N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed ale nev\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee jalovec je i l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Plody jalovce jsou l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9, jak dokazuj\u00ed i mnoh\u00e9 historick\u00e9 prameny. U\u017e Hippokrates je pou\u017e\u00edval k urychlen\u00ed hojen\u00ed ran a vnit\u0159n\u011b k urychlen\u00ed porodu.<\/p>\n<p>Hildegarda z Bingenu jalovec pou\u017e\u00edvala p\u0159i hore\u010dce o plicn\u00edch chorob\u00e1ch jako mo\u010dopudn\u00fd prost\u0159edek. Ve st\u0159edov\u011bku a a\u017e do 16. stolet\u00ed byl pova\u017eov\u00e1n za v\u0161el\u00e9k.<\/p>\n<p>Arabov\u00e9 p\u0159ipravovali ve st\u0159edov\u011bku z jalovce pov\u011bstn\u00e1 povidla, kter\u00e1 jsou ve star\u0161\u00edch arabsk\u00fdch l\u00e9kopisech dochov\u00e1na dodnes.<\/p>\n<p>Kou\u0159 z jalovce byl pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n jako prevence proti \u010dern\u00e9mu moru a lep\u0159e. Dokonce i za druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky p\u00e1lily francouzsk\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed sestry jalovec v nemocni\u010dn\u00edch pokoj\u00edch. Ameri\u010dt\u00ed indi\u00e1ni pou\u017e\u00edvali jalovec p\u0159i obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fdch porodech.<\/p>\n<p>Dnes se obvykle jalovec pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i z\u00e1n\u011btu mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e, plynatosti, k\u0159e\u010d\u00edch a revmatick\u00fdch bolestech ve svalech a kloubech. Laboratorn\u011b byl tak\u00e9 prok\u00e1z\u00e1n \u00fa\u010dinek proti viru oparu, pos\u00edlen\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed d\u011blohy i schopnost sni\u017eovat hladinu krevn\u00edho cukru. To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, ale jeho trh\u00e1n\u00ed je u n\u00e1s z\u00e1konem zak\u00e1z\u00e1no&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Kde ale jalovec vz\u00edt? D\u0159\u00edve byl u n\u00e1s b\u011b\u017enou rostlinou, respektive ke\u0159em. Dnes, pokud nem\u00e1te n\u011bjakou jeho dekorativn\u00ed variantu na zahrad\u011b, je t\u0159eba vyrazit do obchodu.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159itom jalovec by m\u011bl b\u00fdt u n\u00e1s rostlinou p\u016fvodn\u00ed a hojnou. Ale nen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ji\u017e od starov\u011bku se v\u00ed, \u017ee je l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd, ale d\u00edky brut\u00e1ln\u00edmu sb\u011bru jalovcov\u00fdch \u0161i\u0161tic (neprav\u00fd plod) je dnes ji\u017e v n\u011bkter\u00fdch kraj\u00edch bu\u010f vz\u00e1cn\u00fd, nebo se voln\u011b nevyskytuje v\u016fbec. Proto je \u0159azen mezi ohro\u017een\u00e9 druhy fl\u00f3ry \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed jsou st\u00e1le na sv\u011bt\u011b m\u00edsta, kde jalovec voln\u011b roste.<\/p>\n<p>A to v mnoha form\u00e1ch, od vysok\u00fdch ke\u0159\u016f, po mal\u00e9 pol\u00e9hav\u00e9 ke\u0159\u00edky. Je zn\u00e1mo kolem 60 druh\u016f jalovc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Pro sv\u016fj r\u016fst preferuje skalnat\u00e9 svahy, pastviny, v\u0159esovi\u0161t\u011b \u010di okraje dubov\u00fdch a b\u0159ezov\u00fdch les\u016f. M\u00e1 r\u00e1d slunn\u00e1 stanovi\u0161t\u011b, kter\u00e1 jsou st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b such\u00e1 a vlhk\u00e1 a m\u00e1lo v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>U n\u00e1s nej\u010dast\u011bji roste ve form\u011b \u0161t\u00edhl\u00fdch ke\u0159\u016f vysok\u00fdch do metru a p\u016fl. Pro zahrady bylo ale vy\u0161lecht\u011bno mnoho jeho variant, kter\u00e9 se li\u0161\u00ed vzr\u016fstem (od n\u00edzk\u00fdch p\u016fdokryvn\u00fdch ke\u0159\u016f, po mohutn\u00e9 solitery), ale i barvou jehli\u010d\u00ed (od sv\u011b\u017ee zelen\u00e9, p\u0159es tmavou, po st\u0159\u00edbrnou). V\u0161echny tyto druhy ale d\u00e1vaj\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 plody.<\/p>\n<p>Pro jejich vznik je ale pot\u0159eba m\u00edt v\u00edce ke\u0159\u016f. Jsou to toti\u017e dvoudom\u00e9 rostliny, sam\u010d\u00ed a sami\u010d\u00ed kv\u011bty rostou na r\u016fzn\u00fdch rostlin\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 jsou opylov\u00e1ny v\u011btrem.
