Pr\u016fjmy, zvracen\u00ed nebo bolesti b\u0159icha p\u0159itom nemus\u00ed potkat jen cestovatele do exotick\u00fdch destinac\u00ed, ale i ty, kte\u0159\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00ed l\u00e9to doma. Jak sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko st\u0159evn\u00edch infekc\u00ed, na co si d\u00e1t pozor a co si p\u0159ibalit do cestovn\u00ed l\u00e9k\u00e1rni\u010dky, rad\u00ed prof. Z\u00e1kladem prevence je d\u016fsledn\u00e9 myt\u00ed rukou a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1sad hygieny. St\u0159evn\u00ed infekce toti\u017e zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed bakterie, viry a paraziti. N\u011bkter\u00e9 bakterie vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed produkc\u00ed toxin\u016f, jin\u00e9 invaz\u00ed do st\u0159evn\u00ed sliznice. Do organismu se dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed nejenom prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kontaminovan\u00fdch potravin a vody, ale i \u0161pinav\u00fdch rukou. <em>\u201eP\u0159ed ka\u017ed\u00fdm j\u00eddlem a po pou\u017eit\u00ed toalety je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si ruce d\u016fkladn\u011b um\u00fdt m\u00fddlem a vodou. Pou\u017e\u00edt se d\u00e1 dezinfekce na b\u00e1zi alkoholu \u2013 zejm\u00e9na tam, kde nen\u00ed k&nbsp;dispozici pitn\u00e1 voda,\u201c <\/em>popisuje prof. Tachec\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opatrn\u011b na v\u00fdb\u011br j\u00eddla i pit\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Led v&nbsp;drinc\u00edch, street food, voda z&nbsp;kohoutku nebo neumyt\u00e9 ovoce. To v\u0161e m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit pr\u016fjem, nevolnost nebo zvracen\u00ed. Jistotou je balen\u00e1 nebo p\u0159eva\u0159en\u00e1 voda, a to i p\u0159i \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zub\u016f, a konzumace obvykl\u00fdch, lehce straviteln\u00fdch a dostate\u010dn\u011b tepeln\u011b upraven\u00fdch potravin. <em>\u201eUva\u0159 to, oloupej to nebo to nech b\u00fdt. Tak zn\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed cestovatelsk\u00e9 pravidlo. B\u011bhem dovolen\u00e9 bychom tak\u00e9 m\u011bli zv\u00e1\u017eit, zda ochutnat v\u0161echny nab\u00edzen\u00e9 pokrmy. J\u00eddla, na kter\u00e1 jsou v&nbsp;exotick\u00fdch destinac\u00edch zvykl\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00ed lid\u00e9, nemus\u00ed na\u0161emu organismu vyhovovat,\u201c<\/em> varuje MUDr. Ko\u017eeluhov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potraviny v&nbsp;horku = nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 ruleta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potraviny ponechan\u00e9 del\u0161\u00ed dobu v teple mohou b\u00fdt p\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch nad 30 \u00b0C nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 ji\u017e po dvou hodin\u00e1ch. Nejrychleji se kaz\u00ed maso, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a hotov\u00e1 j\u00eddla, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i cestov\u00e1n\u00ed autem. Rizikem je i opakovan\u00e9 oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddel. <em>\u201eV l\u00e9t\u011b se potraviny p\u0159i nevhodn\u00e9m skladov\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00ed velmi rychle \u017eivnou p\u016fdou pro bakterie. P\u0159i cestov\u00e1n\u00ed je proto pot\u0159eba myslet na jejich spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 skladov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud nep\u0159ev\u00e1\u017e\u00edme hotov\u00e1 j\u00eddla v cestovn\u00ed ledni\u010dce nebo chladic\u00ed ta\u0161ce, m\u011bli bychom je rychle spot\u0159ebovat,\u201c<\/em> doporu\u010duje p\u0159edseda gastroenterolog\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edprava se vyplat\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdravotn\u00edm komplikac\u00edm lze v&nbsp;\u0159ad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f p\u0159edej\u00edt u\u017e p\u0159ed dovolenou, nap\u0159\u00edklad pomoc\u00ed o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed proti chorob\u00e1m b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm v&nbsp;c\u00edlov\u00fdch destinac\u00edch. <em>\u201eZ vakc\u00edn, kter\u00e9 souvisej\u00ed s&nbsp;nemocemi tr\u00e1vic\u00edho traktu, doporu\u010dujeme p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed proti \u017eloutence typu A a&nbsp;b\u0159i\u0161n\u00edmu tyfu. Pokud pl\u00e1nujeme dovolenou do vzd\u00e1len\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nebo exoti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed destinace, je vhodn\u00e9 poradit se s odborn\u00edky v centrech o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed a cestovn\u00ed medic\u00edny, kte\u0159\u00ed navrhnou nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prevenci,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 prof. Tachec\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co si p\u0159ibalit do cestovn\u00ed l\u00e9k\u00e1rni\u010dky?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho cestov\u00e1n\u00ed je podle specialist\u016f dob\u0159e vybaven\u00e1 l\u00e9k\u00e1rni\u010dka, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla obsahovat probiotika, l\u00e9ky proti pr\u016fjmu a rehydrata\u010dn\u00ed roztok. Cola, d\u017eusy ani miner\u00e1lky je nenahrad\u00ed. <em>\u201eCestovn\u00ed l\u00e9k\u00e1rni\u010dka nezabere moc m\u00edsta a na dovolen\u00e9 pom\u016f\u017ee. Antibiotika se u v\u011bt\u0161iny <\/em><em>cestovatelsk\u00fdch pr\u016fjm\u016f nepod\u00e1vaj\u00ed, indikujeme je pouze ve specifick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech, nap\u0159\u00edklad u rizikov\u00fdch pacient\u016f nebo p\u0159i hore\u010dce, t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9m pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010di p\u0159\u00edtomnosti krve ve stolici.<\/em><em> V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch komplikac\u00ed u\u017e je proto nutn\u00e9 vyhledat pomoc l\u00e9ka\u0159e,\u201c <\/em>zd\u016fraz\u0148uje MUDr. Ko\u017eeluhov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak na cestovatelsk\u00fd pr\u016fjem, kdy\u017e l\u00e9ky chyb\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i cestovatelsk\u00e9m pr\u016fjmu, kter\u00fd pat\u0159\u00ed k&nbsp;nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm komplikac\u00edm na dovolen\u00e9, je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem tekutin. Vhodn\u00e9 jsou i rehydrata\u010dn\u00ed roztoky, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed rychle doplnit ztracen\u00e9 miner\u00e1ly. <em>\u201ePokud na dovolen\u00e9 takov\u00fd roztok nem\u00e1me, m\u016f\u017eeme si ho jednodu\u0161e p\u0159ipravit sami. Do litru p\u0159eva\u0159en\u00e9 vody sta\u010d\u00ed p\u0159idat 8 l\u017ei\u010dek cukru, 1 l\u017ei\u010dku soli a&nbsp;\u0161\u0165\u00e1vu ze 2 pomeran\u010d\u016f.
