Posuzov\u00e1ny jsou v\u0161echny osoby, kter\u00e9 jsou v byt\u011b hl\u00e1\u0161eny k trval\u00e9mu pobytu. Do rozhodn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu se zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vaj\u00ed tzv. \u010dist\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjmy (p\u0159\u00edjmy ze zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, z podnik\u00e1n\u00ed nebo jin\u00e9 samostatn\u00e9 v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti a d\u00e1le d\u00e1vky nemocensk\u00e9ho a d\u016fchodov\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a podpora v nezam\u011bstnanosti) za p\u0159edchoz\u00ed kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed. Za p\u0159\u00edjem se pova\u017euje i p\u0159\u00eddavek na d\u00edt\u011b a rodi\u010dovsk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek.<\/p>\n<p>Od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed zahrnuj\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 (a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161e obvykl\u00e9ho n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho, p\u0159\u00edp. c\u00edlov\u00e9ho n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho), \u00fahrady za slu\u017eby spojen\u00e9 s u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm bytu (\u00fahrada za \u00fast\u0159edn\u00ed\/d\u00e1lkov\u00e9 vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, dod\u00e1vku tepl\u00e9 vody, \u00faklid spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor v dom\u011b, u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdtahu, dod\u00e1vku vody, odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod kanalizacemi, osv\u011btlen\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor v dom\u011b, odvoz odpadu, vybaven\u00ed bytu spole\u010dnou televizn\u00ed a rozhlasovou ant\u00e9nou, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed prokazateln\u00e9 a nezbytn\u00e9 slu\u017eby souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s bydlen\u00edm, v\u010detn\u011b n\u00e1klad\u016f za \u00fahradu vybaven\u00ed bytu, kter\u00e9 je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bytu a je ve vlastnictv\u00ed pronaj\u00edmatele) nebo obdobn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 s dru\u017estevn\u00ed a vlastnickou formou bydlen\u00ed (u dru\u017estevn\u00ed formy max. do v\u00fd\u0161e n\u00e1klad\u016f stanoven\u00fdch z\u00e1konem o st\u00e1tn\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed podpo\u0159e) a \u00fahrady za prokazatelnou nezbytnou spot\u0159ebu energi\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Normativn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 jsou pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed podle velikosti obce a po\u010dtu \u010dlen\u016f dom\u00e1cnosti. V\u00fd\u0161e \u010d\u00e1stek t\u011bchto n\u00e1klad\u016f na bydlen\u00ed se ka\u017ed\u00fd rok m\u011bn\u00ed. Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fadaje najdete na webu MPSV:<\/p>\n<p>http:\/\/portal.mpsv.cz\/soc\/ssp\/ob cane\/prisp_na_bydleni<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na bydlen\u00ed se pak stanov\u00ed jako rozd\u00edl mezi n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed (normativn\u00edmi n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed) a n\u00e1sobkem rozhodn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu a koeficientu 0,30 (v Praze 0,35).<\/p>\n<p>Od 1. 1. 2012 je p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na bydlen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 pob\u00edrat maxim\u00e1ln\u011b po dobu 84 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, tedy 7 let, v obdob\u00ed 10 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch let. Z\u00e1kon ale stanovuje v\u00fdjimky, u kter\u00fdch tato doba pob\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku neplat\u00ed, a to v dom\u00e1cnostech sest\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u011b z osob star\u0161\u00edch 70 let a u<strong> osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, kter\u00e9 bydl\u00ed v pro n\u011b postaven\u00fdch \u010di upraven\u00fdch bytech<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>O p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na bydlen\u00ed se \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 na pracovi\u0161ti krajsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce,\u00a0odd\u011blen\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed podpory, dle m\u00edsta trval\u00e9ho bydli\u0161t\u011b.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Byla jsem propu\u0161t\u011bna ze zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u016fjdu se p\u0159ihl\u00e1sit na \u00fa\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce.
