Alzheimerova choroba je sice nevyl\u00e9\u010diteln\u00e1, v\u011bdci ale zjistili, \u017ee prevence existuje. Vyhnout se chorob\u011b a zachovat si zdrav\u00fd mozek p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 spole\u010densk\u00fd \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edmi l\u00e9ty se obavy o du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed stup\u0148uj\u00ed. Zapomenut\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010de nebo jm\u00e9no souseda v n\u00e1s okam\u017eit\u011b vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed ot\u00e1zku: Nen\u00ed to n\u00e1hodou za\u010d\u00e1tek demence? A\u010dkoliv zat\u00edm neexistuje z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e1 pilulka, kter\u00e1 by n\u00e1s stoprocentn\u011b ochr\u00e1nila, nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkumy p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed velkou nad\u011bji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prevence demence toti\u017e nespo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 jen v lu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed k\u0159\u00ed\u017eovek, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v tom, jak moc se dok\u00e1\u017eeme sm\u00e1t a komunikovat s ostatn\u00edmi. Va\u0161e rodina a p\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9 jsou mo\u017en\u00e1 tou nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed medic\u00ednou, kterou m\u00e1te pr\u00e1v\u011b te\u010f k dispozici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Epidemie zapom\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed v \u010cesku<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demence je syndrom, kter\u00fd ovliv\u0148uje my\u0161len\u00ed, n\u00e1ladu a chov\u00e1n\u00ed natolik, \u017ee naru\u0161uje schopnost \u010dlov\u011bka zvl\u00e1dat b\u011b\u017en\u00fd \u017eivot. Nen\u00ed to p\u0159irozen\u00fd projev st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, ale chorobn\u00fd proces, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m ub\u00fdvaj\u00ed nebo p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed fungovat mozkov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky, co\u017e vede k poruch\u00e1m pam\u011bti a zhor\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed pozn\u00e1vac\u00edch schopnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eTato choroba zp\u016fsobuje zhor\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch funkc\u00ed mozku, mezi kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed pam\u011b\u0165, my\u0161len\u00ed, jazyk \u010di pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, a tak\u00e9 m\u011bn\u00ed osobnost,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e1 alzheimerovsk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se \u010dlov\u011bku h\u016f\u0159e vybavuj\u00ed slova, p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 pozn\u00e1vat sv\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00e9 a sv\u011bt kolem se mu postupn\u011b zaml\u017euje. Onemocn\u011bn\u00ed pak z\u00e1sadn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed dynamiku rodinn\u00fdch vztah\u016f a vy\u017eaduje komplexn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010c\u00edsla jsou ne\u00faprosn\u00e1. Celosv\u011btov\u011b \u017eije s demenc\u00ed p\u0159es 55 milion\u016f lid\u00ed a odhaduje se, \u017ee do roku 2050 se tento po\u010det ztrojn\u00e1sob\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice v roce 2023 \u017eilo podle celoevropsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fzkumu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 171 tis\u00edc lid\u00ed s demenc\u00ed; z toho bylo 54 220 mu\u017e\u016f a 116 563 \u017een. V roce 2013 l\u00e9ka\u0159i v \u010cR evidovali 143 tis\u00edc lid\u00ed s demenc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010det obyvatel \u010ceska posti\u017een\u00fdch touto chorobou stoup\u00e1 a nen\u00ed divu, \u017ee \u0159ada lid\u00ed star\u0161\u00edho st\u0159edn\u00edho v\u011bku se j\u00ed velmi ob\u00e1v\u00e1 a sna\u017e\u00ed se naj\u00edt zp\u016fsoby, jak riziko sn\u00ed\u017eit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I kdy\u017e neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd zaru\u010den\u00fd prost\u0159edek ani metoda, kter\u00e1 by hrozbu demence za\u017eehnala, existuj\u00ed kroky, kter\u00e9 by v boji proti n\u00ed mohly pomoci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160est pil\u00ed\u0159\u016f pro zdrav\u00fd mozek<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I kdy\u017e genetiku a v\u011bk neovlivn\u00edme, m\u00e1me v rukou mocn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho rizika \u2013 