\u00e1zvem D\u011btsk\u00e1 obezita v\u00a0\u010cesku: sou\u010dasn\u00fd stav, v\u00fdzvy a perspektivy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob\u00e9zn\u00ed d\u011bti se u\u017e v\u00a0mlad\u00e9m v\u011bku pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 s\u00a0astmatem nebo ztu\u010dn\u011bl\u00fdmi j\u00e1try, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k cirh\u00f3ze. Krom\u011b fyzick\u00fdch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed \u010del\u00ed d\u011bti i\u00a0psychick\u00fdm probl\u00e9m\u016fm. Maj\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed, \u00fazkosti a deprese. <em>\u201eNel\u00e9\u010den\u00e1 obezita vede k\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm a z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei zdravotn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f ne\u017e jej\u00ed aktivn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dba. \u00da\u010dinnost l\u00e9\u010dby se li\u0161\u00ed podle typu komplikac\u00ed a individu\u00e1ln\u00edch faktor\u016f, proto pot\u0159ebujeme s\u00ed\u0165 oborn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed zajist\u00ed personalizovan\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup a budou aplikovat l\u00e9\u010dbu podle nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch klinick\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 MUDr. Tom\u00e1\u0161 Fiala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odborn\u00edci z projektu <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravagenerace.cz\/report\/obezita\/\">Zdrav\u00e1 generace<\/a> z&nbsp;Univerzity Palack\u00e9ho v&nbsp;Olomouci zjistili, \u017ee nejv\u00edce jsou obezitou ohro\u017eeny d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z&nbsp;rodin s&nbsp;hor\u0161\u00edm ekonomick\u00fdm z\u00e1zem\u00edm. <em>\u201eVe v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b vysp\u011bl\u00fdch zem\u00ed vid\u00edme, \u017ee d\u011btskou obezitou jsou nejv\u00edc ohro\u017eeny rodiny, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b finan\u010dn\u00edch zdroj\u016f a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed. Nejde ale jen o p\u0159\u00edjem jako takov\u00fd \u2013 prom\u00edt\u00e1 se do toho i&nbsp;celkov\u00e9 pov\u011bdom\u00ed o zdrav\u00e9m \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu, mo\u017enostech pohybu a kvalitn\u00edm sp\u00e1nku. Tam, kde jsou tyto podm\u00ednky omezen\u00e9, vid\u00edme riziko obezity nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje MUDr. Jan Bo\u017eensk\u00fd, MBA, p\u0159edseda Sekce pediatrick\u00e9&nbsp;obezitologie&nbsp;\u010cesk\u00e9 obezitologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti \u010cLS JEP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&nbsp;obezitou se bojuje velice obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b. Podle MUDr. Bohuslava Proch\u00e1zky (KDU-\u010cSL), m\u00edstop\u0159edsedy V\u00fdboru pro zdravotnictv\u00ed Sen\u00e1tu Parlamentu \u010cR, se z ob\u00e9zn\u00edho d\u00edt\u011bte v 75\u201380 % st\u00e1v\u00e1 ob\u00e9zn\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fd.<em> \u201eV&nbsp;roce 1991 m\u011blo nadv\u00e1hu 7 % d\u011bt\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed 3 % byly ob\u00e9zn\u00ed. V roce 2021 u\u017e s&nbsp;nadv\u00e1hou bojovalo necel\u00fdch 10 % d\u011bt\u00ed a s obezitou dokonce 16,4 %. Dal\u0161\u00ed vzestup nastal po covidov\u00e9m obdob\u00ed,<\/em> <em>kdy se d\u011btem rapidn\u011b zm\u011bnil \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. M\u00e9n\u011b se h\u00fdbaly, v\u00edce jedly a \u0161patn\u011b spaly, co\u017e jsou hlavn\u00ed faktory pro rozvoj obezity,\u201c <\/em>popisuje MUDr. Proch\u00e1zka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f lid\u00e9 sp\u00e1nek \u010dasto podce\u0148uj\u00ed, jeho nedostatek p\u0159itom m\u011bn\u00ed regulaci pocitu hladu. Nevyspal\u00e9 d\u011bti maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hlad a preferuj\u00ed rychl\u00e9 cukry a tuky. <em>\u201e<\/em><em>Kvalitn\u00ed sp\u00e1nek je pro d\u011bti naprosto z\u00e1sadn\u00ed \u2013 mimo jin\u00e9 proto, \u017ee velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st produkce r\u016fstov\u00e9ho hormonu prob\u00edh\u00e1 v prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti noci. Pokud d\u00edt\u011b chod\u00ed sp\u00e1t pozd\u011b nebo sp\u00ed m\u00e1lo, zasahuje to nejen do r\u016fstu, ale i do regulace hladu a&nbsp;chuti k j\u00eddlu<\/em><em>,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 MUDr. Bo\u017eensk\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodi\u010de tak podle n\u011bj hraj\u00ed v&nbsp;prevenci i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b obezity zcela z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli. Potvrzuj\u00ed to data projektu <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravagenerace.cz\/report\/obezita\/\">Zdrav\u00e1 generace<\/a>, kter\u00e1 ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b s jedn\u00edm ob\u00e9zn\u00edm rodi\u010dem m\u00e1 a\u017e 50% riziko, \u017ee bude jako on. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b obou rodi\u010d\u016f se pak riziko \u0161plh\u00e1 a\u017e na 80 %. <em>\u201eNejde jen o kop\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed rodinn\u00fdch n\u00e1vyk\u016f. U d\u011bt\u00ed matek, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly t\u011bhotenskou cukrovku, doch\u00e1z\u00ed u\u017e b\u011bhem v\u00fdvoje k odli\u0161nostem v&nbsp;regulaci chuti a odm\u011bny. Takov\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt p\u0159irozen\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebu sladk\u00e9ho a men\u0161\u00ed schopnost zasytit se mal\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm potravy. O to d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je, aby cel\u00e1 rodina nastavila stabiln\u00ed, p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00fd re\u017eim a jasn\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed vzorce,\u201c <\/em>dod\u00e1v\u00e1 MUDr. Bo\u017eensk\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158\u00edzen\u00e1 zm\u011bna \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu je efektivn\u00ed hlavn\u011b u mlad\u0161\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed, ale u teenager\u016f s&nbsp;t\u011b\u017ekou formou obezity p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 neb\u00fdv\u00e1.<em> \u201e<\/em><em>U teenager\u016f s t\u011b\u017ekou obezitou \u010dasto samotn\u00e1 \u00faprava \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu nesta\u010d\u00ed \u2013 a to nikoli kv\u016fli nedostatku snahy, ale kv\u016fli biologick\u00fdm limit\u016fm jejich organismu. V takov\u00fdch situac\u00edch je na m\u00edst\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt modern\u00ed farmakoterapii. Tyto l\u00e9ky ale nejsou n\u00e1hradou \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, sp\u00ed\u0161e mu d\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u0161anci fungovat: pom\u00e1haj\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bti sn\u00ed\u017eit nadm\u011brnou chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu, zlep\u0161it metabolismus a re\u00e1ln\u011b odstartovat zm\u011bnu. Indikujeme je obvykle u d\u011bt\u00ed star\u0161\u00edch 12 let<\/em><em>,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 MUDr. Bo\u017eensk\u00fd a dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee u d\u011bt\u00ed s BMI nad 35 l\u00e9ka\u0159i p\u0159istupuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 k chirurgick\u00e9mu zmen\u0161en\u00ed \u017ealudku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I p\u0159es pokro\u010dil\u00e9 mo\u017enosti l\u00e9\u010dby je v\u0161ak zm\u011bna \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu cel\u00e9 rodiny nezbytn\u00e1. D\u011bti by se m\u011bly vyh\u00fdbat zejm\u00e9na slazen\u00fdm n\u00e1poj\u016fm, uzenin\u00e1m, polotovar\u016fm a energetick\u00fdm n\u00e1poj\u016fm, kter\u00e9 naru\u0161uj\u00ed d\u011btsk\u00fd sp\u00e1nek. <em>\u201eU d\u011bt\u00ed nemaj\u00ed m\u00edsto \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 drastick\u00e9 diety ani tresty. Smysl m\u00e1 jednoduch\u00fd, p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00fd re\u017eim. Pravideln\u00e1 sn\u00eddan\u011b, n\u011bkolik men\u0161\u00edch porc\u00ed denn\u011b, omezen\u00ed slazen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f a dostatek ovoce a zeleniny \u2013 to je z\u00e1klad, kter\u00fd funguje. U men\u0161\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed \u010dasto sta\u010d\u00ed upravit prost\u0159ed\u00ed a n\u00e1vyky cel\u00e9 rodiny. Jakmile d\u00edt\u011b vid\u00ed, \u017ee zdrav\u00e9 volby d\u011blaj\u00ed i rodi\u010de, p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 zm\u011bnu mnohem snadn\u011bji,\u201c<\/em> doporu\u010duje MUDr. Bo\u017eensk\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Zejm\u00e9na u dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed motivace a laskav\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup. <em>\u201eU dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed, respektuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup. D\u011bti \u010dasto j\u00ed ne kv\u016fli hladu, ale kv\u016fli \u00fazkosti, stresu nebo tlaku ze \u0161koly. Kdy\u017e je budeme kritizovat nebo trestat, jen to prohloub\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed \u010das, pozornost a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde mohou mluvit o tom, co je tr\u00e1p\u00ed. Teprve pak se otev\u0159ou i zm\u011bn\u00e1m v chov\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> uzav\u00edr\u00e1 MUDr.\u00a0Bo\u017eensk\u00fd.