n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. \u201eNejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkumy ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee celosv\u011btov\u011b lze p\u0159edej\u00edt 45 procent\u016fm p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f demence,\u201c informuje australsk\u00e1 organizace Dementia Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bdci shrom\u00e1\u017edili d\u016fkazy, \u017ee prevence vzniku demence je spojen\u00e1 se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm n\u011bkter\u00fdch rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b neexistuje jedno \u201ekouzeln\u00e9\u201c \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. \u201eExistuje spousta drobnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete d\u011blat ka\u017ed\u00fd den a kter\u00e9 riziko t\u00e9to choroby v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euj\u00ed,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed austral\u0161t\u00ed odborn\u00edci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Britsk\u00e1 organizace Alzheimer\u2019s Society (Alzheimerovsk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost) shrnuje prevenci do \u0161esti kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pravideln\u00e1 pohybov\u00e1 aktivita<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>zdrav\u00e1 a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 strava<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>nekou\u0159it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>omezen\u00ed konzumace alkoholu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pravideln\u00e1 kontrola zdrav\u00ed (krevn\u00ed tlak, hladina cukru a cholesterol)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aktivn\u00ed spole\u010densk\u00fd a du\u0161evn\u00ed \u017eivot<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nepodce\u0148ujte sluch! V\u011bdci z presti\u017en\u00edho \u010dasopisu The Lancet upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na jeden \u010dasto p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017een\u00fd faktor: ztr\u00e1tu sluchu. Pokud \u0161patn\u011b sly\u0161\u00edme, podv\u011bdom\u011b se vyh\u00fdb\u00e1me spole\u010dnosti, t\u00edm se izolujeme, mozek p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 dost\u00e1vat podn\u011bty a riziko demence se prudce zvy\u0161uje. Pravideln\u00e1 kontrola u u\u0161n\u00edho l\u00e9ka\u0159e je tak jedn\u00edm z nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edch krok\u016f prevence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed prevence: spole\u010densk\u00fd \u017eivot<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eV\u00fdzkumy nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee men\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdskyt demence je u jedinc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se aktivn\u011b zapojuj\u00ed do spole\u010densk\u00e9ho \u017eivota,\u201c upozor\u0148uje port\u00e1l \u017dijeme s demenc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed izolace je toti\u017e pro mozek mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b destruktivn\u00ed. Podle kanadsk\u00e9 organizace Alzheimer Society (Alzheimerovsk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost) m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko demence v pr\u016fm\u011bru o 60 procent. Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f jsou jak\u00e9koliv soci\u00e1ln\u00ed aktivity a spole\u010densk\u00e9 povinnosti pro mozek p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eJe velmi zdrav\u00e9 chodit mezi lidi, aktivn\u011b se zaj\u00edmat o d\u011bn\u00ed kolem sebe, m\u00edt kon\u00ed\u010dky a neuzav\u00edrat se v n\u011bjak\u00e9 sv\u00e9 mal\u00e9 bublin\u011b,\u201c \u0159ekl Den\u00edku p\u0159ed \u010dasem neurolog Robert Rusina, p\u0159ednosta Neurologick\u00e9 kliniky Fakultn\u00ed Thomayerovy nemocnice v Praze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto je snaha z\u016fst\u00e1vat v kontaktu s lidmi, na kter\u00fdch n\u00e1m z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed (rodina, p\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9, b\u00fdval\u00ed spolu\u017e\u00e1ci \u010di spolupracovn\u00edci), velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. Po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed se i virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy a telefon\u00e1ty. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je nez\u016fst\u00e1vat osamoceni. Va\u0161e pam\u011b\u0165 v\u00e1m za ka\u017ed\u00e9 setk\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159\u00e1teli pod\u011bkuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konverzace je toti\u017e pro mozek n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 discipl\u00edna.
